I got two of the bronzettes as presents and i love them. they both came with no applicators and even if they did they were awfully messy. so what i did was take of the rubber tip and dumped it in a makeup jar you can find in travel container kits at cvs, walgreens, walmart, target, basically any store that has a big makeup section. i find that it works better and less messier.

I have 4 different colours, but I'm glad after I read these reviews to know I'm not the only one with some screwed up applicators! 2 that I have, have complete wand applicators, and 2 are just plastic sticks minus the soft padding tip.. what the.. are you serious? Where's the rest of it? Anyway, I have Bronzette (gorgeous shade of a bronzy-brown), Starlette (white shimmer), Nymphette (shimmery pink), and Tartlette (light purple shimmer).. and I can honestly say I don't use them often at all. I love them and all.. but the applicators are strange and they can get kind of messy.. oh well, they're gorgeous for when I actually decide to deal with them!

very high quality shimmer. this product can get messy if you happen to get the tubes that have the lipgloss like applicators in them. great for highlighting the eye area or using over an eyeshadow base as a shadow. very pretty and shimmery, the crystal shimmer powders have a texture and finish very similar to mac pigments in a portable size. much cheaper too!

I have this in the five lightest shimmery colors and my fave so far is the light blue. Some of these have applicators and some don't but every time I take the top off, the shimmer dust gets everywhere. Do it over the sink if you can. Once I got a handle on this issue, I found the shimmers all had different texture. Some are clingy, superfinely milled and rich in color (gold, blue) and some are powdery and don't adhere well (light pink). It was worth it to try them all to find the ones I really liked.

I bought this in Nymphette, a pinkish color. Except you can't really tell it's all that pink when you put it on, but that's okay with me. At first, I was very confused on how to put this on. I tried it with the applicator and it put on way too much and looked revolting. I came on here to look at reviews and as many people said, take some of the powder off of the applicator/get some onto your hand and use a brush to put it where ever. That works a lot better. It's really a very pretty shimmer, and actually a shimmer. It's not like big almost glitter-like shimmers. It's very finely ground and absolutely gorgeous.
One lippie down because of the mess and how inconvienent it is to put it on. But once I do put it on, it's gorgeous! I would buy it again.

I have this in Flirtette and Twinklette and another color I can't remember the name of -- and I never touch it. I just don't care for it. I don't like the design of the bottle -- it should be in a tub, not a tube. And what's with the non-existent half-applicator? That's just WEIRD. I had one bottle that had a full applicator wand, but the other two showed up with a little plastic half-stick coming out of the cap and there was no applicator or really any way to apply/use this product. It should come in a little tub, maybe even with a mini-brush. I found this to be the thickest and heaviest shimmer I've used, and I really don't think it "shimmered" nearly as much as something with the name "shimmer" should, and it doesn't shimmer nearly as much as any other brand of shimmer I've used. I don't know if I'll use what I have. I just never, ever reach for it. Although, I may have to use another reviewer's idea of mixing it with lotion and using it as a body shimmer. Maybe I'll like it that way.

This shimmer powder is extremely versatile. After work I always layer it over the blush I had put on that morning to freshen up my look and transition it into the evening. I alsooften layer it with my eye shadow, which makes my eyes pop! You could probably even mix it into a lip gloss. To be blunt, though, the packaging plain old sucks. Not the fact that it's a hook-up, but that fact that there is no applicator. Just a weird plastic stick that does nothing. So I put it on with my finger, but usually it's hard to get much powder out, and then when I do, it's all over the place. But I like it enough to buy it anyway, despite the packaging.

Yet another mark products that I have fallen in love with. I have it in Bronzette. You can do so much with these, play up your eyes, cheeks, clevage, whatever. I definitely recommend these.

I got this in flirtette, a shimmery golden colour. I am really liking it. One of those products which is truly multi-use. You can use it wet, dry or mix it with a mousturizer for a nice glow. Great to play with!
*edit* loving this product more and more, make sure to try on your body for a sexy glimmer that is so luxe!

This is a loose shimmer powder with no applicator. It's a bit hard to figure out how to get the powder to my brush without wasting any, but what I do is sprinkle it a bit at a time on to the side of my hand and then use it from there. I got this in "skimpette", a bronze shimmer. It's a very nice color, silky texture and easy to blend. Looks good just as a wash on it's own for a simple nude eye.

These are great, gorgeous products, that really accentuate anywhere and everywhere you want them too. All the colors are slightly sheer, and provide MAXIMUM shimmer. I'm planning on picking up all the colors.
