I got this for myself (dry acne prone) & my brother (oily acne prone) for christmas for the both of us.
For my brother his skin cleared up right away and now his scars are fading also, he has no problems with the system. I also got him another head for his underarms (every year he would get a tissue tumor that needs to me slouth off at the dermatologist every other month) the system (with chediphil) has really helped with my brother's underarm tissue problems.

For myself It really cleaned my face, however the first couple of times I broke out even more but a after a week all of my acne completely disappeared over night. Also my acne scars are completely gone. Now I just get the time of the month trouble spots but the system helped it for getting any worse. This product makes it easier for other moisturizer to soak into your skin.

I am also trying to get rid of my stretch marks with the brush and stretch mark systems, and noticed the scars getting lighter.

I recommend getting it at Amazon, I bought two of the system along with other items at BeautyChoice during black friday and got it after christmas...im still waiting on my other items.


this product is great to even try its only $60.

If you have dry skin I warn you that the first week your skin might get worst but after the first week your skin will change drastically.

I received this system for Christmas and j have to first say I LOVE this system!! It has totally cleared up my acne and is fading spots and scars from old breakouts. This has been the only system I can use without drying out my skin and leaving it red and feeling tight. Your skin feels so baby soft after using it. When I first got it I used it every night for 2 weeks, which you aren't really supposed to do but it just makes your makeup go on so nice!! Now I use it every other or every 2 days. You can use this is the morning too, it doesn't leave your skin irritated or red. Far from that, it leaves my skin super clean and soft and smooth! Like I said my acne is gone!! I think now that I had acne due to my skin being clogged and congested because my skin is totally different now! Haven't had any problem with the sponge pad wearing out, I always clean it after every use and I'm very gentle. Love that this is waterproof so you can do it in the shower which is very convenient. I would recommend this whole system to anyone!

I got this, used it, and noticed a difference in the way my skin felt the very first time. Over time it faded spots where I had hyperpigmentation, but my favorite thing about this is after I use it, my makeup goes on so smooth.

I was extremely excited after all the good reviews I've read. However when I first tried it, I started to get little bumps literally all over my face the next morning. When I read other reviews, I realised that the most likely cause was because the crystals stayed under the skin, where as professional microderms use vacuums to suck up the crystals. I then exfoliated and used a peel-off mask after a hot shower in the hopes it will somehow peel of the bumps. It actually worked for me LOL
I still use the product because my pores are smaller and blackheads are out of the picture! I still have a lot of scars and a few active acne but I can see it slowly going away. I do recommend it, just be extremely careful and thoroughly wash off any crystal residue left behind.

I love the tool, itself, but not the formula. I use this with my acne medication, and it works wonderfully. I will admit when I did use the formula and tool, I broke out the next day. And even when stopped, I broke out with a few small whiteheads and two painful hidden ones. All the whiteheads are gone, and the two hidden ones you can't see. One, is actually gone. Despite that 'purge' my skin is softer, glowing, and even toned. I think this buffs my acne cleanser into my skin better. AND, for the longest time my left cheek would not stop breaking out, and since throwing this in with my regimen, it's all clear. I just have to agree, you might come across a purge crisis with this.

This if for the Microdermabrasion Facial Rejuvenation System.
This made me break out! Was really excited after reading positive reviews. I had clogged pores after the 1st night, but was hoping this was part of the 5 day treatment process. After the 2nd night, I had severely clogged pores, had black heads and breakouts. After that my pimples got bigger and my skin was in the worst condition. I had rash like bumps!
After stopping, my skin became better. I noticed my skin was more soft, it looked 'stripped' and whiter but there was so much blemishes and pores!
After one week, I decided to try again and after the 1st night I got clogged pres, breakouts, shiny skin, redness.

Definitely did not work for me! =(

Currently I am using it on my heels.

LOVE this product!! My skin has become so much clearer since I've been using. I didn't see a real breakthrough until about 3 weeks of using it, but the difference in the texture and tone of my skin since is just absolutely wonderful. Not only does it do that, but my acne breakouts have noticeably reduced as well. I can barely feel the crystals on my skin when I use this product but when I splash my face with water after using it, my skin is just so smooth! It's perfect for use right before a date or important event, makes me feel so fresh and confident that my skin looks flawless. Makeup goes on smoother and effortlessly. I use this tool once every other day at NIGHT, right before I go to bed. I slap on a good moisturizer and in the morning, my skin feels so wonderful! I definitely recommend this product to anyone suffering with bad acne with redness, dryness, fine lines, or wrinkles. After suffering with HORRIBLE acne breakouts all summer, this product is a godsend. I bought the acne and oil clarifying version. I will definitely continue to use this product. I can even see myself using it when I'm 40! Overall, a fabulous product. Would recommend to anyone.

Dermanew microdermabrasion facial renewal cream with applicator has been a god send... seriously for my skin...I have been using it for 6 weeks now and I absolutley love the results. I use the applicator tool just as recommended and it works like a dream...I just turned 39 and honestly I feel my skin couldn't be any better...for me this has been a dream come true....I have very sensitive skin and for some reason this cream has not irritated it at all and has removed the redness in my skin (not rosacea just redness) ...like everyone else I have tried a lot of products but nothing has worked like this...thank goodness!!!!

I got this product after watching Kandee Johnson use it. My skin is sometimes dry but usually normal. I get the usual random pinples, and when I was younger I did have lots of pimples. So I have some sun damage and scaring, and some redness. I have used this for a couple of days and my skin is smoother and clearer, it has get rid of the redness. I understand how this can be harsh on people with sensitive skin, and the cream is hard to wash off, but is good, I really like it, the product itself is well made and tought of, so I think it was money very well spent. Smile!
UPDATE: After using this product more time, the sponge side has started to glue off :/ I really push the sponge against my skin and work the micro beaded cream to exfoliate, and now the sponge is falling off...

PROS: This clearly is liked by some.


CONS: Leaves greasy, gritty film on skin afterwards, even after rinsing well. The applicator/massager thing is ineffective. (I bought mine years ago. Maybe they've revised something since then because I do see glowing reviews on this??)


ALTERNATES: Clarisonic or cheaper is Olay's cleansing brush combined with something like the use of Dermalogica's Daily Resurfacer

HATE!!! This product (along with the the whole dermanew line) made me incur terrible breakouts. The tiny scrubbies in this product are very harsh and I I got itchy after using it. My mom used it for two months and saw no difference in her skin.

I was a little on the fence with buying this product based on the mixed MUA reviews. Nonetheless, I do realize that no one product works well for everyone. So, eventually, you have to take a leap of faith and try it for yourself.

I have been using DermaNew twice a week for about two weeks now and noticed a reduction in the size of my pores and my laugh lines are diminishing as well!

I would agree that the tool is probably unnecessary and I have taken to using the Microdermabrasion Creme on its own. I spread it in an upward circular motion using my finger tips.

I also have mild rosacea. So, I can identify with those who have sensitive skin. Nonetheless, this product has not irritated my skin and hasn't caused any flare ups. I am happy with it because it seems to be doing a good job on reducing the appearance of fine lines, minor wrinkles, and pore size. I may try out green cream, just so that I can compare the two products. However, if I repurchase it, I will only be buying the cream.

I bought this at TJ Maxx on clearance for $4.00.... I threw away everything but the dermanew contraption because I am severly allergic to salicylic acid, which all the products contained...I am basically using this with my own cleanser like a vibrating washcloth, lol...I like it, it makes my face smooth....I would never use the products that came with the kit though.

Beware before using this product. I have extremely sensitive skin but I need a little exfoliating now and then. I only used it twice, and it did severe damage to the underlayers of my skin. It took about 4 or 5 months to heal from the results of the vibrating tool. A few months ago someone told me the same thing happened to her, the crystals in the cream embedded themselves in the pores and it took many phases of "breakouts" to be clear again. May work for some, but definitely not for me.

I really like my DermaNew Microdermabrasion kit! It made my skin feel very soft and did a great job of clearing up my blemishes. Also, my makeup looked much more smooth and natural.

I was really excited when I found this on special on one of those 'special every day' sites. I also liked the concept & the infomercials made it sound so appealing! Well, I was disappointed. It's not a rubbish product, it didn't harm me, it didn't make me break out, it didn't make my skin smooth.. it didn't actually do anything. I don't so the benefit of the vibrating? I mean, I can move my hand. Maybe others will disagree with me - but I really thought this product was useless, unless you're looking to buy a sex toy without looking fishy.

I found the L'Oreal Microdermabrasion kit made my skin much smoother.

The concept of this tool is a somewhat appealing one to me: avoid damaging your skin with a physical exfoliant by using a thick spongy applicator to soften the pressure used to apply the product. It’s great in theory, but the problem with this kit for me was that the microdermabrasion cream itself irritated my sensitive skin as soon as I applied it. It made my skin burn and turn red, though the burning sensation subsided once I rinsed off the product. However, it also was very difficult to rinse off, and I had to wash with my usual cleanser in order to remove all the gritty residue. I also wasn’t impressed with the results. It didn’t leave my skin feeling any smoother than a chemical exfoliant does, and the next morning my pores actually looked larger than usual. I’m using up the cream that I have as a foot scrub, but this is not a product I am remotely interested in repurchasing. Overall, I just prefer chemical exfoliation to physical exfoliation, but if you really like scrubs, the tool is a nifty, though pricey, way of applying them without overdoing the pressure.

I was very hesitant about trying this for fear of cystic breakouts from allergies (which I get often from yellow dye in some products.) The dyes are not always declared in the ingredient list.

After 5 days, I am extremely happy with the results. If I have a reaction, it is usually by day 3. I have no new breakouts, the redness from old breakouts is fading, the dry skin below my lower lip is completely gone and my skin is so much smoother looking and feeling. I always use aloe afterwards, followed by my favorite face creme of the day. I will definitely buy this again unless I find something similar.

I should add that I think the little vibrator applicator is kind of weird.
