This is a nice, medium sky blue with a pearlized finish. It goes on smoothly, and would be great to wear on the waterline to make your eyes look bright white. It smudges out to a sky blue. It adds a nice, subtle pop of color, and you can't beat the price!

This is a great liner! I'd been wanting to try a blue eyeliner, and got this one because it was about $3 at my Ulta. I'm so glad I picked this up.
It's a light blue, a little lighter than the bottom of the pencil looks when you pick it out. It doesn't show up as extremely bright either. It goes on as a nice soft blue. It makes my eyes look really big, and the blue on the waterline looks pretty if you're standing close to someone (although it doesn't go on super pigmented on the waterline, but that's a good thing because it keeps it subtle). I did reapply throughout the day, but just because I wanted a brighter pop of blue on my waterline. The best part about this liner is that it doesn't smudge! Almost every single eyeliner I use will smudge on me, or it will kind of gather in my inner corner. But this one stayed exactly where I put it. That's definitely great considering I have pretty watery eyes. I do have another in Black Brown, and I'm hoping that works just as well. I'd definitely recommend the NYX liners, and Satin Blue is a great color to try!

I'm very into blue liners and I decided to try this out. I wasn't too impressed by this one unfortunately. The color is metallic sea blue. I like the color, but the consistency of the pencil itself isn't too smooth. It doesn't deter me from using it, but I do tend to reach for my Urban Decay liner in Electric when I want to use a blue liner. It's cheap so I'd say give it a try. It's not a favorite of mine though, so I will not be repurchasing.

I have this eye pencil in 913 sapphire. It's a great color for my brown eyes. The best part about it is that this is the first eyeliner that has not left me with raccoon eyes! I have tried so many drugstore eyeliners that had rave reviews about not smudging and it still did on me! I figured the problem was with my skin being oily, rather than the product itself, and that there was nothing I could do about it. Well, this eye pencil proved me wrong! I even slept with it on, (which I know is big no-no), but when I woke up, I still didn't have raccoon eyes from it! It's long-lasting on me, too. I don't need to wash off the smearing and reapply like I did before with other eyeliners. For the price of $1.49, it cannot be beat. I have not tried the more expensive brands from Urban decay and such, and considering how many eyeliners I could get from NYX compared to the price of only one from a high-end brand, I don't see a need to do so.

i have this pencil in 913 sapphire. it's a beautiful rich royal blue that goes great with my dark brown eyes. i apply it only on my waterline, and it lasts a few hours. it applies very easily, with just two swipes i have a rich line that's true to its color on my waterline. i bought this for $1 at a local bazaar on a whim, but i didn't use it for a while as i didn't know where to use it. now that i do, i love it and i wish i'd bought more colors. i'd definitely repurchase :D

When I found NYX lip & eye pencils at my local beauty supply store, I got super excited. I never tried anything from the line before but always wanted to. I grabbed this and 3 other colors for $1 each. This color is unlike anything else in my collection. The color is a smooth satin blue. I wore it today for the first time and was so impressed! It went on smooth and stayed on all day in 85 degree weather over sunscreen! Perfect product! Definite repurchase.

I love the colour of this pencil, it's so pretty. It tends to wear off after a couple of hours, but it's very good for its price. It has a very nice glittery sparkle that isn't too noticeable, which I really like.

A very nice, very soft eyeliner pencil at a fantastic price. This looks really pretty on my brown eyes. The quality rivals that of Delux (who made my fave soft Chimpy Blue and Nilla black). The staying power is so so, but at this price, I'd definitely purchace it again.

I was looking for a new eye pencil similar to a beautiful Chanel shade I had. I came across this one which is exactly like it, it's a very nice color, which evoked the color of prom dresses in the 80's a blue that's almost dark turquoise with some silver to it. It's something like Chanel's Marine or Sky. The funny part is, it cost 0.99! Compare that to the $26.00 Chanel's costs and believe me this product rocks.
