I didn't see any noticeable results with this mask unfortunately, nor did I feel any tingly effect like others...

I received this as a sample from Sephora. My skin has really taken a beating this summer; it is naturally oily and the high heat and humidity we'be had these past few weeks have left it feeling and looking rough. This mask really does what it's supposed to: it deep cleans and exfoliates, and my skin looks clearer, smoother and brighter than it has in quite some time.
I was a bit concerned that it might irritate my rosacea-prone skin, but that hasn't been the case. I felt a slight tingling while the mask was on, but there is no redness at all.

I have been using a Clinique Clay mask for years, as I always thought that clay was the most effective way to clean pores, until I bought this impulsively when it was 30% off. I really like it and find that it really does give a deep clean and i my face is really radiant for a day or two after. My skin is quite sensitive and I have had no adverse reaction, actually the first time I put it on I was sure that it was having no effect as I felt no tingling or sensation on my face at all. I would definately recommend this to anyone that likes to do a weekly deep clean of their skin, although it does seem to be very expensive if purchased full price..I will probably repurchase but only when I see it on special offer...

I bought this with credit card points at Zappos along with the Bliss Triple Oxygen mask so I think I grade it somewhat more leniently since I didn't pay the hard-earned cash for it. Along with the other reviewers, I wonder if this is all that much more effective than using a Neutrogena salicylic acid cream cleanser as a mask or even the Biore scrub. I've had a dermatologist tell me to put the Biore scrub on in the shower and use it as kind of a mask by leaving it on for a few minutes. My other concern, same as with the Bliss Oxygen mask, is the packaging and the "Aquafresh-esque" two different formulas to blend together. Giant, unrecyclable container that contains ok product. It is too expensive for me to justify buying it again with cash. All Bliss products just seem pointless to me now, I used to live for Remede scrub and other items but it seems like other companies do it better and much cheaper.

I got a deluxe sample bottle from sephora so I have used this couple of times. I like the concept of this mask keeping active ingredients seperate. This contains salicyclic acid which is usually harsh for me but this product is very gentle. I can feel a slight tingle how a peel would like. I unfortunately would not buy a $58, there are far more salicyclic products on the market. If you have bought this, this is a good splurge mask, great for friday nights.

I used this mask three days ago and ever since, my skin has turned into a rough, dry patchy mess! I don't have sensitive skin and I almost never have allergic reactions but whatever is in it has messed up my skin, I can only hope my skin returns to normal.

I got this as a sample from sephora and it is horrendously overpriced for what it does. First of all "mix the yellow and blue and mix until it turns green-the enzymes will be activated" What enzymes? Yellow dye+blue dye=green dye. It doesn't take any enzymes to do that, and I could have told you that when I was in pre school. All it did for me was remove flaky dead skin but thats IT, and my ole henriksen scrub for $25 does that much better, and more without irritating my skin. This made me all red. My blackheads were just as bad as before and atleast my ole henriksen scrub actually helped a little with the blackheads, for less than half the price. And besides, if I want serious exfoliation I'd rather just pay a little more and get exfolikate, which is some heavy duty stuff. I have no problem paying for miracles but $58 to do what any exfoliating mask can do? I don't think so..

the instruction says to massage the product for a short while and the blue liquid gel will turn green - showing that the enzyme has been activated...it almost never turned green for me no matter how long and hard i massaged...does it mean i didnt activate the enzyme? Cos that makes sense as i never really knew what this mask is supposed to do...

I have recently learned I have a couple disorders causing my skin issues, lots of hormonal acne and over production of oil. I tried it and was happy, but not omg best product ever.
I since have started using Taz gel. I know it has been said bha helps purge more, so 1 week after starting the Taz, I did a mask. And the results were AMAZING. My pores look so much better, some were even completely cleaned out. And today I've noticed much less oil production. I am so happy I have finally found a combo in skin care that will work.
The packaging is pretty crappy. The pump doesn't always work in tandem the way it is supposed to, and I feel like it is hard to get out a small amount, usually get way more than I want to use, which is going to lead to going through the product faster.
Overall, with the combined effects of the Taz and the Steep Clean, I am very happy. If the results continue at this rate, then I will repurchase.
**Edit - After discontinuing use of this for a while, and picking it back up I noticed that it really does not seem to make that much of a difference. It does help with some purging directly after use, but nothing long term. The pump is horrible, and for the price I can't really justify it. The Queen Helen Mint Julep mask does much more at a tiny fraction of the cost.

I have gone through 3 bottles of this stuff. I have giant pores on my nose and cheeks that get clogged with blackheads and I have constant acne. Whenever I use this mask my face is so much brighter and the blackheads and acne are reduced. When it's on my face, it tingles ever so slightly. It feels like little organisms are eating away bad things on my skin! Hahaha. It doesn't make me look perfect, but it does make me look markedly better, so I'll keep using it until I find something better. I've got very sensitive skin and eyes and this hasn't irritated me either, which is a huge bonus. The other reviews I saw don't mention that you have to put a steaming hot cloth on your face for a bit to open up your pores before you use it. Maybe that's what makes the difference? Anywho, I love this stuff. I feel so clean and fresh afterwards. The down side is, my skin will produce a crap ton of oil the next day to retaliate against my efforts. Maybe my pores were over cleaned. And the packaging is awkward, but come on, we are smart enough to mix 2 colors together aren't we? That isn't a deal breaker for me. It's expensive, so maybe try a sample before you commit.

My roommate brought this home after a facial. I have problem skin so I tried it a few times but I found that this really did nothing for me. I didn't notice any improvements but it didin't cause any problems either.

I've used this mask religiously since back in the days when it came in a divided tube--and I still love it! My skin is both sensitive and clog-prone, so harsh chemical-type peels just burn it, while gritty scrubs just make me break out. This mask is gentle and, with continued regular use, it keeps my skin clear.
Note: I use it once a week on my whole face and then again midweek on my nose and chin for extra blackhead fighting. I'm stingy with my "portion control" so one tube lasts me about a year. This is by far the most expensive single product in my beauty regimen, but its cost-per-use price and its effectiveness make it a bargain to me.

I gave this product 5 lipsticks because this is the best thing to have happened to my skin. But, this was not always the case.
I first tried this product when I was in college and I was not as impressed. First things: back then, the packaging was different and it was really hard (read impossible) to get the green and yellow stuff to come out in equal amounts. So I think the pump packaging is ammmazing. Also, when i was younger (21 and under) I'm not sure what was going on with my skin and while this product would brighten the skin, get rid of some blackheads, and make it really soft - a day or two later I noticed more oil and tended to break out after using. I used it until it ran out and didn't repurchase.
Skip ahead a few years and either the formula changed for the better or my skin calmed down. Now, this product reduces the size of my pores, clears out the blackheads and seem to prevent more from forming, The amazing softness and brightening for my skin also works. This time around there's not post-usage break outs or increased oil production. I also love the fresh way it smells and the easy application - it's silky and smooth unlike some masks I've used.
I will definitely buy this again, it seems like it costs a lot but from what I remember this will last about six months or so, at which point I think the price is very reasonable.

I am a teenager, on a teenagers budget. BUT after receiving a free sample of this, i knew i HAD to find the money to get a bottle. honestly, i am super shocked to see so many terrible reveiws of this product, as my skin and the skin of all my friends who have tried this, is smoother, much more radient, and glows for days after using this. If only it was cheaper! nevertheless, it is worth the money. I reccomend getting a bottle from sephora though, so just in case you dont like it (i doubt it!) you can return it no questions asked.

I could not help but give this one a single lipstick, perhaps on the quality alone, I'd give it a two. But two lipsticks mean nothing in my book anyway. Two lipsticks mean that the quality is lacking, the product is useless/ineffective, or the price tag exceeds its aura.
Why the one lipstick? Let me just say that I had the worst experience I've ever had for a free facial by Bliss' people. I'm young, yes, but I pay for quality. I haven't always, but as of the past three years, I'm the teenager that gives a good tip on my massages and meals. I'm the teenager that will buy into a product no matter the pricetag, so long as it is worth it. I work hard (50 hours a week) for everything I have, but I know what is to be expected, and I let the people that genuinely help me feel my appreciation.
I arrive early for my Bliss facial. Long story short, they had me waiting for a while, my face was bleeding after what I had hoped to be excursion was through, they were out of the product that I went there for, and on top of that, they shoved the most inexperienced woman on me who failed to answer even my most basic questions (i don't ask things because i want to know, but because I want to see if they know what they're talking about) only because I was a teenager. The girl next to me had the e guy who was massaging her hands and knew exactly what he was talking about. He was to go to me, but because they were running behind schedule, they sent the backup girl to me, and he did the older woman as she was more likely to actually buy something, right? :(
after service like that, my viewpoint on Bliss has been completely ruined. And even after reading reviews on all their products here, there aren't many products that are over a 4.0 (which usually defines a great product). So after this sentence is through, my voice on Bliss will remain to keep my friends from the line.

Overall, the product looks good but I did not feel any difference to my skin. For everything that the packaging promises as a 15 minute facial...it falls severely short of that. Total waste...

Based on the description on the packaging I felt I had to try this product. It promised a 15 minute facial, miracle mask, fabulous skin, minimises pores, etc Did it deliver? 'No' - I wouldn't waste your money on this product - there are plenty more deep cleansing masks that are better. If you buy it with the intention of clearing blackheads you'd be much better off with a Biore Strip - it's much more effective.
I guess the trouble with hyping a product is that the expectations are higher when you get round to trying it. Sometime products live up to the hype sometimes they don't. Unfortunately this one over promises and under delivers.

I was given this mask as a gift and I think it's fantastic. I like the feel and the smell and I do notice a positive changes in my skin. It's very gentle, which I need as my skin is quite sensitive, and it feels nice and hydrating, too.
...But the PRICE! Yikes! It's a great product...maybe even my favorite mask but it would truly have to preform miracles for that hefty fine. I mean, it's just not all that much greater than things I've paid less for love it as I may. Maybe I'm just cheap, but I'm just not sure if I'll be willing to replace it when the bottle runs out. If it hadn't been a gift, I highly doubt I'd ever of tried it out to begin with.

I like this. True enough, the exfoliation and other effects are mild, but it's also true that the product is suitable for sensitive skin. Can't speak to effect on pore size, but I can say that this mask makes me feel clean but not scorched or irritated. Mastering the pumps took some time; just remember to push down at 90 degree angle evenly on both to get product onto fingertips (not palm or else you'll get angle wrong) and the product will deliver nicely.
