I agree this is more a cool, wine-stained raspberry than true plum. Fuschia/berry shimmer melds with the deeper background. It's an intense nighttime shade; leaves a stain after several hours. *update*: I sent this back - so fickle.. but there's no comparison between this and, say, chanel dragon or fuchsine, though the color family is similar. With those, the effect is sleek, even with dramatic coloring; with Plum there's a tendency to look garish and bright (prob. too much pink).

This color is beautiful. It's not exactly a plum but if you like plum lipsticks you'll love this. For the most part it wears a really long time on me. And it doens't have a nasty taste or nasty smell. This has become a staple color of mine.
