like others have said already, this gloss looks totally diff on than in the tube. It is a really pretty soft and shimmery pink that would flatter anyones skin tone! so, for you ladies thinking youre gonna have marshmallow lips, think again! this is a great gloss and very essential for your collection!

It really looks like a yellow-white gloss in the tube, with a pinkish shimmer, but out of the tube it's a gorgeous baby pink with pretty lilac and pink irridescence.. very shimmery, not sparkly. It's kinda what I thought Oyster Girl was going to look like, but that was too goldy! This is a cool version of Oyster Girl I think. It really tones down my very red-pink lips, which I love! Great gloss, if you're reading this because you're kindaa iffy about buying it, just go do it ;) no regrets! It'd look good on everyone. I like to wear it over Ozone!

Scent Me is GORGEOUS! It looks bright white in the tube, but on my pigmented lips it looks like a sheer light pink/nude color with a hint of iridescence to it. I love it! I just swapped for this and am thinking about getting another one. I find that Scent Me is not as sticky as other Lipglass shades, but has that great MAC vanilla smell :) Thumbs up from me.

This looks pearly white in the tube that i never thought i could wear it! i have medium pigmented lips and this goes on pinkish nude.Straight after the Mac MA tried it on me,i told her to get me a new piece LOL... all i can say is it's my HG at the moment!

This is one of my favorite lipglasses, the white in the tube turns to a wash of lavender/pink iridecence on the lips. It is very smooth and I think less sticky than some of the other lipglasses I own.

Scent me is white in the tube but applies a clear lavender-pink. I agree that it does seem shinier/glassier than other lipglasses because of the see-through color. I really like how it looks however it started to peel a little after application which was annoying--but I think I may have put too much on or something. This one seemed stickier than my other lipglass, Viva Glam V, but it had the same vanilla scent and lasting power. I like this color but won't repurchase.

I wasn't impressed with Scent Me initially, because it is such a boring colour from the tube. I also thought it would wash me out, so I didn't give it a second glance. :) I tried a while ago though, and I'm now in love!
I have semi-pigmented lips (light dusky pink), and Scent Me enhances my lip colour, and the end result is a soft bubbly pink which makes me look more tanned than I really am. :) I love this nude lip look!
My coloring
Yellow-beige Chinese Asian NC35 with jet black hair and very dark brown eyes. I have a light tan. My colouring is neutral colouring, and my best lip colour is red. :P

This is a very pretty l/g. In the tube it appears shimmery white, but appears pearl-like on the lips with a pink sheen. I like the color, but i wish it had slightly more pigment. This gives a very pretty shimmer and a healthy look.
I'm ppp, red hair, blue eyes, very little pigment to lips.

One of my favorite lipglasses! It looks so boring and white in the tube, but is so gorgeous and opalescent on the lips. It looks amazing on its own or with a plummy liner. I love it! It seems to have a smoother consistency than my other lipglasses. I will have to swap for another one :)

Scent Me looks like an opaque white shimmery shade but on the lips it has a tint of pink to it. It's a beautiful gloss. I really love MAC's lipglasses even though the texture is sticky. They make the lips look great. This gloss is no exception. It's beautiful alone or layered over liners or lippies.

Beautiful lipgloss! It's a sheer irridescent pink. I like the way it looks on me (NW25 like cool colors, med pigmented lips). Great staying power. A little sticky like all MAC l/g but nice overall. Sponge wand applicator. Tube lasts quite a while. Smells like vanilla, not much taste (if anything maybe slightly like vanilla but not overpowering at all). Overall a nice lipgloss on its own or over lipstick. Would purchase again if it wasn't LE!

This is basically a clear irridescent (pink/violet tones). I don't wear it by itself (it doesn't look natural), but layered over other lipglosses and lipsticks, it's stunning. Although it isn't a must have, it is a great lipgloss to have in your collection.

Like everyone else said, this looks very deceiving in the tube--but don't let that fool you! In the tube, scent me is a pearly white, but on your lips, it turns a shimmery opal pink. VERY gorgeous. I've been dipping my lip glass wands in pink opal pigment for awhile, but I realized that this does the exact same thing that pink opal does on my lips!

Wow, I bought this when I got a mac makeover, and i have always used it with a lipliner (plum) so i never really got the true effect of it...I actually just tried it alone for the first time like 30 seconds ago, and it is not scary and white like i guessed it would be without the lipliner. it's almost like a clearish light pink, with a hint of iridescent purple and not-very-noticable-at-all-but-still-there silvery shimmer. And yes, I know that these are called lipglasses, but this one has an especially glassy look to it, since it is a kinda see through with a little extra. I find the name funny though, considering that I think this is the worst smelling lipglass. It doesn't smell bad at all, a little like plastic, but mainly like nothing, while most of the lipglasses have that nice light almost vanilla smell to them.

When I swapped for this I was worried it would be too similar to Crystal Beach for me to be able to wear (CB being too whitish & cool). Although they look a little similar in the tube, Scent Me is much more complex & very wearable! On my lips it is sort of a shimmery light pink - not too white at all, & wearable on its own (which I don't often find with similar looking shades). Very pretty!

Don't be put off by this gloss - in the tube, it looks white, but on my lips, all I see is a lovely, subtle pink iridescence. Absolutely lovely! This doesn't seem as creamy as some of the other "new formula" lip glasses, but it certainly isn't sticky like the old one.

Not really any different than Crystal Beach, Be Seen, C-thru so it's nothign unique or a gotta have color unless you're a collector like me. Looks super pearly white in the tube, but applies super sheer w/ barely any hint of white. Very shimmery/pearly though, but nothing special.

Scent Me is a pretty opalescent pink/white gloss. Great over other lipsticks and wonderful alone. This seems to be in the original formula of lipglasses.

This is LE, which sucks, but I really like the texture of these new lipglasses. I find them much smoother and less tacky. Scent Me is a really pretty opalescent pink/white on the lips. When applied lightly, it's just beautiful. I'm a quarter of the way through the tube and that's just unheard of!

This is a great lipglass. I will not attempt to explain its colour as I am not good at that, but let me tell you that it is very lovely by itself or with other lipglasses or lipsticks, like Razzamatazzle. Unfortunately for everyone these are both limited edition.
