I am so sorry this was discontinued. This was one of my favorite scents in the world. Sweet but not too sweet. Lemony but not leaving you smelling like furniture polish. Just perfect. I have one small bar left in my closet that I am hoarding. Why did they get rid of this and keep some of the other shea soaps that don't smell good at all???

well, I have to agree with previous reviewer that there isn't much of a lemon scent here, which is too bad because other L'occitane verbena products smell really wonderful. However, the soap is of the best quality, in terms of being extremely creamy and moisturizing. Probably the creamisest soap I've ever used, I guess from the shea butter. So I would buy again, even though I wish it were lemonier.

The soaps do indeed produce a lovely, creamy lather. My problems with them is the lack of scent. This soap is pleasantly scented...like soap. I smell no lemon. I've had the same problem with the Chestnut shea soap, and think I'll stick to the L'Occitane shower gels and foaming baths from now on.

I never appreciated my L'Occitane soaps until I moved on. I'm trying to use up stuff before buying other products. I used another line for quite some thime when I finally ran out. I had one bar of the Sweet Lemon I received as a gift. So I decided to use it. The scent was just divine. Not overbearingly lemony, but refreshing instead. I just finished it and moved on to something to use up. Oh my! I have to drench my skin in moisturizers when I'm done. My skin had felt so good using this I actually forgot to apply any moisturizer and my skin didn't miss it! I must go back to my local L'Occitane and try more of these wonderful soaps!!!!
