I remember purchasing this the moment the line was announced. I was very excited about the anti oxidants and white tea in this product and tbh, I did have high hopes for it. I went through the whole bottle and sadly, I didn't notice any huge difference on my skin.
It feels good as a moisturizer and the super velvety feeling is quite nice. Since I had hopes for it and it fell short, I didn't want to spend money on it anymore.

I like this product. It reminds me a lot of estee lauders idealist. My skin feels the same silkiness after applying this than it does when using idealist. I also like to think of it as helping out my future skin by keeping out the free radicals...only time will tell.

This is a HG product for me. I put it on before moisturiser day and night and my skin always looks glowing. I never forget to use it in the morning, because it helps protect the skin against the environment and stop any nasties getting in. I love it!

i liked the idea of antioxidants and white tea, however it felt greasy on my skin even though i only put a tiny amount. in the end, i ended up using this as moisturizer on my neck and decollete rather than my face because it was just too greasy.

This is another case of falling in love with something my mother uses. I was near her one evening as she was putting this on. I remember being able to smell the calming white tea scent. I was so stricken by how pretty this smelled that I had to try it. I have very sensitive skin so I'm usually quite cautious before trying something new on my face. There's usually lot's of research and review reading that takes place before hand. With A Perfect World, I immediately squirted a few pumps of the bottle onto my finger tips and put it on. I don't know what got into me. Whatever it was, I'm glad I did it. A Perfect World is extremely lightwight. It goes on so smoothly that even just putting it on is a treat. The smell is undeniably soothing. This is an excellent before bed product and an even better primer for makeup. It does not irritate my skin, nor does it clog my pores. Touching your face after putting this on is an experience in and of itself. My skin is left feeling like satin. This is an utterly fantastic product for someone looking for a good serum or ultra lightweight moisturizer.

I bought this in a set, I was excited to try this...as I was hoping this would be equal to or beat an expensive serum that I love. Well, it does fall short. It takes me 4 pumps of this stuff to feel like I have an even layer on my skin. It does feel good at first, like silk. After that, I don't notice anything. It is not as hydrating as most serums...I will not repurchase.

I got this in a set so can't exactly return it by itself but I would if I could. I break out each and every time I use this moisturizer so I hardly ever use it. However, when I do use this as a base for my makeup I am oil free for the rest of the day. It keeps my complexion matte and shine free all day, thus I still keep this around for occasions where I can't afford to shine. But I wouldn't use this everyday, can't stand the pimples I get the next day after usage.

My mom likes using this and when I started having really dry skin from using too much bp I gave this a try. I love how this feels on my skin, it makes it so smooth, and I've been using this for a while now and I've noticed my skin texture has smoothed and more firm, even though I'm 21, but I've got a meaty asian face and this has definetly changed how my face feels. I'm pretty conservative with this stuff too since it's a bit on the expensive side, I usually will mix half a pea sized amount in my bp at night and in the morning a little bit in my tinted moisturizer.

I love this...in theory. Packed with antioxidants, it smells divine and feels like silk on my skin and didn't cause breakouts. So why won't I repurchase? Well, after finishing the bottle, which took a few months, I saw no noticeable difference in my skin. Yes my moisturizer went on smoother but I expected to see some change to my bare - smoother, more hydrated - based on what the SA told me. When I stopped using it I thought maybe this will be one of those products that you really miss when you don't use it for awhile. Since that didn't happen I didn't repurchase. I know there are no miracles in a bottel, but for the price I did expect to see something in the mirror.

Seems like this product successfully shows it's benefits on us older gals. I find it gives a very subtle airbrush effect the fine lines and wrinkles. It doesn't make them disappear ...just softens. An excellent base.

i like the idea behind it, with the anitoxidants etc which is great in theory, however, i would not recommend this product for anyone who breaks out easily like me. i am already in medication for my acne and although it made my skin look bright and fresh the day i used it, the next day my skin broke out something horrible, therefore i shall be throwing away that tester!

I bought this as part of a set, but it has had no effect on my skin whatsoever. I couldn't work out why I kept finding white flakes on my face until I realised it was this stuff flaking off. Good pump though. I shall not be repurchasing.

The White Tea Skin Guardian is my staple product; it is the one thing I've kept constant in my skin care over 4 years. I have always had mildly sensitive skin and am currently on a course of Accutain (medication that dries your skin like the Mojave). Through mildly oily to, now, VERY dry skin, the skin guardian simply keeps my skin very soft and never greasy. I ADORE this product. It goes on after my toner as a moisturizer alone or, if it's been an especially dry day - more and more common for me recently - coupled with something with an SPF.

Origins A Perfect World is a great product if you're in your teens or 20's. I use this every morning because I live in a city surrounded by transportation that gives off a lot of gas. -What I like: Helps guard skin against radical damage with a potent White Tea ingredient, smells luxuriosly sweet, texture is velvet-like once applied, and the packaging helps keep the product fresh and sanitary. -What I don't like: The price is kind of high. Also, there are no short and dramatic effects other than what you see...it simply guards the skin with long-term effects. Overall, I really like this product because it's assuring my skin will have some level of protection from the toxicity of the environment. I love it so far!

I got this product originally as a sample with something else I had bought from Origins and thought it was great as a serum to put on under my moisturizer so I went out and bought a big one. After two weeks of use my skin started breaking out and almost burning, which is rather odd because I do not have sensitive skin. I stopped using the product on the off chance it was that but also thought that it might be something else so I returned to the product (since I had spend $45 on it, I was going to give this a 2nd try) about 2 months later with the same results. It litterally burned my skin. I really love Origins makeup and other products but if you have sensitive skin or even slightly sensitive skin, I would steer away from this product completely.

I'm glad I got this in a set so I could try out the smaller version. It smells nice and has a nice, matte feel, but I never noticed any benefits from it. It didn't help the redness in my skin or smoothen out my complexion.. pretty much didn't do anything. I went back to using my biotherm source therapie serum instead.

This is my personal staple from Origins, the White Tea Skin Guardian. It’s sort of a skin primer that can be used like a serum after you cleanse but before you put on your moisturizer. I love the texture of it while applying it on my skin – silky and smooth. And what I love more is how my face feels afterwards – soft, supple, and not greasy at all.
The only complaint I have is that the skin guardian comes with a pretty hefty price tag ($32.50 – $49.50 US), but a little goes a long way so I think it’s completely worth it.
I also love that it comes in a pump for easy use!

This moisturizer caused major irritation on my skin and caused a zit on my jawline. It came the morning after I used it. Awful stuff with many irritating ingredients.
Awful awful awful
