This is one of the best Shea creams I have ever tried! Thick,creamy, yet sinks in and moisturizes wonderfully! The red currant is a tart,berry scent! Love it!

MMMM! I have "Freskagirl" to thank for introducing me to this product. It's wonderful for anyone who loves Votivo's Red Currant candles enough to wear the same scent. This cream looks almost too thick and paste-like in the jar, but it warms and softens upon contact with the skin, and absorbs easily. It has a lovely moisturizing effect and a lasting fragrance.

The cream is very nice and moisturizing. My skin felt great after using it. I did not care for the scent though. I don't know if it is an exact dupe just because I have never tried Votivo before

I really enjoyed this scent, it was the first red currant I have ever tried. The formula was nice, nothing too thick and was ok moisturizing. I found the scent to last an average time but not all day.

I found Red Currant to drydown much like B&BW Cranberry Frost and Red Currant & Thyme lotion. Sweetish, Tangyish Spit. :( I guess I can't do tangy berries! I still awarded 2 lippies anyway, because there was nothing wrong with the actual texture of the lotion.

I love SB's Marshamallow Shea Cream and have it in several scents. However, Redcurrant is becoming an addiction - lol!! This rich intensely scented cream, is a close Votivo duplicate. It is a deliciously complex red juicy scent that is crisp, yet earthy with a base note of sweet rose. I often use the matching jojoba sugar scrub first, which is also strongly scented - so my skin is perfumed & softened for many hours.
Great buy at $6.99 for 4oz!!

Another perfect rating for this wonderful stuff! As the first reviewer said, this cream does smell just like the Votivo scent in the jar--a sharp tangy scent--and then mellows out into a more complex scent on the body. On me, it's a tart, yet sweet, berry scent that has a lovely, creamy (like vanilla or whipped cream) base. It's delicious, strong, and long-lasting. I will definitely be going back for the scrub! The Marshmallow Shea formulation is rich and creamy, yet with a fluffy texture; it absorbs quickly and moisturizes beautifully. Packaging is a simple and chic black and white plastic jar with screwtop.

I am seriously in love with the texture of this cream. Marshmallow is the perfect name for it. Its light & fluffy, & moisturizes superbly! The Red Current is a very complex scent. I definitely detect bitter cranberry, yet at the same time, I also smell a sweet berry type scent as well. You must try this to understand what I mean, very nice & perfect if you are looking for something a bit "different".

This scent is a very accurate duplication of Votivo's Red Currant. I really like it. It's fresh and floral with an edge. I receive compliments every time I wear it. I love the Marshmallow Shea Butter Cream. It's ultra-moisturizing with 25% shea butter. My skin loves it.

Scentful Bliss markets this product as an exact Votivo duplicate, and it really is. Out of the jar, this is Votivo to a "t", but then when it's applied to my skin it dries down to a very complex, sophisticated, tart currant scent, with rose undertones. It's magnificent and sure to become a staple for me.
The marshmallow shea cream formula is wonderful for my skin -- it's rich and creamy, like a thick frosting, but soaks into my skin instantly and hydrates my skin enough to last all day. I adore this stuff.
