Fabulous little gem.

It's a little too sheer for my tastes, but I get used to it. :)

Over just your nail, it sometimes looks like you have nothing on, but in certain lightings it really gives you a nice opaque surprise!

By itself of layered, this polish ROCKS!!! Like a shiny neutral. My nails look just like little pearls. I will definitely be keeping this color in my line up for a good while. One of my favorites.

A luminous mother-of pearl shade with shimmer that flashes between cream, mauvey pale pink and mint green. It needs a few coats to go on opaque, and works as a sheer single-coat shade to give nails a barely-there 'polished' look. Try layering it over pink or pink-toned polishes; it adds an interesting twist!

OMMMMGGG I love this color its a really pretty pearly color you can wear over a pretty pastel color or any other color to make it less dramatic. This is like My favorite Opi Nail polish.And I love wearing it just by itself. It has purple,pink,green,and blue shimmers in it. It is so pretty. An plus i got it on sale for $3. I was so happy because OPI is usually $8

This is a gorgeous polish which I will repurchase again and again. Gives a very clean look with the softest pearl pink finish and IMO looks best with 2-3 coats. Looks so much better than many of the milky type french finishes which can appear too chalky or too sheer on me. Hope it is never discontinued.

I love this nailpolish. Its a irridescent pinkish purple. Its a long lasting beautiful shade, looks good on mani or pedi. It hid the yellowness in the nails really well better than any sheer nailpolish I have bought. I used this on my wedding day, definitely one of my favorite nailpolish colors i have bought in a long time.

This is a very sheer opalescent, with pink as the dominant flash. It's gorgeous at one coat, better at 2 or 3, and looks great layered on a green or blue base. I've tried it over Tree Hugger and Sally Hansen's Ivy League, and it's fantastic. But I generally wear it on its own when I want something subtle, with a little flash.

I *love* this colour. It was my first OPI NP. The iridescent shine is beautiful. I can layer this on top of black NP to create a kind of oil slick effect, or any other colour. it applies evenly. absolutely love it. I've used half the bottle already and It's been like 2 months lol.

I bought this on a whim because it was on sale at a local beauty supply store and I have to say the sheen that comes from this nail polish is absolutely beautiful. I'm no nail art technician but I've been layering this with China Glaze Heaven and then make some polka dots with Rimmel's Black Satin and it looks very classy. love love love this product.

Other reviewers have described this color perfectly, so I won't duplicate their descriptions. I was somewhat surprised to see how much pink there is, since it looks like an iridescent white in the bottle, but I'm very happy with it. Application was easy, which isn't always the case with sheer shimmers.

I really like this color from OPI. As a long time fan of pearls (like Kytoto Pearl and Elle's Pearls), I was anxious to try it. It is, as others have said, a mother-of-pearl irridescent shade. On my PPP skin this sheer shade (I used 2 coats) is easy to apply and flashes a bit of blue and pink. There is some gold to it too.

Would be a nice French top coat, too.

Wowser, do I LOVE this nail polish!!! When I look at my nails when they are painted with this polish, I am reminded of the exact same irridescense of a soap bubble, like you sit outside and blow as a child on a beautiful summer day. This color is very ethereal and feminine, and though I am a sucker for sheer opalescent polishes, this one is now my very favorite. I'll be wearing it lots this coming summer, for sure. It's also sheer enough that it would be lovely to use to change up the look of other polishes in one's collection. I paid 6 bucks for it at my local beauty supply store.

I love this polish. In the bottle it looks like a mother of pearl color but when you actually apply it it looks more pinky and shimmery. Its a very girly color. I had to apply 5 coats to get a solid color but I still love the color. Definately recommend it.

I am writing a review of Pearl Of Wisdom, which is from the latest Hong Kong Collection, not the Far East Collection.

Application for this product is excellent and dries very quickly. Finishing is shimmer with iridescent pink/purple flashing, really nice and attractive. I do agree if you need to bring out the color, you need 3 coats. But I put a different coat underneath, OPI Serenade as a base and then 2 top coats of Pearl Of Wisdom. The finishing is gorgeous. Really pearly. The entire Hong Kong Collection is not bad except Bling Dynasty, which is a little bit of a disappointment. But Pearl Of Wisdom (Hong Kong Collection) is a nice one to have.

This is a pink-tinged pearlescent neutral that is not sheer. So many of these shades are too sheer and you have to put on muliple layers to make the color show up. One coat of this is sufficent, but I always use two.
