Received in a swap. The color was actually perfect! I wouldn't buy again b/c I need more coverage. I like that it's light and it actually looks good when I combine it with my MAC powder.

This product is fantastic! It's a "Sheer Ilusion Skin Tint" according to the text on the tube. It is sheer skin tint which can be used as a tinted moisturizer. However, I wouldn't call it a foundation. It does not provide enough coverage to be called foundation.
Transparence de Teint leaves the skin with a nice soft glow. I use it on the days when I want to go for the no-makeup, natural look.
I like the pump. It's easy to get just the right amount of product. I pump the bottle once into the palm of my hand and then dot the product all over my face. Blend well with fingers and wow, fantastic skin as a result! You get a fresh glowy skin without the oily parts some foundation cause. Also the Transparence de Teint covers the dry spots I get when I don't wear makeup at all. It feels moisturizing.
The lasting power is great. It makes my skin better but still doesn't look heavy like some foundations can.
I would definitely repurchase! The only downside with this product is the price.

I purchased this product for 2 for $30. First tested #2 and was amazed at how smooth, glowy and healthy this light foundation tested nicely on the back of my hand. I bought #0 and #1 however, even though the color match was paler than what I would have liked. This gives a beautiful "no foundation" look when applied. However, while the effect - glowy, poreless and even - was more obvious at the beginning of the application, the look tended to wear off over the day and made me look paler than I would have liked. Overall, I preferred this to Becca's LSF, even though the LSF gave a stronger tint, this was less oily even though it looked as if I had applied absolutely nothing on. Will save this for days when I want to use liquid foundation.

This skin tint is very sheer but leaves skin with a nice soft glow. There's really not much coverage, but it is meant to be a tint afterall! I have combination skin and will get a bit of shine on the t-zone as the day goes by. There is a difference in result depending on whether you powder afterwards.
For nice soft glowing skin that lasts through-out the day, the steps i take after applying moisturiser are:
1. Apply a make-up base from Biotherm
2. Apply concealer (when i need to for blemishes)
3. Transparence de teint
4. Light translucent power.
Without the powder, i found that it gives the illusion that my skin is much oiler than usual and the little coverage it gives is completely gone after an hour or so. Definitely try it with power (gently brushed over the face) and you'll get better results. I know that for those want to get this to achieve a no-make-up look would not even consider using powder on top. BUT, after half and hour or so after application, when your normal oil production comes through, it will take that powdered look away and leave you with a soft luminous glow. Very natual finish. :)

I usually have oil problems on my forehead and wouldn't dream of moisturizing there. Used this tinted moisturizer instead of a foundation for a couple days and loved it. I was dubious about the color match (I am a C4) but it was so sheer that it blended really well. No oil or shine after a whole day! amazing. Costly given the small 30ML tube, but I like the pump. Too bad there isn't SPF but I also didn't break out so maybe that's why.

I have Transprence de Teint Sheer Illusion Skin Tint in Shade 01 Vanilla, and really like it. I pump the bottle once into the palm of my hand, then dot the product all over my face and blend in with my fingers. Before blending, the product looks scarily orange, but in blends into my fair, freckled skin very well, leaving no colour or obvious product behind, but magically evening out my complexion, hiding the redness around my nose and minimising the dark shadows under my eyes (not completely hiding them, but there is definitely an improvement). There is a floral fragrance on application, but this disappears after a little while. I've found that if I use more than one pump, the product doesn't blend into my skin as well, and sort of peels off in layers, but with one pump, it looks perfect. I wear this by itself on "no makeup" days, and it lasts well. I also top up with a layer of powder when I want a more polished look, and this looks really well. I really like this product, and would definitely repurchase.

I received a sample of this and gave it a try for the hell of it. Didn't like it. The colour I tried was orange... as in Oompa Loompa orange! Honestly, who has orange skin?! Anyway the texture was ok. Not nearly enough coverage for someone like me, but I really only tried it out of curiousity. I'm not really familiar with the range of ultra sheer foundations out there, but this seems pretty darn average to me. Has a yuk scent BTW.

Poor poor poor shade selection. What was Lancome thinking? #1 was too light and #2 was way too dark and orangy for my skin, I'm not impressed. The product itself I find is quite similar to Chanel's Voile Universel (released just a few months back too), simply just a very sheer foundation, except the one smells stronger and has no SPF. It is a nice product and maybe if Lancome made a few changes (ie. remove the nasty floral scent, created some more skin friendly shades, and put a decent SPF into it), I might actually purchase it. But until then, I'm taking my money elsewhere.

Very expensive for the amount you get. The sales assistant told me you couldn't feel it once it was on but I could, and that is one of the main reasons I don't wear foundation. This is sheer though and it does even out my complexion but it doesn't hide the fine lines on my forehead or the blemishes. It's ok but not too amazing for me

This is a very sheer foundation/skin enhancer, it depends on how you use it. I use this as a foundation when my skin is in good condition. I have a light shade, #1 vanilla which suits my skin very well. At first the colour looks weird but don't let that scare you! If you are not keen on heavy foundations this is an option. I like this because it's easy to apply and gives a natural result. Great product!
