I bought this product as I have a few milia under and above my eye. I have been using this most nights for over 1 month now and it hasn't helped get rid of the milia i think it has even gotten worse. Other than that, I feel the eye cream is OK. It doesn't really moisturise much sometimes after using this the next day i notice my eye area is drier.

After using this eye treatment for about 3 weeks or so, i think I finally see some results. I wanted something to smooth out fine lines and to prevent future ones. that being said, this is quite strong and I can't imagine using this every night. so i use it about 3 times a week and since it is an eye treatment it must be followed up with a moisturizing eye cream. At first this made my eyes look terrible, i almost stopped using it as it seemed to accentuate the very fine lines I have and just gave my eyes a dull look. I think it even gave my eyes crepiness and I never had that before! So, I was a bit scared to continue but I did based on some reviewers that said this type of reaction was normal - but i used it less often. I also noticed that my concealer did not look good. I noticed tiny flakes when I applied my concealer, and so my concealer looked gunky, yuck! I supposed that these tiny flakes meant that this treatment was working and soon to reveal smooth skin? Fortunately, I read that if this (flakes) happens, you must use a very moisturizing eye cream in the morning and use gentle cleansers. So I did, as I was using samples of ReVive eye cream in the mornings and nights, but it was not very moisturizing. So I switched back and began using my Ole Henriksen Fresh Start eye creme in the mornings again which is very moisturizing. That did the trick!
I can see that this has helped smooth my fine lines and maybe even brightened my eye area (my hereditary dark circles have almost faded! not completely of course but it's made a difference). I am glad I stuck to this and will continue using it, as a little goes a long way, but i am not sure if i'll repurchase. For now, this regime works great for me:
3 x a week use MD Formulations VitA Plus eye cream (at night only)
I use Isomers Fast Lift eye serum 2x a day. I apply the serum before any eye treatments/creams.
I wait for VitaAPlus to sink into my skin and dry before applying an eye cream over it.

this seems to make my eyes look good and I can skip the concealer if i'm in a hurry. Overall I do recommend this eye treatment but go at it slowly, especially if you have sensitive skin. I saw results after a brief period of my eyes looking shabby. I've been getting compliments lately from my friends telling me how good my skin looks! ;-)
I am 35, normal skin, only issue is with the tiny lines in my eye area ( and dark circles at times - don't have milia) and prevention and keeping future wrinkles or lines at bay is everything!
update:
forgot to mention that when I noticed the dryness and crepiness from using this product, I went out and bought Burt's Bees Healthy Treatment Royal Jelly Eye Creme with Aloe Vera and dabbed it on at night, and i think it helped with the crepiness and overall dryness! it's very thick so I don't use it anymore, I use a regular eye cream over this treatment, but the Royal Eye Cream helped get my eyes back on track, thank you! i am now using this 4 x a week and the results are amazing! And I don't need to use concealer on a daily basis - only use it when i go out now and it's really not that necessary.

i love this product! i'm really quite surprised that it doesn't get better reviews here. i have a lot of issues with milia and every single eye cream i've tried doesn't work for me even the much touted yonka eye contour cream that is supposed to prevent milia and "decongest" the area. either the creams that i've tried increase milia or doesn't moisturize enough so, i had given up and stopped using eye creams altogether until i came across this one and decided i should give it a try because i can't go on never using eye cream! i'm 31 and i'm at an age where prevention is key.
it is different from others that i've seen in that it contains some acid. this product is wonderful! after only using it for three days, twice a day, i've already noticed an increased smoothness under my eyes and i haven't experienced new milia at all! the entire area is so much smoother and less noticeable and moisturized! woo hoo! i have never experienced these kind of results from any other product! just for reference some of the eye creams i've tried are from La Mer, chantecaille, chanel eye lift( this was the worst and the one that started the whole problem), lancome, shiseido, origins, l'oreal, elizabeth arden, bliss labs, kiehl's and olay and i'm sure there are others that i am just not thinking of right now but the point is i've tried so many and none have helped like this product! this product is expensive for how little you get but with the results that i'm getting i will definitely be repurchasing from now on!

I bought the MD Forumlations kit for sensitive skin which included full size of this product. I tried really hard to like it as I heard it helped with milia but I could not see any benefit from it. Not on fine lines, not on milia, nothing. Using it every night would be rather drying on the skin too. The only product I liked in the kit was the sunscreen trial tube. LOL

Oh, how I wanted to like this product! I've been using for about 3 weeks. I *think* it's helping with my fine lines, etc., but honestly, it seems to work just as well as the Olay Regenerist I was using before (which was what? 1/3 the price?). I'll give it a few more weeks and come back to update. The product itself is fine...but for the price??? I'm not yet convinced...EDIT: took one lippie off b/c I think it made the skin around my eye area get little pimples...plus honestly, I don't think it's that much better than cheaper products out there.

This is my HG eye cream, for sure. The pump package is hygenic and dispenses just the right amount, and you use every last bit in the tube. It completely elimintated my crow's feet (I'm 31), keeps crepiness away and even keeps my terrible undereye-bags at bay. I think the orange-yellow color actually helps offset the greenish-purplish tinge of dark circles. Most other creams irritate my eyes and this does not at all. I think it's the best combination of treatment and moistuizer.

I only used this for about 3 or 4 days and it made my skin under my eyes extremely dry and peeling. Then, for the whole week after I stopped using this stuff, if any moisturizer touched my undereye area, my eyes would burn!Yeah..........not exactly what I'm looking for :\

I received a generous sample of this from Sephora, which I just finished (over a 3 week period). This is nothing special, it's nice, but I would not pay the high price for it full sized. It's just not that special. It certainly was not greasy, i'll give it that, and it didn't migrate to my eyes like others seem to do. The jaundice yellow color is a bit of a turn-off. I have 44 year old combination skin with a few fine lines around the eyes.

It does smooth the skin around my eyes, but it stings a little bit when applying it. I don't think I'll be buying this again.

I received a generous sample of this from Sephora and was so pleased that I immdidately bought it online! Despite being 10% glycolic compound and 2% vit A, my eyes did not sting. All other eye creams I have tried felt nice but it didn't make any difference on my mid 30's slightly puffy eyes. With this creme, I def. notice that my lower lids are feeling more taut and looking refreshed.
