This used to be the best conditioner ever, when I had thermally reconditioned hair. The silicones made my hair look shiny, and the glycerine helped with moisturizing. However, now that I'm back to rocking waves, I find that it's just not moisturizing enough. My waves were limp and malformed and dry looking. I still have 95% of the bottle left and it cost me $25 to buy at an import beauty store, so I'm going to try adding olive oil to it to try and salvage the rest. (If that fails, then it makes a good shaving lotion as well.)

I hope I'm rating the right product, this had a blue cap while the shampoo had a white one. Anyway, this was very nice at conditioning but I had to use a lot to get the job done.

OK i think this is the one i have, it's a blue pump bottle that has stars all over it. Sorry but i can't remember the name. This product is great!! first off it smells totally delish!!.. can't put my finger on what it smells like.. kinda berry-fruity and citrusy!!.. too bad the smell doesn't last very long in my hair (maybe i'm not using enough :)).. I have super long hair.. and this stuff is GREAT.. my only rant is that i wish the consistency of this conditioner was thicker.. it's kinda thin/runny.. but i would most definitely repurchase over and over!!
UPDATE: OK the name on the bottle i have is "Twinkle Dream" :) HOPe this helps!

I first tried this conditioner when I was in Taiwan, in my mom's friends' house. The smell good, a little strong maybe, but after I rinsed it off, it made my hair feel so smooth and slippery, and when it dried the smell was a lot lighter, and my hair felt so nice, and I have the weird frizzy asian hair. Well after about 2 months, my mom took me to a chinese grocery store, and there it was, the same exact blue bottle, with the same japanese title on it. I bought 2 of them, and the shampoo one, each was 11.99 I think, but it was a pretty big bottle, like costco size maybe. Try it out girls, you'll like it.
