The color is a deep dark green. Its has an alomist golden undergone to it. I wear it with chartru paint and it makes a great smoked eye look!

I love the color in the jar but it appears to be a tad flat on my eyes. I have to apply this with a light hand --because I get fallout all over my face. I love forest green pigments over other colors..this looks good on me but I wish it had more shimmer. It is pretty but not SEXY on me. I was going for sexy :)

this is a straight up dark green frost. Mac pigment texture is nice though.

This looks really nice as a wash with Steel Blue pigment dusted over it. However, pigments are supposed to be all multipurpose and I can't see myself using this anywhere but my eyes. Still, it's an amazing liner for a green smoky eye and is pretty with just a little dusted over black eye shadow.

Forest Green Pigment is described as a deep green with blue pearl. This is a very deep green with subtle shimmer. After I apply it to my upper lid, I sweep over it a few times with a blending brush to soften the look. The color turns a dark charcoal with hints of green after I do this. I love it this way. I will try it as a liner next as most people seem to love it this way.

This pigment is a very deep dark green. Applied dry it looks softer and very similar to fiction shadow on me so I swapped away my fiction shadow. This pigment also works well applied with a damp brush and a deep colored liner.

I use this with a wet brush to line my eyes. Used in this way itīs a pretty dark green that enhaces my eyes beautifully, and it doesnīt scream "green eyeliner". It can be used to create a smokey eye or as a crease color, but I find that when I smudge it all I can see is a soft black - and not a dark green. So, iīll be using this mainly to line my eyes.

Given the choice between Forest Green & Deep Blue Green pigments, I go for FG every time.
It is very dark, almost black with a green sheen to it. Makes a beautiful smokey eye, a bit more interesting than just black. Also looks lovely as a liner.

Totally disappointed in this. It should be called the Black Forest like the evil forest in all of the Fairy Tales. I put it on wet and it was a black-tastic mess. I don't know what you'd ever use this for, but it's not nice and not worth it. Emerald Green is much nicer.

i was dissapointed with this, dosent look that green at all looks more of a murcky black when put on. it reminds me of deep blue green except deep blue green is way better. this is OK, not one of my favorite pigments. glad i didnt buy a full jar. if you have deep blue green skip this one.

A very flat green ... nice to use on occassion but not my fav pigment ... i love the shimmer that usually accompanies them. Nice enough, but could have been a flat shadow. Wont repurchase but will keep using my sample.

Not such a great dark colour. I don`t see so much shimmer. I think that i would have liked this a lot better if it were a little more green. A bit bland but great for a smokey eye.
I don`t think that i would repurchase though.

RIS, this is a really rich, deep shimmery forest green. Works wonderfully with my hazel eyes as a liner and crease shade.

I always have the greatest intention to use this well and i get frustrated and bung green over the top of it. It`s lovely as a liner but i really wish that i could bring out the green more on the crease.I might mix it with another pigment. I need more green !

This is a very very very dark forest green color, a lot darker than i had expected!! The only way i have managed to wear this was a liner. I had wished i would be able to do a smokey eye with this, but no such luck :(

As others have said, this is very very dark, and works best as a liner or for a kohl-like smokey look. If you buy it knowing this, like I did, and only meaning to use it for this purpose, it's very nice. It reminds me of my beloved NARS liquid liner in Sri Lanka. Took off one lipstick because, as some else said earlier, it isn't very versatile.

I think i may need to work a bit more with this one. I should have bought a sample size because i will never use all of this. I love greens and have loved lots of the darker based pigments but this one is a little on the bland side. I may have to layer with green to get a better effect. It only came through my door last week but i will update when i find at least a few other usues for it !

I'm so glad with my first full pro pigment! It is a very dark green, but the green shows (even when used dry). It is very pretty for a smokey eye. Today I paired it with a golden color and it looked awesome! Yay! Going to rebuy this for sure. You get a lot for the price!

The name sounds pretty, and it looks ncie in the pot, but it shows up too dark for my taste with barely any green visible on my lids. Wouldn't buy this again.
