i have this both in the liquid and the powder, and i like both.
in the powder, i have the color frost. it's a soft brown with a lot of golden shimmer. it's really pretty, it's almost like a "i may or may not be wearing eye shadow" look. it's really natural, and when the excess shimmer fades away, it leaves a deeper shade of brown that looks really great. i don't even mind that the shimmer wears off. sometimes i even like it better without the shimmer.
for the liquid, i have it in black onyx. it's a sheerish black with the most subtle red and golden shimmer. it's a little hard to blend as it dries a bit quick, but i've gotten quite used to working quickly. i only use this with my smokey eye, and it also works as a primer when i'm gonna layer a darker color over it.
overall, i'm really satisfied with both of these, and they're a definite repurchase.

I'm slightly ashamed to say I even own this.. I should peel the sticker off.. haha But I have Playful.. it's actually a goregous shimmery purple.. I had no trouble keeping it on my eyes for a long time.. the tube is a bit tricky though.. probably not the best thing to put loose powder in.. especially with the wand applicator.. oh well.. It's good to pull out of the old make up box every once in a GREAT while.. haha

I have the 'pink diamonds' product. This goes on WAY too thick, does not even look pink, it looks more like a mauve or a brown.. it takes forever to dry, and when it does, it's falls off in chunks. I even tried drying my eyelids with a hair dryer to see if that would help but it didn't!!!

I own the "sparkling amethyst" shade and like it really well. The application wand takes a little getting used to, but once you're familiar with it it's pretty much fine. I like the smooth way the color is painted on, and the color itself is fetching. However, the main con to this product is that when it dries, it can sometimes be rather flaky and pale a bit. To keep the color darker, I just let the first coat dry a little before applying a second and that seemed to help keep that problem away.

I bought the green one. No color seems to come off of the stick, just glitter.

I bought this product in Electric, which is a bright blue colour. First, the colours are quite amazing, but it takes a while to get used to the package. It comes in a tube which holds LOOSE shadow and the sponge applicator is attached to the cap. You have to be careful not to spill the loose powder and you don't get much control (i.e., if using as an eyeliner like I do, the line will most likely go on thick). During application, you will undoubtedly get some powder under your eyes. So what? Just wipe it away. It doesn't have good staying power, although I have quite oily skin (still at 40 years old) and maybe I need a primer for this eyeshadow. The odd thing, however, is that the colour turns into a beautiful, bright purple within a few hours. Strange! But I kind of like it because it really offsets my green eyes. It won't last all day, so don't expect it to. Pop the tube in your purse and touch up your eyes later. I like it for the price and the fabulous colours. Fun stuff!

These come in really nice colors but this is pretty much a useless product. Has huge chunks of glitter and a wand applicator. I ended up getting more of the product in and under my eyes and on the counter top than on my eyelids.

I got this in Funky, which is an awesome and amazing color. Actually, a friend of mine had it in HER makeup case, and I tried it, and I love how the pink and purple change and shimmer. So, I went right out and bought it. Cheap, which is great. So the color = a hundred stars. But, like everyone else says, the packaging is a mess. It spills and gets eyeshadow everywhere no matter how slowly and gently I take the wand out. Plus, it's difficult to apply. I generally just place a dot in my eyelid and use my finger to make it go where I want it to go. I wish this was in a pot or something, I guess if I had an empty one I could try and dump it in there.. But, the color does really rock. I had some photos taken in it, and it's just beautiful. I find that it stays pretty well on me, but I have almost zero oil in my skin, so that may be it.

I bought this shimmery eyeshadow in Gentle, which is pretty much like a nice creamy, champagne color.
I thought it was pretty color as I swiped a quick test on my hand...
It was extremely shimmery, but lacked the actual champagne-like pigment color. For about two dollars at Wal-Mart, I'd say this wasn't such a bad price compared to brands like Revlon or L'Oreal... So, I bought it.
I tried it on the next day, and I came to realize that as I was opening it, the package design wasn't really that great. It looks like a tube for lipgloss, and the brush looks like it was for lipgloss... yet, it was for eyeshadow?
Anyways, this packaging design wasn't really beneficial to me. I tried to put the eyeshadow on with the wand with the SOFTEST touch... but it went on chalk-like, and a bit too much. I normally put thin layers of shadow on just so it wouldn't end up like I put on a whole lot. I had to use my finger to blend the powder around... and that didn't seem to help... so i used my eyeshadow brush... and that didn't help either...
I decided to just cope with it throughout the whole day. After my classes, I checked myself out to freshen up, and I noticed how I looked soooo tired. There wasn't any pigment, VERY LITTLE shimmer/glitter left...
Overall... I was just plain disappointed. I wouldn't repurchase this again.... or any of their other shades =(

I bought this out of extreme boredom and curiosity at Wal-Mart one late night. I (and my friend Annie as well) bought Glamour, which in the tube and on my hand looked champagne-colored with incredible sheen. Unfortunately, on my eyes it looked too orange, and with a lot less shimmer, but the texture and consistency were OK. The weird sponge-tipped applicator in powder probably isn't the best idea, but I used it anyway and had to smudge the color with my finger once it was on my lids for it to look right. I might try another just because they're cheap and they have good colors, but I wasn't thrilled.

Um......so for this product, I don't know where to begin. The very first time my friend told me Mary Kate and Ashley had a make up line coming out, I swear I about died laughing! How desperate, I thought. I bought some Illumineyes Shimmering Eye Color out of being curious. The application brush seemed as though it was definatly in the wrong product. It's more of a lip gloss brush. The actual powder is very heavy, a chalk like feeling and look. When you take the lid off a bunch gets all over if you don't do it very slowly, and even then it gets everywhere. I got Playful, a purple color. If I put a very little bit on my finger tip, and rub my two fingers together, and then put it on my lids, it doesn't look AS bad as I'm sure it could. It's not my favorite, but I guess it's alright. I definatly don't use it often! I'd buy another color that wasn't so bold, MAYBE.

OMG I LOVE the colors in these!!! Major rave. The packaging stinks, e/s falls out each time it's opened, but it's well worth it for the gorgeous colors you get. Just use your own brush to apply and not the applicator that comes with it. I applied my MAC Untitled paint and the Mary Kate e/s stayed on all day, no problem. I HIGHLY recommend these for any of you gals looking to get some fun tropical colors on your eyes this summer, and not spend a ton of money doing it!!!!! The ones I got that you MUST, MUST check out are: Funky--A pink with violet undertones, Gorgeous!!!, Wild Savage--Teal green with gold, and Electric--a medium blue with pinkey violet undertones.

well... we was dead wrong for even buying Mary-Kate and Ashley. Espically... thouse with a darker complexion because we resemble a clown. It really does look like chalk on your eyes. Gross!

I got this in Playful, a purple colour. So yeah anyways I don't like the applicator, it's a friggin sponge lip gloss style thing and it's a loose powder. W/e. I love the colour, it's actually very nice. Oh yeah, there's ZERO staying power. BOOOOOOOO.

I got the color "Fairy". It looked like I smeared chalk on my eye lids. The packaging is horrible too. It's like a lip gloss container...yet the product is a loose powdre. Who thought of that idea? A lot of the product spills out and is wasted everytime I try to se it. What a waste of money. Update: Ok so it isn't so bad after all. I'm still using it , so it can't be that bad. But a much better version of this color is the Physicians Formula "Up In the Clouds" eye shadow.

I have these in two colours.Wild: a teal green colour, Glamour: a golden colour.
I must agree with CinnamonKitty on the packaging. It comes in a tube like a lipgloss, even the wand. When you take the wand out the shadow flies all over the place.Which would be quite well & fine if the product were a cream eyeshadow. But it's POWDER? Powder in packaging like that?? Whose lame idea was that? It makes no sense at all. :_O
So there was my rant about the packaging.Lets talk about the product.
You have to be careful when you take the wand out of the tube.(Be sure to have a rag with your bathroom cleanser standing by) The product goes on cakey if you don't take care to tap the excess off the wand. The colours are very pretty I must say, but the powder can end up all over your face too.Under your eyes, excess glimmer ending up on your cheeks.Once you get that past all that nonsense I suppose it ends up being an OK product. You have to be careful applying it so you don't get too much on there, because if you don't tap the wand first watch out - clown makeup comin up!
The colour lasts about 5 or 6 hours.
The packaging of this product really turns me off personally. If the shadows were put in jars it would make it so much easier.Either that or if they were made into a cream to put into tubes like that.
It's AHHIGHT but that's about it.

This is groovy eyeshadow! I actually like the package, too, because I apply my eyeshadow with brushes that I clean thoroughly after every use, and I can swipe this on without having to worry about cleaning any brushes! I also love the shimmer and the colors! Great for your purse as an on-the-go makeup. Fun to wear, fun to use! I love this shadow!!!!

Fun stuff. I aquired it recently in "Glamour" which is a very pretty gold. It goes on thick and has a really nice shimmer that lasts a long time. The colors are all fun and the packaging is great. My only complaints are that it's a little messy when applying because of the nature of the wand, but just make sure you tap off excess before applying to your face and it is fine. Also it's hard to tell the true color from the tube, as the shadows are much lighter than can be seen at first glance. This is allright too though, because you can unscrew the lid in the store and see for yourself (luckily your Walmart is nice enough so that everyone doesn't crap out the eyeshadows before you get there...there are good ones and bad ones!)Overall a great fun eyeshadow. I'll be keeping this one in my small bag.

I bought this in Funky, the color is awesome! I have to use this with a cream eyeshadow, I'll explain below. Okay at first I had some major problems with this. No staying power... I could get it on nice and good, it looked pretty, but for some reason, it would travel! Like, somehow it wound up in my eyebrows, and near the bottom of my lower lid... It's not because I rubbed my eyes or anything. It just did it.
Solution I had some Revlon Illuminance that I wanted to try using a powder with. I figured maybe if I try it with the Mary Kate and Ashley it would work.
I was right! It came out beautiful, worked great, both shadows stay in place and last for hours. If you can't make it stay, try this! I highly recommend the Revlon cream eyeshadows though, I use Va Va Va Va Bloom. ^_^

I bought Sugar, which is shimmery brown. The packaging is cute but messy as hell- it's like a lip gloss tube. When I pull the applicator out, powder goes everywhere & there's lots of waste. Other than that I like it, it's very pretty. This will last if you apply it over concealer or eyeshadow primer. MAC Studio Finish is great for making eyeshadow stick.
