I have found my HG facial cleanser!! I love love love this cleanser and after having used every designer from Shu Uemura, Clinique, Bobby Brown, to over the counter like L'Oreal and Nutrogena, this proves to be THE BEST cleanser I've ever used.

For all the reviews that says this cleanser doesn't do a good job of make-up removing, well... this is not a make-up remover!! Nevermind what the direction on the packaging says, if you are a make-up wearer, you cannot expect a facial cleaner to get rid of your make-up in one wash. Period. What you do is first, you use make-up remover to wipe down your entire face (I use L'Oreal Gentle Eye and Lip Makeup Remover for my entire face), that should remove all the waterproof eyeliner, mascara, brow gel, blush, foundation, power, etc. THEN you wash your face with a cleanser.

This cleanser leaves me with smooth, clean and soft skin. My skin usually needs moisturizer right after a wash or else it becomes dry and flaky, but I once by accident used this cleanser and did not apply any moisturizer, but it turned out that my skin was fine!!! Actually it was SOFT and Moisturized!!! The fact that it is not a FOAMY cleanswer, it to me is like a Foamless cleanser, it means the PH Balance is great for the face. Again with other reviews, you are not understanding that this is what it's supposed to be, Foamless!! Just get your face damp and apply dry foam (don't mix water in!) straight on to the face, and VOILA!

After a period of using it, my face has become clearer and brighter. It leaves no traces of impurities. I noticed this comparing to using another cleanser and applying moisturizer afterwards. I used to feel that my moisturizer was a bit lumpy, then I tried Natio Facial Cleanser and the same moisturizer afterwards, now the moisturizer can be applied smoothly so I discovered that it is infact the cleanser that was leaving lumps on my face!!

On top of the fresh, smooth and soft effect with my face brighter after several uses, the smell of this is awesome. The packaging is a good size which can be brought with you on the go and the price is reasonable. A 5 out of 5 for me!

This cleanser works best for me if I don't follow the instructions on the tube. I apply this on a dry face using dry hands and massage. It rinses of easily leaving me with a clean face. The smell is nice also.

I really like this cleanser, the smell is beautiful (just like all my Natio products) and it's perfect to use in the shower to cleanse the skin. If wearing heavy make-up I do use a make-up wipe first!

I got this product as GWP. Initially it appeared promising - creamy texture, foaming, pleasant fragrance, removes make-up...I thought this might make a good substitute for my Clinique's Make-up remover. But for me it didn't deliver what it promised. The foaming was barely there, there was heaps of make-up left on my face and my skin didn't feel clean. I always have to follow with another cleanser to remove my make-up.
On the up side it didn't break me out or didn't dry my skin out.

I think it might be a good cleanser for those with dry skin and don't wear/remove make-up with something else.

I'm coming to really love Natio products...this is a very gentle cleanser and the smell is pleasant. It doesn't do anything for my acne but it doesn't claim to, and I didn't buy it for that reason anyway. What it does do is make the rest of your skin clean, fresh and moisturised.

This is a pretty great facial wash if you have combination/oily skin. It didn't leave my skin feeling tight and taut which is such a huge plus. I liked that it is fragrance free and didn't break me out any further. It foams pretty well and didn't cause me any irritation. I'm not so keen on the smell of this though. Good for taking off light makeup too.

It is a very nice product for days when you are not wearing any make-up. Unfortunately that never happens to me. I bought it because I have a lot of flaky skin around my nose and forehead, I thought it was due to my cleanser being to harsh. This cleanser definately helps with the dryness, but after using this there will still be a lot of make-up on my skin. It feels very nourishing due to all the oils and it makes my skin feel soft without any dryness whatsover.
So a nice product, but need a cleanser that actually cleans my skin, so I will not repurchase this. It is not a bad product at all, just not suitable for me.

I was looking for a gentle cleanser - I wanted something that wouldn't feel like it had stripped off the top layer of my skin. Lots of cleansers do that, but this one works a treat. I don't have a tight feeling after using it, but it has definitely made a difference, clearing out all the blackheads on my nose, and leaving the skin feeling soft.I use it once a day, in the evenings. That seems to be enough.

i have combination, light sensitive skin and this product was very gentle (maybe to gentle for my t-zone) but it was also quite nice for everyday use if i dont wear make up. i might need a stronger one with it but i think it smells wonderful and cleansees thouroughly.

This is a lovely cleanser to use. Has a lovely aromatherapy scent of Rosewood, Sandalwood, Calendula and Jojoba. Because it contains essential oils I wouldn't use it around the eye area but am enjoying using this around the rest oft the face. If wearing tinted moisturiser I cleanse twice with it. If wearing longwearing makeup I cleanse first with one of the l'Oreal cleansers designed for long wearing makeup nd then I cleanse with this. Am happy with the clean feel of my skin afterwards.

Ummm, i have combination skin, acne prone on the T-zone, and when using this twice daily, i was suprised to find i had become dry. Just feels like a detergent... dont purchase.

This cleanser is perfect for my dry skin! I'm not one to care for foam although the packaging states that it produces low foam. (Actually it doesn't foam at all, due to lack of a foaming agent.) The fact that it's gentle, foamless (great for my dry skin) & that it's packed with essential oils for just a cleanser, makes this a great buy!

i have been using this for about a month now and it has done nothing absolutley nothing to help my oily mostly clear but sometimes pimple-prone (usually only symmetrical ones on my cheeks lol)skin! i actually much prefer the johnsons milk cleanser and will switch back!

I tried this cleanser when I was trying to save money - I normally use Estee Lauder Perfectly Clean foaming cleanser. Well, this Natio "foaming" cleanser did not foam at all, and I needed to use about twice as much of this stuff as the Estee Lauder - so in terms of value for money, I figured that I might as well go back to EL!!

The other thing I didn't like was the smell - I don't know how to describe it, it just made me feel really ill. I got about halfway through the bottle and then I just couldn't handle it anymore!!! :( Would not buy this again.

Like a previous reviewer said, this cleanser is too gentle. I find it doesn't quite remove everything from my skin, so for that reason I don't use it. It would probably be better on drier skin than mine, so if my skin did in fact get drier, I'd probably repurchase. It's too bad really, because everything else about it is perfect. Oh well.

I love love love this product it's cheap and does the work it dosen't have an awful smell like some other fragrace free cleanser.
It's just so good for the price and such an great brand so far I've had no problems with this and it even takes off my mascara .
I can't say anything bad about this and the price make it even better worth trying if you don't like you only spend a small about .

An effective yet gentle cleanser for my normal/dry skin. The price is great and I love how it's an Australian brand with natural ingredients and no animal testing. The packaging is also very convenient and hygienic in a squeeze tube. Not a HG, but extremely good value.

Is it just me? Gentle foaming just doesn't describe it. Can't get it to foam at all. Can't wait to finish this product and get back to an old favourite of mine. It's a middling cleanser. Toner afterwards takes care of its deficiencies. It's just not that pleasant to use. Its fragrance, the feel of it - everything - leave me cold. I don't feel this negative about all Natio products, by the way.
*update: think I was a little harsh. If it had "creme" on the tube, not "foaming", I wouldn't feel so cheated. If you like a cream cleanser it's good value.

This is a very gentle and soothingly scented cleanser. I find it is a bit too gentle for my skin so I have to alternate it with a stronger one. My skin is left soft and clean. I love that this is all natural like all the other Natio products. When I switched to Natio my skin improved because I am allergic to the chemicals in other brands.
