I used to use this about10 years ago. Looking back, it's expensive for what it is. It smells great, moisturizes and detangles. But it's expensive and I have found drugstore brands that do just as good if not better.

I bought a big bottle of this at TJ Maxx because I am in love with the Bedhead volumizing shampoo (in the pink bottle), so I thought I'd give this a shot since it's from the same brand. It's nothing more than average. Doesn't seem to really condition my hair exceptionally well, and definitely doesn't help detangle. I've gone through several bottles of the shampoo and am still working my way through this conditioner, just because there are so many others that I prefer to use over this.

I really like it, it smells sooooo good and fruity and I like how it doesn't make my hair heavy and flat, it gives me a whispy effect.

It also works amazingly on my straight hair when I want voluminous waves and I use mousse after the shower. It's really hard for me to get wavy hair, much less when I use conditioner, so it was good that I dont have to sacrifice moisture for curls. Win!

I bought it for a fairly good price, and was excited to try it. I almost finished a 750 ml bottle now and I think it gives moisture but it's not that amazing. My ends definitely need more than this product offers. Also I need to use a lot of product to get relatively good results. I have used better conditioners for less money.

I like the smell and the texture although it could be a bit thicker, the pump is a nice feature.

Will not repurchase because I think there are better products out there.

This is the best conditioner I've ever used! After rinsing it out, and when my hair has dried, it is as silky and soft as never before. The scent is pretty nice, but I just wish it weren't as expensive! I rated the packaging quality 4/5 because it should, in my opinion, contain waaay more product for that outrageous price! But that doesn't change this being a really good conditioner :)

Like a reviewer a few posts below me, I have an oily scalp and dry ends. This conditioner helped my ends feel more nourished, but was too much for my scalp. It's a bit weighty, and I avoided using more than just a little bit, concentrating less on my scalp and more on the middle-to-ends of my strands. Great sweet smell (if you're into that!). Effective detangler. Not an HG conditioner, but not terrible either.

I have used this a few times while staying overnight at my cousins house and this conditioner is just mediocore even though it claims to add moisture to your hair. My hair was still dry and rough after using this and I didnt notice any difference at all it just coated my hair. The packaging was cute like all TIGI pr.oducts are but in the end this does not deliever for the price you pay.

Used this back in college when my hair was pretty fried from over coloring. It made my hair smooth, but with body. It was great because it didn't make my hair flat or greasy. Smells great, very fruity.

I don't like this conditioner very much. It detangles hair nicely in the shower but it's too light and has an awfully sweet and fruity smell.
I also don't like that the pump can't be pushed back easily.

I love moisture maniac. I would give it a 5 but I knocked one point off because it's not that moisturizing. I have oily roots and dry ends and this product (with the matching shampoo) leaves my scalp clean and my ends moisturized. It's just not super moisturizing like the name would have you believe. I bought the conditioner for $12-13 at Costco for 25 ounces and would buy again at that price. It comes in a very convenient pump bottle. The smell is nice and leaves my hair looking and feeling great.

I bought this as a buy one get one free at Target, it was $13 for two small bottles. It's not moisturizing at all!! The first day my hair felt really silky, but after that my hair got drier and drier and SUPER coarse feeling. Like straw! Would never buy this again, and I think I'm going to give away the "free" bottle since it's so bad. Not impressed at alllllll.

I love this condish! I fried my long blonde hair 2 weeks ago and I didn't have anything :( in the house for fried hair, it had been years since I had messed up and did "the frying" blond hair thing. So I went out and bought Tigi Bedhead Moisture Maniac, the Joico leave in detangler spray (in the blue bottle), Redken Extreme Anti- Snap leave in treatment and the Herbal Infusions 3 in 1 Purifying Shampoo and I use something called Roux leave in temporarary color in Tempting Taffy that sure does smooth down the cuticle and after 2 weeks my hair is finally healthy looking. Very smooth and no more "raining bits of breaking off hair" when I comb or blow dry. It shines again! Yahoo! I cried on and off for those 2 weeks and I hope that doesn't sound silly because I do know that there are things in life way more important than my hair but I say Whew! whiping at my brow! If you ever get truly fried hair, I would use this condish and all the other products I mentioned. :) Thank you :)

By far, the best conditioner I've EVER used. I have thick curly asian hair, 3a/3b and is protein sensitive. I've never used a conditioner that made my hair feel so soft and wonderfully moisturized. It's a fairly thick conditioner, and the smell is a bit sweet, which I don't mind and kind of enjoy, it's a sort of sweet citrus candy scent, and when I smell my hair when it dies it smells a lot lighter and I like it :

The bottle I have seems to have different ingredients from what everyone's bottle has, I'm hoping mine is a new formula because I love aloe juice being near the top of the ingredient list.

Here's a post I made on NC.com with pictures of the ingredients on the bottle.

I bought this after it being hyped up on a curly hair board. I found the big 1 litre bottle for maybe $10 at Ross. That was maybe 2 years ago?

I'm not sure because I never use it.
It's not very moisturizing and makes my hair stringy and kind of coarse when it's naturally very fine. It also seems to make it frizz worse, which is strange. The scent is very strong pineapple scent and lasts forever, so make sure you sniff before you buy because the scent will be with you until your next wash.

I would not repurchase and am not sure how long it's going to take me to use up the bottle that is like 2 years old. :-/

So shocked to see all the bad reviews on this. Like many reviewers, I'm a curly girl, and saw rave reviews for this conditioner on naturallycurly.com. It's been a standby in my rotation since I bought it last fall. It is expensive, but I got my liter at Costco for $12, so it wasn't too bad. This has a great sweet smell and gives a ton of slip in the shower, which I love. It rinses out clean and my hair always feels soft and is shiny when I use this as my richer conditioner. Love. HG for me.

I am a curly girl and I use this product (mixed with water) as a CO wash for my roots since I am shampoo free. I find it cleanses my hair and leaves my scalp oil free. I mix this with lemon juice once every couple months to clarify my hair.

I love this stuff !!! I have highlighted fine blond hair (but lots of it) and it is not in the best shape because I don't ever use an intense conditioner on it, just quick stuff after shampooing twice a week. I bought this on a whim in Target the other day and did not buy the shampoo. I used about a quarter size amount after using my shampoo and my hair feels like silk. The one thing I did not like though (which I thought was kind of weird) was that it did not make my hair easy to comb through after using it but it conditioned it really really well. My hair tends to have a lot of static in the winter so the jury is still out on seeing if it helps that (it is 80* here in Florida today) so I will edit this review after I use it on a cold dry day. Anyway my hair looks better than it has in a long time.

Anyone with dry hair knows it is imperative that you use a moisturizing conditioner. That is why I picked up "Moisture Maniac". However, the only maniac is me for thinking this conditioner would be moisturizing enough! It's moisturizing benefits are mild. I wasn't left with the deep hydration my strands so desperately need. This only did a fair job. If you invested the dead presidents on this (slightly overpriced) stuff and don't want to waste it, mix it with extra virgin olive oil. That's what I've done and VOILA, soft and moisturized hair!! The smell is totally bizarre. I don't know whether to love it or hate it. It certainly doesn't smell like anything natural. Very synthetic and sweet. Part of me likes it sometimes because it reminds me of the scent of a body wash my mother used when I was a child. Anyway, I digress. Moisture Maniac may work for some people. I prefer moisturizing conditioners to be thicker than this was. I found I had to use A LOT of it in order to properly saturate my hair. That's simply not cost effective. The bottle is pretty small! Give it a shot as I suspect what is mediocre for me could spell Holy Grail for someone else.

I am SO disappointed in this conditioner.. I have naturally curly hair 2b and as we curlies know.. our hair is natually dry. I wanted something without all the harsh ingredients and I decided to fork out $13 for this after I read it was suggested on naturallycurly.com and seeing as it was called MOISTURE maniac.. I thought it would be great. Well I'm still kicking myself for spending $13 on this junk.. This conditioner isn't thick at all! It came out like cheap suave conditioner. I couldn't believe how much of this stuff I had to use to actually feel like I had conditioner in my hair. My hair is only a little past my shoulders and this isn't a big bottle ladies! Not to mention I hated the smell.. It did absolutely nothing for my hair.. if this was a blind test I would have thought it was suave conditioner. I WILL NOT BUY THIS AGAIN.
