Lovely lid color for WOC. For reference I am somewhere between an nw40 and an nc45 depending on the season. I really struggle as a WOC with neutral eyeshadows. In this sense my best choices are orange and yellow toned shades. Jezebel is a salmon/pink/golden shade that is neither too pink or too coppery. It is orange enough to complement dark skintones and pink enough to add colour. The golden hue comes from the fact that the texture is shimmery. All in all a must have neutral shade for WOC.

Wow, I'm surprised to see so many reviews for Jezebel...I didn't know it was this popular, LOL.
Jezebel has been one of my top 3 favorite shadows for over 10 years. It's a beautiful salmon shimmer with a deep peach undertone, and it looks gorgeous on my dark skin (Armani LSF #11/Bobbi Brown Warm Walnut). It's also one of only two eyeshadows that I've ever finished and repurchased (the other being Urban Decay's Roach).
There are many imitations of Jezebel, but none come close to the real thing, IMO. It has the signature Stila velvety finish...neither frosty, nor metallic, nor glittery. It's perfect.
My everyday 2-minute eye involves Jezebel on the lid, Roach in the crease, and black or brown liner with mascara. It's a simple pairing I can depend on to always look fabulous, and it's so easy. Another look I like to do uses Jezebel on the inner half of the lid, and a dark plum (I like Anna Sui #502) on the outer half, up through the crease. I take time to blend this well, and the gradation of Jezebel into the plum color is stunning. It also pairs well with purples, dark brown, mahogany, navy, black, gray, and cranberry red. Because I have a strong peach undertone to my skin, Jezebel is basically my go-to neutral eyeshadow...I wear it with everything.

I'm not sure where people are getting peach from this because to me this is a rose colour with gold shot through. Maybe a tiny tiny bit of peach tone but mostly rose, LOL. That being said, I love this shadow. The colour is very unique and the texture is lovely and blendable. I like wearing this in the crease with a light (and I do mean LIGHT) wash of Kitten on the lid. Very soft look but makes my green eyes stand out. <3

This is a beautiful coppery orange brown tone. I'm NC42 for reference, and this is a beautiful lid color. I put a brown color on the crease and kitten eyeshadow on the browbone and it's a wonderful natural eye makeup style for me. Like all stila shadows, jezebel is pigmented, beautifully blends and lasts all day. Love.

If I ever run out I would buy this again...but I don't think that I will. The color is AMAZINGG. I have never seen another like it. Without primer this lasts about 5 hours, with primer this lasts FOREVERRR. No complaints. LOVE THIS.

I've had this shadow for a few years and haven't been using it, but I just found the perfect compliments for it using MAC Rubenesque Paint Pot as a base and MAC Melon pigment as an overlay. I am NW35 so the orange/peachiness with these three works beautifully.

As with all Stila eyeshadows, Jezebel is really soft and really easy to blend. It's also not ridiculously pigmented, so it's easy to build up the color. Being able to build up the color comes in handy with this particular eyeshadow, since the color itself is tricky. It either works wonderfully or terribly on people (no middle ground, from what I've seen and heard).
Jezebel is a strange color to describe, to be honest. It's a rosy neutral eyeshadow, with a hint of brown, and orange. At first, I was very scared to try it, but if you pair it up with the right eyeshadow, then I think it looks gorgeous!
Pink eyeshadows have always been kind to me. They tend to make my green eyes pop. I was able to bring out the rosy pink in this color by pairing it up with the Kitten eyeshadow (which is a pinky champagne color). These two together make a wonderful combination, and it's been a favorite look of mine to use in the spring. For that alone, I love the Jezebel eyeshadow.
I've never had a problem with Stila eyeshadows fading or creasing on me while I'm using the right primer (I tend to use Too Faced Shadow Insurance). Jezebel is no exception.
Overall, I really love this eyeshadow, and it's one of my "must haves" during the warmer seasons. I'm taking one lippy off because it's a tricky color to work with, but when it looks good, it looks REALLY good.

I have fallen in love with Stila shadow. I was always a MAC girl, but they are so soft and blendable, the texture is amazing. I recently purchased 4 stila shadows and I love Jezebel! It's more interesting on than in the pan. I have hazel eyes and I am PPP, i've had trouble wearing peachy shades before, but this one seems to work. Yay!

Lovely color...a very neutral peachy pink with subtle shimmers. I'm not a very big fan of the cardboard packaging. Great for everyday wear.

I was so scared of Jezebel. I tried Sun, which did nothing for me, so I thought peaches were just not my thing. Not only does Jezebel have a peach hue to it, but a somewhat orange aura too. I was frightened, for sure. But now that my Stila collection has grown, I don't have many new colors to try, and Jezebel came to me by way of a swap. I figured I could always swap it away if it turned out not to be my thing. One swipe on the lids and...magic happened. The skies opened, the choir of angels descended, and all was well in the world. Well, maybe not quite, but it might as well have been the case. I LOVE IT. I smudged a little Tigers Eye kajal and highlighted with Starlight, and was ready to go. This is a GLORIOUS eyeshadow that I highly, highly recommend to pale, blue eyed girls. This will get your glow on, believe me.

Jezebel is the same lovely silky shimmery quality of other Stila shadows. It is similar to MAC's Expensive Pink, but EP is a little brighter and more pink. To me, on my very fair skin, Jezebel is a tad orangy and bright, so I could see where others may not like it. Paired with Barefoot Contessa and Kitten and used in moderation on the lid, it makes lighter brown eyes really stand out. I can see myself enjoying this in the summer when my skin warms up and darkens a bit.
If you have really light skin and want something like this but not as bright, try MAC's All That Glitters.
Conclusion- this would work best on someone about NC/NW 30 or darker looking for a lighter bronzy toned shadow to bring out hazel, light brown, or green eyes.

Don't you just love that name! LOL! This was one of the first eye shadows I purchased from Stla eight years ago. I love how this shadow can be applied wet or dry. This remains one of the shadows I must have in my makeup bag!

One of my favorite shadows for summer! On me, it's a medium coppery rose with lots of shimmer, maybe with a bit of peach. I wear it wet, usually with a bronzey liner and brown or auburn mascara. Makes my eyes look bright turquoise. So pretty! I'm not crazy about the cardboard container, although it has held up well over the past year I've had it.

I wasn't a fan of Jezebel when I first saw it in the pan, but MUA reviews don't normally steer me wrong, so I persevered. And, I'm glad I did. It's perfect for a sun-kissed looking face (I'm wearing it today with Sun and Barefoot Contessa) but it also works beautifully with most other shades. It's got just the right amount of shimmer and it's buttery consistency makes it a joy to apply and blend.

Me: LLL NC/W 20ish Brunette with Brown Eyes. Love this eye shadow. It is a must have if you like neutral colours that still have a bit of a "kick" to them. This is a great peachy shade with a hint of copper-iness to it. It is the standard beautiful stila eyeshadow texture, soft silky highly pigmented and not too glittery or too matte. Very versatile shade, goes with plums, purples, taupes, browns, greens...I could go on and on. Makes my light brown eyes pop! Another great stila shade.

One of my favourite Stila shadows, this colour looks amazing on PPP skin. It is a lovely neutral with just the right amount of shimmer for day. Looks amazing with Barefoot Contessa and purply lilacs, surprisingly. Staying power is phenomenal, blends well and is soft and pigmented. This shadow is one of the reasons why I adore Stila pans. :)

I just bought this on Thursday and I worn it for the first time today at work. It looked awesome. It's shimmery but not overpowering. And its coppery but not too much it has a hint of rosy color in it. I love it. I haven't gotten an Stila eye shadow in forever, they now have the plastic containers I'm not a fan of it. I like the paper ones with the cute little saying in them. This is definitely one of those everyday wear colors when you wanna look professional and put together.

With a name like "Jezebel" I would have expected garish gold glitter - something fit to catch the eye of a prospective one night stand beneath the harsh glare of strobe lights. What I found was this lovely peach-hued copper bronze with a subtle shimmer.
Contrary to its name, Stila's Jezebel eye shadow is flat out pretty. When I sweep it onto my yellow-toned skin, I look sweet - more fit for a wholesome day at the park than a night at the club. Applied wet, I'm sure Jezebel would look great in the evening - more copper than peach - but I honestly can't get over how very, very pretty it is as a wash.
Jezebel is my new go-to shadow for church, work, or any other situation where I want to appear sweeter and more innocent than I actually am...
