I first discovered this in the bamboo palette and fell in love with it instantly. It's really shimmery and the glitter in the shadow is chunky, but I love shimmer so that doesn't really bother me. My mother borrowed my palette once too and loved this colour a lot more than me, so for her birthday I decided to pick her up the individual eyeshadow. A couple of weeks later she accidentally dropped it on the carpet - not even from a massive height and the whole thing smashed she had to throw it. I love UD shadows, I think they're so pretty, pigmented and really high quality, but I don't think I'll buy individual shadows from them again, because of this reason and I think with the palettes you get more value for money.

I bought this from Urban Decay's website when it was on sale for $6. I love Stila's Kitten eyeshadow, so I was hoping this would be similar with a little extra.
Well, all it seems to have is extra glitter, which is now all over my face. The fallout from applying this was the worse I've ever had. The glitter also stuck to my face so much that I was unable to remove it with makeup brushes or sponges. So not I'm at work looking like a tweenager on my way to a Katy Perry concert. :(

I love glittery eye shadows. This color is just gorgeous. However, I do find the glitter particle size a tad too big for me.
You'll def need to apply this wet.

This colour is beautiful but the glittee falls out no matter what. It's a perfect colour but it's pointless wearing as the glitter does fall even with loads of primer being Used. It's a shame because this shadow is perfect for me.

Good color pay off but I can't imagine getting any practical use out of this. I have no idea why it's a best seller. I've never had this much fall out with ANY eyeshadow, including broken shadows and pigments. The under eye glitter is so hard to clean up without removing your whole face along with it.

I probably won't ever need to purchase this product again, since I have it in two palettes. This is one of my favorite UD eyeshadow colors, and I love the glitter, even if it does get messy at times.

I don't know why, but I didn't have any problems with fallout from this eyeshadow. The colour is absolutely gorgeous and though it is quite shimmery, I actually used this in the daytime and found it wasn't too much. You definitely do have to use it sparingly, as maybe the problem people are having with it is that the glitter in it is not as finely ground as in most eyeshadows, but this is quickly becoming one of my favorite UD colours.

Glitter bomb! I find this shade very impractical to wear on a regular basis and a hassle to apply. Other than Urban Decay’s glitter bombs, they have very good quality. I will not repurchase.

Let me preface this by saying I love Urban Decay eye shadows and I LOVE shimmery eye shadows. However, I really really really do not like this product. I bought this product without trying it on and should have returned it but didn't. I am in my early 20's and I think it has way way way too much glitter in it. Literally it is just all glitter. Even when you immediately apply it, it doesn't stick to your eyelids and in a matter of hours it is all off and on your cheeks. Also, the glitter is very hard to remove. This is not a bad review for Urban Decay eyeshadows, just this color.

Blegh. I really wanted to like this product, but I really don't. It is a goregous color, but with horrible fallout. I will use up what I have, but I won't repurchase because I have so many other colors that I love, so I shouldn't have to put up with the fail fallout problem with this one. If they wouldn't have used the dang glitter it would have been okay!

I LOVE this eyeshadow!! It is a really pretty beige color with tons of silver glitter. So if you love glitter, then this is the eyeshadow for you! Some glitter does fall out on my face during the day, but I think the glitter on my face is pretty and gives me an angelic glow. I would definitely recommend this eyeshadow to anyone who loves Urban Decay and glitter :) This is one of my favorites!

A lot of the complaints I'm seeing about this product are:
A) It has glitter
B) The glitter falls out
C) GLITTER!!!!
First off, I would never recommend this product to someone who shies away from wearing glitter. This is a VERY glittery product. For years, I used Midnight Cowboy as my go-to eyeshadow. When they came out with MCRA, which was basically Midnight Cowboy version: superglitter, I was excited. This is seriously one of the only eyeshadows I regularly use, even though I own a ton.
Never apply this eyeshadow with a brush. I'm not a big fan of shadow brushes in general, but for this product a brush application is just not an option. You WILL get glitter all over yourself.
There's a simple way to solve the glitter problem: apply this shadow wet, and use your fingertip or a blender applicator. I touch my clean finger to a moist sponge, and then rub it in the shadow. Since this color is so neutral on my skin, it's very easy for me to layer the color as I want it and blend it to a flawless look with just my finger.
Keys to not becoming a glitter mess when wearing this shade:
1. Apply it WET! Never dry!
2. No shadow brushes. Fingertip, blender, or sponge applicators only. Honestly, fingertip is your best bet.

beutiful champagne colour, has tons of glitter and that means FALL OUt! prepare for this, use a primer o base, put powder under your eyes to brush off glitter that falls and have some tape in hand, is best apply with a sponge tip rather than brush or if u use a brush use a slight mixing medium to apply and remember pat on do not brush on.

I went into Ulta last New Years to look at some Make Up before my cousin and I hosted our party. We found this, both put it on, and were surprised that it lasted all day, afternoon, and night!
I am a big UD fan. I love that this color is not too glittery, and not too dark as it looks in the packaging. I have had mine almost a year and it barely has a dent in it, and I wear it 3-4 days a week.

I got this in the NYC palette. I don't think this color is exceptionally pretty, and the glitter fall out is horrible. I will try it again using Fix +, maybe that will help.

I just got this and really like it as I like all the Urban Decay stuff I get. I especially like all these "midnight" this and that ones - the only one I'm missing now is "Midnight Cowgirl," so that's next on the list. This is a very shimmery, sparkly, somewhat metallic medium bronze color, which is really pretty. Now what I find that works best when applying these types of eyeshadow is to either use your finger or a sponge-tip applicator, not a brush, which UD also recommends. And with your more heavier shimmer shadows I also found that using UDPP along with Fyrinnae's Pixie Epoxy really make them perform great and give an extra "oompf" - also, when I know I'm going to be wearing heavy shimmer shadows, I put my foundation and concealer on last, making it easier if I get shimmer on my face - or using a small piece of tissue up against my lower lashline to catch any fallout. I'm finding that so far all of these tactics I started doing help out with any type of shimmer, glittery, sparkly shadows, not just UD. So this is a great color when you want something a little more natural in color, but with that extra twinkle too. I would buy again, but I don't think I'm going to run out anytime soon!

Really really glittery, but somehow not overdone. This is a medium beige color (think MAC's "grain" eyeshadow). It seems fine to work with (I have the potted version, not the palette). There is a risk of a little glitter fallout, but overall I think this is very pretty. You must enjoy light glitter to like this.
Edit: I've heard that applying these with a sponge-tip applicator works much better than with a brush (which might cause a little glitter fall-out.

This was such a pretty shade, but it's awful!! A big hot mess. Nothing but glitter everywhere, eyes, face, everywhere and there isn't much color at all, even after applying and applying, all I got is glitter, everywhere but my eyes. This was just awful, don't waste your money on this. I returned this back to Ulta.
