This is perfect for girls with pale skin... and when I say that, I am ghost white. It's much less pink than the picture above suggests. With base coat and top coat, 3 thin, even layers, it's quite opaque. I think a lot of people blame the polish when it's actually them who need to learn how to paint their nails to make it not streaky.

I usually love OPI, but this ons is extremely streaky. After 4 (!) layers, it is nowhere close to opaque. Maybe my polish is just a bad batch because other reviews rave about the quality. Love the color though, very pinkish but I can still wear it to work.

This is the polish I wear every single day. I have fair skin and this is the best nude pink polish i've ever bought. Been buying this since 2004. I finish every bottle. This polish never streaks and it seems to resist chipping. The color is beautiful, the consistency/quality of the polish is superb - money well spent.

if your hands looks best with opi tickle my franc-y than ur skin type might not be too suitable for this shade of pink. i usually wear tickle my frnaz-y because it looks best on me. but this pink is just a little to bright i guess. its not really blue based nor yellow based it is just "the" pink. i appears to have a vintage touch to it i d say.

for fairer or darker skin than mine its probably wonderfull. or really good an taned skin. but not for me unfortunatly (scince in my country opi costs as much as chanel)

Pinking of you is a must have if you have a tan. It looks fabulous on my toes with three or four coats. I love to wear this color in the summertime. It's my favorite for beach vacations, because it makes your feet look fabulous, and it doesn't chip. I will definitely buy this polish again...

Without a doubt, my favorite OPI polish. This is the only polish that I have finished to the end and had to replace. I have noticed that the newer bottles of it I have seen seem to be much pinker than the one I have, mine is a light pink, a good "safe" appropriate color.

i absolutely love the color of this polish but it ALWAYS bubbles!!! no matter what i do it still does it and thats the one thing about polish that annoys the crap out of me!!! i seriously cant stand bubbles in my polish. i wont buy this opi polish ever again, but i will try to find a color that matches it.

Pepto Bismol pink but a hint lighter and not quite so "chalky" looking. I get compliments every time I wear it. I wear it with Mavala (which in my opinion is the best) topcoat. SHINY! Love it!

Do not be fooled. I was surprised by how different the color looks from the bottle. It looks a lot closer to a beige when applied (Might've just be an illusion since my nail plates are very pink) ...Which was personally a big, giant, outrageous no no. I would not buy it again.

Greaaaat for just glossy pinky nails. If you want the outfit to speak then this color is for you. NOT streaky at all. AT ALL. Rare for sheer shades. Great light-pink-non-nude-sheer-glossy nails! :P Hey it's an OPI, hyphens are necessary!

A perfect baby pink when you want something a little deeper than a nude pink. Looks good on almost any skin type and for any occasion. Highly recommend.

Just picked this up from Ulta. I only buy OPI and Essie polishes and I was expecting a cute, opaque pinky color. This polish was so streaky and the color looked horrible on me! (I can pull off all different nail polish colors--pinks, oranges, reds, blues, yellows, greens, etc)
I hated it!!

my favorite pink shade from OPI! takes 4 coats to look its best on me. Every time I go in cvs I look for this shade but cant find it again. lasts a long time without a topcoat.

This is £10 in the uk (selfridges london) and i think thats ok...ive seen d/s nail polishes for £7 or £8 so for a 'professional' good brand like OPI...its ok i guess. Ive bought a few baby pink nail polishes from opi in the past but all were a little too sheer and gave me too much of a natural look...most i was thinking would be ok with a french manicure but on its own they were VERY natural. Then i tried this one and i really love it, finally i have found a great baby pink that looks good enough alone. Its not super sheer like others, and does give a very slight barbie-ish look but i really like it. I have tried 2 coats and 3 coats and i prefer 2...if i do 3 it looks kind of less classy, and more barbie-ish...there is a slight difference. But 2 coats and a top coat and its great shade :)

I love PINKS - of all types - sheer pinks, milky pinks, sparkley pinks. I like Pinking of you - but it is not my all-time fave. (I prefer the more sheer types like honeymoon suite and I also tried Kiss on the Chic which I like, as well.)

Meanwhile, if you like pinks - give this a try in a nail salon before investing in a whole bottle. I am a PPP and it is a cool-toned, pale, mily pink that is not too bubble-gummy.

OK, love the solid colors in OPI but have never had much luck with paler colors. Looked all over MUA and then went into department store to check colors and went for this one.

It does streak, but not in a ridiculous way. I did one quick coat over my biosculpture french toenails and it looks great unless you get up close - and no one but a toddler is getting up that close (my son liked it BTW!).

In the bottle looked too girly/candy pink for me but on is the perfect color I was after. Pink, with a slighty dusky tone, but really, just a great pink!

Would only not buy this again as I do not wear nail polish that often and I have bottles of OPI that are nearly 4.5 years old and still going strong. Suspect I will be too old for this color by the time I would need a replacement.

Pinking Of You is the first OPI polish I have ever bought!
It was $20AUD at David Jones so while it is pricey, it's very good quality.

The application was easy, the pro-wide brush made nail painting much quicker, especially since I have small nails. :)

The colour is a semi-sheer baby pink. It is strong enough to give a cute and noticeable pink colour to the nail but you can still see the tip of the nail through it.

The one thing I don't like about this colour is the drying time! It takes an awful long time to dry on me and I often get sheet marks even when I put it on hours before going to bed!

Over-all, it's a lovely product which is well worth the money and I would definitely repurchase it. (:

This my favorite light baby "milky pink"

This has a few options for color...

It can be a sheer milky light pink.... with 1 or 2 layers of a milky Nail Tek II Foundation base coat and 1 good coat of the lacquer and a top coat.

It can be a milky semi-sheer light pink with ...1 to 2 milky base coats of N.Tek II Foundation, 2 good coats of lacquer and a top coat.

It can be a shade or two lighter than a light/medium milky pink....with a 1-2 milky base coats of N.T II, 3 good coats of lacquer and top coat.

I love it...very glossy on its own and wears well over 4 days....I just change after the fourth day.

OPI lacquer rocks.....wears so good....it allows me to paint them now....since store brands always chipped and peeled off after 1 day.

So buy you some OPIs ....get them online at etailer for under 5 dollars.
