I am in a love-hate relationship with VC lotion.

It's a very good lotion - it contains vitamin C derivative so it brightens skin; it is moisturizing, especially when used together with squalane; my skin absorbs this lotion completely. There's no sticky feeling.

But you need to use it within a month or two, at most three; otherwise, the lotion starts to degenerate, and becomes smelly yellow water... I used to buy extra bottles when it was on sale, but all of them went bad when I opened them 3 months later... What a waste of money... I had to threw them away.

I was getting some nasty breakout and pimple scars before this. Now after using VC Lotion together with White Lady at night and Squa Dew for a month or so, the scars are diminishing and much less breakout, except for the occasional hormonal/stress pimple. It's also great to know that HABA products are preservative free, paraben free, basically doesn't contain chemicals that are harmful to skin.

I don't like to use toners because it just feels like water on my face and this one is no exception. Doesn't do anything special...

it contain 2% vit c to help formation of blemishes.this is for people who can't take white lady.as in white lady makes them breakout..both provide whitening effects.but i still prefer white lady as VC lotion contain alcohol if i'm not wrong.
this lotion can also used as a face mask.

this is a vit c toner and i felt it is alright.besides that,it also contain alcohol.

I have super oily and mild-moderate acne skin. I pat this toner on my skin just like Japanese girls after washing. I don't use cotton balls. I do like the light feeling and pretty soothing. I also see some brightening effect, more radiant skin. I also like the bottle where you can control the amount of the liquid coming out, so you won't end up wasting it for nothing. Price wise is kinda pricey. I've using it for about a month now. No irritation, hives, nothing. We'll see for long term running. It's Vitamin C, so....great for spots and fight radicals. One lippy off, cos yes nothing else than it's super light feeling, also a touch of brightening.

This is great as a toner. It preps the skin so that when you put a moisturiser on top, the moisturiser really sinks in. Contains squalene in an appropriate amount for it to be useful without causing break outs as well. I use this in Australia where the climate is hot but extremely dry so I would recommend this product especially for people who work in airconditioned areas. By itself, it really doesn't do as much as it's not moisturising enough on its own. AUS$55 approximately for 120mL.

Very happy with this stuff. A moisturizing toner that evens out the size and texture of my pores. I have very oily break-out prone skin, but since including this in my skincare routine, my skin has felt softer, smoother and, for fear of sounding like a corny sales pitch, younger looking. Did not break me out. Works well with my Boscia oil-based cleanser and does not seem to be contraindicated with my Benzaclin spot-treatment. Never really thought I needed a toner til I started using this product.

My DH didn't like the fragrance with this. It made his eyes really red if he got the lotion too close to them. It also wasn't all that soothing/moisturizing and seemed to do nothing at all (probably because of the container allowing oxidation like someone said below).

This made my skin uncomfortable, like a dull ache. I couldn't put my finger on it, but my face just felt "off" every time I used it. When I finally used it a couple of days in a row, I broke out.

This toner is absolutely fabulous. It doesn't dry me out or anything after I apply it like many toners I have experienced. I put a little in my hand and then apply. I don't want to use a cotton ball because of the product you waste when applying it that way (never have). It's more expensive than I had initially anticipated (they're powder wash is only 18 USD, this is 33 USD) but it is well worth it. It soaks in quickly and the bottle is genius! Instead of having a normal toner-type top where you risk dumping and wasting a ton, it has an applicator that only allows a small amount of product to be dispensed at a time. It's great, so you only get out what you need instead of spilling it all over.
Highly recommend! I have oily, acne-prone skin...and I love this!

VC lotion is wonderful! It brightens my complexion and lightened the red spots, clearing up dry skin as well! It's a little sticky when you first apply it but it sinks in. I haven't tried G lotion but VC lotion doesn't break my skin out.

To be on a fair side, this is a good moisturiser if the user rather dry skin, This is because of the higher squalane content in this product. Squalane is a chemical produced in our skin to keep our skin moist, however, it decreases in production as we age. Hence squalane is good for dry skin. However, in oilier skins, squalane quickly becomes squalane oxide, which makes skin even oilier and may cause acne breakouts. This is unfortunately true for me: I use White Lady, VC lotion, oil cleanser and squa dew all from HABA, and I am still recovering from the breakout after using them for 3 months. You may want to think twice about these products, but again, you probably can't tell whether they work or not until a few months later. It's just another thing to gamble on!

I got this as a sample when I bought the face brush. I was pleasantly surprised when the SA asked me if I'd like some samples of their products. Normally I had to ask for samples, but this time, she gave samples to me without me prompting! Anyway, I've heard raves about this product, and tried it the very next day. My skin felt smooth and soft after application. I particularly liked the sample packaging, I had to tap the bottle lightly to get product out. That's good 'coz there wil be minimal product wastage! Will be getting the small bottle soon!

Love this!!! It is an *amazing* product! I'll be purchasing my 2nd bottle soon! This really has helped a ton with evening out my skin and helping getting rid of my acne scars. I use this every night after cleansing but it can be drying and does not moisturize so you should definately use a moisturizer after it! I just wait to let this sink in (which it does, and quickly!) and then apply moisturizer and I'm ready for bed! Seriously loving this stuff, one of my best buys of the year! Thanks so much Jacinta for cp-ing for me!! :)

This is a must-have in my skincare regime. Im on my second bottle now, and still loving it. I dun really use it as a moisturiser, more like a toner. VERY moisturising. My skin improved so much ever since i've started using this product, skin tone was even out, not dull anymore, and did gone slightly whiter, smoother texture and more moisturise. I find this works best underneath retinol and vitamin E products, thats when my skin improved most. accrodingly to dermatologist, vitamin c should be use with vitamin e products to ensure its efficiency to last as long as possible.

ok, at first, it is sticky, real
sticky, btu after a few sec, it makes my skin soft, soo soft n nice to otuch. it adds glow to my usual dull, washed out skintone. but i dun c ani whitening effect here? i have been using it fer like....2 months? n still nothing. i have a small acne scar, n it never heals. thou it did not help, but its a great everidae toner.
recently, my face suddenly pop out quite a few of oil clogs? i suppose so, its colourless little bumps, sometimes a bit red. i dun noe if its dis fellas fault thou...

i like this sooo much. i feel my skin is soft when applied. this has reduce my scars a little but will continue using to see the effect. after using this, i didn't use the squa dew but skip to my sunscreen instead. i find the squa dew can clog my pores.

Love this product! I've been using it for a bit over a month now, and my skin is even and soft. It's fading/faded old pimple marks, and gently whitens.

I got this for $24CDN from a swap. It comes in a small spray tube, very convenient for tavelling because of the size. Everyone should try this out, so either go to your HABA counter of swap today!
