The best way I can describe this is to compare it to my MAC Lustre l/s in Spice It Up. Same smooth, creamy feel and sheen, same plummy brick red color, but with a slight bronze shimmer added. Mercury fades just as beautifully as my MAC, a big deal with me. Pretty long-wearing, but not drying. The scent is more makeup-y to me, but I barely notice it anyway, so I don't mind it. The silver tube is just gorgeous and the little black pouch it comes in is too adorable. Expensive at $21, but every girl needs at least one divinely extravagant French lippie in her bag. Treat yourself to one of these!
