I didn't know it was discontinued, I still have a little bit of lipstick left, that's too bad, it's a really nice shade.

I know, I know! --this particular shade is long-discontinued! I wore it, literally, for years and it was always my daily staple, perfect for work and play. I still love and use this product religiously and have (since I had to) moved on to some new shades (besides the old-school clear, which I still cherish). Perfect feel, finish, and look--I love the package (tube), too. Cover Girl, if you're reading this, many, MANY devoted fans of this beautiful sheer red would pledge our cosmetic allegiance to you if you'd bring this one back! Pleeeeease! I'll be waiting. . .

I was so disappointed when I bought this the other day. It used to be my HG lipgloss when i had to work outside because it had SPF 15 and gave color and shine w/o being too made up looking. Well now I find that they have taken out the SPF (why???) and the whole consistancy seems to be different-less creamy and less color somehow. I won't buy again.

Discontinued? Oh no! That's bad news. I love this color and mine is almost gone, I'll be scouring the shops for any leftovers. It gives the nice stained-red effect of more expensive products (ie Benetint) at a MUCH lower price. Regarding the packaging, I have a little trick: I removed the product from the original tube and replaced it in a decorative lipstick tube. A bit tricky but not as difficult as it sounds; you can use a tissue to grip the product and remove it. Maybe try on a old lipstick you don't like the first time.

I love love LOVE the way this looks on my lips. If you love the look of red lips but hate the look of lipstick (you know what I mean?) then this is a good item. I like how it's so colorful for a gloss. I always carry this with me and will buy it again and again. Totally my hg lipgloss.

Love this color!! I like how thick and sturdy the packaging is but it DOES remind me of kids toy makeup. Lol! On the outside, this looks like a tacky 80's product, like someone said above. It's a bright cherry red color with baby blue plastic tubing. EEEW, right? NOT! It's moisturizing and gives a "I just ate a cherry popsicle" look. Totally cute!
