Love it. It is such a nice colour, almost has a coral tinge to it. It seems to have some kind of mint in it and is slightly tingly. It feels fresh. It is not too shiny, and not too sparkly. I like that it's all natural and they use post consumer materials to package it.
My only complaint is that it leaves my lips a little flaky

This is my favourite lip gloss! I allready used three packages. I have very fair skin, but this look good also summer when I have little bit tan. I love coral colour wich look very natural, but gave my lips nice gloss and awesome sexy colour. And it`s not drying lips.

Nice coral shade on me, not garish, perfect for everyday. I like the doefoot applicator and the scent, it is not sticky. There is just one thing that keeps me from repurchasing from this line: I have to dip the applicator at least 4 or 5 times in order to get enough gloss to cover my lips, it gets frustrating after a while.

I truly believe that the Aveda Lip Glazes are among the best lip glosses currently available. They're long-lasting (for glosses, anyway) without being annoyingly sticky, and the size of the tubes is pretty generous.
Pepino is a terrific color that I think would look good on just about anyone; it is a bright, but not shocking, shade of pink with a touch of coral. After my first tube ran out, I bought another -- a rarity for me!

It wears more of a coral-y pink on me, and it overall flattering. Didn't last too long, however, on the lips. Creamy texture with easy wand application.

The other reviews are correct. This color is a little brighter for me than natural, but very soft, not loud. Slightly shimmery, slightly muted bubble gum pink. Love the color.

Pepino is one of my favorite colors. As others have said, it looks very bright in the tube, but it is a very flattering color on the lips. It brightens my face up, but my lips don't look neon pink. I also like it because it is not too shiny, as so many glosses are. It's more a natural look. I also like Carnelian (ginger color) and I just got Bronze Blaze (brown sugar color). The lip glazes are my favorite of all the glosses that I have, including Smashbox, philosophy, Tarte, Burt's Bees, Clinique and DuWop.

An 'okay' gloss - Pepino's color is very pretty but the scent and taste turn me off. Not minty or herbal in a pleasant way (say, Burt's Bees balm) but just mint-gone-wrong, and the taste is a bit plastic-y. Also, the amount of gloss that is delivered on the wand is small enough that I have to do at least three separate dips into the tube to get enough gloss for my lips. I don't require a slick look; my lips are just naturally full and there's just more acerage to cover. ;) Not something I'll purchase again, in any shade.

This is a very shocking pink when you see it in the tube, but it applies so sheerly that it just gives a nice color lift lips, and just gives a really pretty pink glow. It has a really nice scent, just like peppermint, which makes it fun too. There's also a lot of product in the tubes, so I think it's a pretty good value. For reference, I'm an MMM with pigmented lips.

Aveda Lip Glaze in Pepino is a lovely lip gloss. The texture of the Lip Glaze is somewhat thick with a mildy sticky feel. The color Pepino is slightly cool toned watermelon pink shade. Once applied to my lips Pepino is a sheer pink shade with no shimmer or sparkle, which brightens my complexion. The Lip Glaze does wear off in a moderate amount of time, but it makes my lips feel moisturized. I love the minty scent of the Lip Glaze, which isn't at all overwhelming. Aveda Lip Glze in Pepino is a very simple makeup item that is great for everyday use.

Gorgeous peachy pink colour, a minty feel on the lips...long lasting power and not sticky. Quite pigmented, but still sheer enough to look glossy rather than opaque.
This is a nearly perfect lipgloss, and beats Glossimers and Lipglasses any day of the week. (It would be better if it came in a squeeze tube rather than a wand style, but hey...)
Aveda makeup is very under-rated on this site.

I love Pepino. Others have described it pretty well--a melony pink that on me is definetely more pink than anything else. So fresh and spring-y looking--I really like this. The Lip glaze formula seems to have a little better staying power than Aveda's other glosses too. I mean, I'm not expecting much from a gloss anyway. The only complaint I have is that All of Aveda's lip products have this absolutely disgusting smell/taste in my opinion. It's the peppermint oil of course, and I know many people like it, but it makes me want to gag. Dries my lips out slightly too.

I am a huge fan of these lip glazes - have 5 different colours but pepino is my favourite because of its colour! At first glance it looks a bit shocking in the tube, but in reality it goes on much lighter and sheerer. I have fair Asian skin and this colour really brightens up my face without being dramatic! That's on top of the smooth consistency, long-lasting effect, pleasant smell/taste and the all-natural ingredients. Perfect for everyday wear in the office or out. Will definitely repurchase.

i first looked at this, and thought 'OMG who would put that hideous colour on their lips?' well, 3 months later, ME!! and its a beautiful colour. I would say it is right now, my most flattering lip colour that warms my complexion and brings my eyes out. I'm fair w/ grey eyes and l/b hair. The colour is a salmon-melon-pinkjj that goes on quite sheer, not too sticky, wonderfully moisturizing and with a nice scent. I wore this colour with nars orgasm blush, and it looked super. i'd definitely buy again.

Expensive but worthy gloss. Pepino is a bright pink, almost coral color with slight clear shimmer (not glitter). Goes on much sheerer than what it looks like in the tube. Pretty summertime color for an olive-skinned brunette like me. Nice peppermint scent, not too overpowering, just right. Moisturizes quite nicely. 3 hours later, the gloss is STILL on my lips. Very nice and therefore worth the $$$.

Looks sugar pink in the bottle but when applied the color completely disappeared on me. No glitter, shimmer, pigment nothing. Similar to Fresh's "Sari Pink". I prefer the Mango Lip Glaze which is a very pretty understated golden rust color.

I usually run away from colors that look like this - neon pink. However, the MA at Aveda made me try it on and what a surprise - on my lips this is really beautiful, a great, flattering pink for summer. I love the flavor, too.

I love this gloss - Aveda Pepino and Raspberry Tea are glosses at their best! Pepino looks uber-bright in the tube but on it is A*m*A*z*I*N*g - a gorgeous sheer pink with a bit of pep. I don't usually suit more apricot pinks but this one is just right. It has great staying power- all the things the other reviewers said! I don't know what more to add except go try it!

Melon pink is a good description of how this shade looks on my lips. Despite the garish presentation in the package, the colour goes on much sheerer yet lasts for ages. I'm very impressed with these glazes - they wear well, don't dry my lips out, smell great and give just the right amount of colour.
