I'm a big fan of Chanel No. 19, so iris-based perfumes are right up my alley. I just wanted to try a simpler iris fragance, but this version smells strongly chemical, and like plastic. It doesn't even wash off particularly well. I think I'm just going to throw it out.

Horrible
To be fair maybe the bottle had turned because i cannot imagine anyone would offer this up under the guise of perfume to anyone. There was nothing floral or for that even pleasant about it. smelled like something i might try to degrease an engine block with; industrial solvent all the way

I was buying two fragrances from the Demeter website and I let my mother pick the second one. She choose this scent. Neither of us like it; I don't get any floral out of it, just pungent grass. It can't compare to the real, dewy, light scent of an iris.

This is a really soft feminine floral scent. I love it...and I'd definately repurchase. It's very subtle, and a very romantic scent.
