I would die without this. I have it in almond mocha and it looks great on my skin. The powder is soooo fine its its pretty much invisable on the skin. I just puff a lil bit on my forhead, nose, and cheeks, and it sets my foundation. I dont get oily and get that airbrushed look. Its amazing!

The best mattifying powder hands down.Beats Macs Blotting powder(and others i"ve tried) by a long shot.
Great selection of shades and inexpensive.

I bought this powder in hopes of it taking care of shine. It is magnificent!!!! I use to buy MAC Blot, but now I will save my money since this works just as well, at half the cost!

I got this powder when an Avon store was closing in my local mall. I bought it just to get something to throw in my purse in case my face looked oily during the day. I got the color is golden something because I indoor tan and I wanted something that I could use even when I stopped tanning just to give a little bit of color. This gives me an extra boost of color in my face even if I'm not oily. I also use it to set my cream to powder foundation. I really do like this powder and it hasn't clogged my pores or caused me to break out any.

This product is a joke. I'm a huge Mark. fan, but please save your $$ and buy MAC's blot powder instead! The colors come out wierd, especially after touch-ups, the product can get cakey, and the packaging is quite bulky when compared to MAC's blot powder. The only thing this has going for it (besides the price) is the little bottom compartment to store the sponge, which is hygenic. Other than that, there's not much value, here. I've tried this twice in the past 3 or 4 years and each time it goes right into the trash after a day or two.

I didn't realize my dependence on this mattifying powder till I left the house without putting it on and turned greasy by 2pm! haha. It's great value, but my biggest peeves are 1) Shades 2) packaging. I picked the 3rd shade initially since I'm an NC35 but to my horror it was REALLY orangey on me and I looked like I was a cast member of Jersey shore. Not a good look on me. So I went back to the Avon rep and got the second shade (Buff/Natural) and it works much better. Packaging - I find it's a little bulky and it broke when I dropped it on carpet. bah.

Application : I would use a large powder brush to apply this. I've also used it to set my undereye concealer with a fluffy crease brush and it works really well. In summary - great product for a great price!

For me this is a very good powder realy fine and realy matte. It helps fix and blend my makeup. The only reason I gave it a 4 is the presentation. The fact that the applicator is under the powder annoys me. Very often I think I'm done and have to reopen the compact and go "fish" for the sponge. I find they could have spent the money to develop a diffrent case since this is identical to the compact makeup case. Still, it's very good and very affordable. As far as repurshasing, I might because it's good but I may also go back to Clinique wich I also love and less of a hassle to use. I guess it will depend on my budget when the day comes and if I find am Avon rep in my area.

I will use this or powder buff to cover oily areas or as a light dusting sometimes over my foundation and find it works quite well. My face doesn't look cakey or made up at all, it definately controls oil but I find half way through the day I need to retouch it up but all in all it is a fantastic powder.

Wonderful product for us with oily skin. I bought this and though the color is a bit off on me (yet it's the closest one to my color I could find with their limited range) it still works. Keeps me matte for much, much longer than just regular powder, but doesn't keep me matte all day. However, it is a huge improvement and keeps me from touching up as often as before.

I don't use the sponge it comes with, but I apply this with a brush to my t-zone. I'll only use the accompanying sponge if i'm out and touching up, otherwise I don't really like it. Overall this thing is pretty great.

I'm actually a little disappointed in this because the product is really hard to pick up and I'm afraid it might be a little hard to blend. It works really well, but the only reason I won't repurchase is that I want to try out other products like MAC's Blot Powder.

I was sooo skeptical about this product....when I ordered it with my avon lady. And then it came and I gave it a try...I didn't expect for it to match my skin...since it's so hard to find my shade and it only comes in 4 shades! i picked honey golden. OMG I loved it! I was surprised that I loved it. The coverage isn't as heavy as I wanted it to be, but I loved how light it was. I could put layers of it on and it didn't look cakey at all like my loreal true match caramel beige one (which looks pretty orange on me). This product isn't for everybody though, because it doesn't have a huge range of shades. I was lucky enough to find my match, but they're millions of people out there with different skin tones.

So i have heard that mark is the cheaper alternative to MAC. UM NO whoever said that was hating on MAC. I bought this powder in honey golden and im NC 44. SO i thought it was a good match. When i put it on I immediately got darker and orange. I'm dark as it is and now orange? I looked like someone who belongs on jersey shore. I looked like Snooki! that was my punishment though for trying to go cheaper. Thankfully my avon rep said i could exchange it for a lighter color so i'll try that and i will update.

I really wanted to love this product after reading the reviews (cheap! good coverage!) However, I broke out with terrible cystic acne within a day of using this. I may go back and try again after my skin calms down.

Pros: Love the packaging (sturdy, not messy), decent coverage (can be layered to cover blemishes, undereye circles, etc.), silky feel

Cons: Broke me out like crazy

Update: I kept trying this, and after a week or two it did stop breaking me out. This goes on very "white" but darkens up after a while (at least if you have oily/combination skin). This is now my go-to foundation powder when I want medium coverage.

I have it, I like it!

Nice packaging, sturdy, and I'm always a fan of included mirrors and separation of applicator from powder.

I got the lightest shade, and good new, it ISN'T too dark for my skin. It is a bit light though, but hey, I can't blame it for that.

It has a smooth application, I barely feel it, and it doesn't feel heavy on my skin. It has decent coverage, and I don't need to reapply it that much. You SHOULD moisturize, though, to keep it from settling into the fine lines of your skin.

I like the coverage of this product. It doesn't keep me matte all day, but it doesn't make me oily really quickly like other products have. Pretty good. I just use it on my T-zone though.

I picked this up when I was looking for a light-coverage face product that would get rid of any shine on my face, and that I could just throw in my purse. I ordered this in Natural Buff. I was kind of thrown by the size of the compact. About as thick as a hockey puck but not as large. I opened the compact and inside was the product and a surprisingly huge mirror. Underneath the powder itself is a small compartment for a round sponge. The sponge is very soft and good to use on the go, though it keep a lot of product.

The product itself is very silky smooth and I dusted this on my face with, and without liquid foundation underneath. Without and slides on and gets rid of all the shiny spots on my face wonderfully! I used a fluffy powder brush to apply this over liquid foundation and it did not look powdery or fake at all. I never knew such a gem could be found in the magalogs of Avon products! I immediately ordered a lighter color for winter when I don't self-tan. Love this stuff!

I keep one of these in my purse, it is great for getting the oil off of your face. you can use it all day and it still wont look cakey of feel heavy, it gives a light coverage and it perfect for touch ups.
