I found the small size tube of this at CVS on a last chance clearance for $2.00 and some cents.
I thought the tube would be just one application, but you actually get about four uses out of it.
This feels cool upon application. You must be paitent and let it dry for about 25 minutes.
It comes off easily. I found it easier to pull it from your chin and go upward.
After pulling it off my face felt *really* clean and looked refreshed.
A good mask to use before a night out. Makes your makeup go on nicely, too.

Looks like mud. Small tube is ok as you only use a small amount. I love the texture of my skin after I use it. The reason I wouldn't buy it again is that it's so hard to get off, of everything. If it touches the sink, it doesn't rinse off!. I think another use of artic peat must be super glue.

I just bought this product for the first time, and I love it. If you like using Biore strips, you'll be happy with this. Like Biore, it deep-cleans your pores and removes blackheads, but I find this much less drying than Biore. This is a peel-off mask containing mineral-rich peat. It dries on your skin and peels off in one piece. If you're not sure whether it's doing its job, just hold up the peeled-off piece to the light and you'll see the impurities that it removed.

Okay. Not sure if I'd repurchase (I got the sample size--that's something I have to commend Lumene on; it's much nicer to buy a sample of a new product to try out. That way, if you don't like it, you're not out much money and you're not stuck with the full-sized version). It's a brown gel peel-off mask. It stings a little when you apply to freshly washed and exfoliated skin (I usually use Zia Ultimate Exfoliant prior to any other treatment) but not too bad. It dries in about fifteen minutes and then you can peel it off. I've found that it comes off easily enough, without leaving much residue. I only use this on my t-zone and my pores do look a wee bit tighter afterwards, but that could be my imagination. Overall, it's fun to pull the mask off, but I don't think it actually does anything.

This is by FAR the best peel-off, deep pore-cleaning, pore minimizing mask at the drugstore. If you like the peel-off strips for pore/blackhead removal..,this is for you. Yes, it has a very strong herbal/medicinal scent and it's pretty sticky when you apply with your finger-tips...but if you're patient and wait a full 12-15 minutes to let it dry you'll be amazed! You apply it in a thin layer...not too thick as only the layer that's touching your skin has any effect on your pores anyway. I LOVE this stuff! I wish Lumene sold it in a larger tube, however. I'll keep using this as a weekly treatment. Awesome!

I'm afraid this just did nothing for me. I didn't mind the charcoal smell, which is pretty strong and something to be aware of before you buy it. It just had no impact at all on my pores. On the expensive side for a drugstore brand.
I'm sure it must work for some skin types, but the Lumene line does nothing for me (combination--oily nose, normal forehead and chin, dry cheeks--any wonder I can't find a HG cleanser?).

I love this product. It is by far the best purifying deep-cleansing mask I have tried, and I have tried many. It is better than most clear-up strips (nivea, elisabeth arden, yves rocher etc.). I only use it on the t-zone because I find it to harsh on more sesitive areas of the skin. Donīt be put off by the texture and colour, it works! That it also happens to be one of the cheapest facial masks on the market is not too bad. I would buy it anyway!

Although this product looks like - well, to be honest - poo, it's pure magic. The key to making this product work for you is patience; you really have to wait until the mask starts to peel off by itself - otherwise you'll spend half the day trying to scrub it off your face and end up with a horrible mess in your bathroom. If you're patient enough, you get to see how clean and clear your skin becomes.

Liked this 10X more than the Biore strips. With this its easily peeled off or rolled off and my nose isn't itchy like it is with the Biore strips. My skin is also not bright red like with the biore strips.
The only downside is that I didn't put it on thick enough

I agree this is a fun product to use - but I haven't seen it actually _do_ anything for my skin yet! You apply a thin film on your t-zone and let it dry (I wait longer than the proposed 15 minutes) and peel off. It comes off in a film. I can't say I've noticed any effect on my pores though, or any cleansing effect. I'll use it up but I doubt I'll repurchase unless I start seeing results! ***UPDATE - I had breakouts on my chin after using this. Don't know if this was the culprit but they disappeared after I stopped using. Don't dare try again.... :-(

Really love this stuff. First peel off mask that actually does peel (or rather, roll, off in one piece for me. It does an extremely good job of cleaning pores but doesn't dry my skin out like QHMJ mask does.Very impressed with how effective yet gentle this is.

Same stuff as in the bigger facial mask, perhaps? Comes in an elegant little squeeze bottle- put it on all the same places as you would put a Biore strip. It feels fantastic while on- menthol tingly. I would leave it on twice as long as the package says to as it didn't dry fully in 10 minutes. It also doesn't actually pull anything out like a Biore strip does, so that was disappointing. No verdict on whether it works or not, but it didn't hurt, either, and was fun to use.

I like this product very much. It is perfect for mixed skin. You use this mask on your T-zone. I like the smell and the small convenient package. It really lasts surprisingly long time. But I think that you have to let it stay on more than 15 minutes to dry. Will repurchase.
