A nice deep blue that works well as a liner and fairy dust as a shadow over your lid and into the crease. Can also use glitterati. Doesn't last all day is my one complaint.

this makes a beautiful liner, it's one of my favourites.

I bought this after much debate because blues are not my favorite shadows. After trying it I am hooked! This is a perfect alternative to a black or gray smoky eye! The color is a beautiful smoky deep denim that is bright enough to be noticed without being over the top. My only complaint is this color fades quickly even with primer. The color itself is lovely and I will get it again!

Being a MAC lover I only purchase their eyeshadows but, my friend starting selling Mark and with the beautiful color choices and cheap price I decided it's not that big of a loss if it sucks. Well luckily it is great! This color is beautiful! Great pigmentation very blendable looks beautiful in the crease with Mark's South Beach on the lid. Night Owl is a beautiful rich darker blue with a sheen to it.

I use this product wet as an eyeliner with the mark. eyeliner brush. I have been using it 2-4 times a week for a year and it has barely made a dent in the pan. I don't think I will ever have to rebuy this, but if I did run out I would in a flash. It would be great for a smokey eye if that's your thing. I have many mark snap to it palettes so the packaging wasn't really an issue, but if this is the only color you want to buy that could be an inconvenience.

I've had this shadow awhile so mark shadows last a long time. It reminds me of urban decay's goddess shade except with less glitter and pigment. But it's also way cheaper. I love this dark blue, plus you can put mark shadows in a custom case which is great. Only $4 eyeshadow, it's amazing

As a shadow, this deep, slightly shimmery navy is a bit much for me - it kind of makes me look like a ghoul with my light skin. But, as a liner, it's really beautiful with my blue eyes, and it's my favorite eyeliner. I use a slanted liner brush dipped in contact lens solution, and it lasts all day. Really gorgeous, and one of my staple colors.

I really like the shade of this shadow, which is a subtly shimmery navy/midnight blue. I use it wet with a liner brush as an eyeliner. I'm not wild about the texture of mark eyeshadows in general, as I find them somewhat chalky and of lower quality than Mary Kay shadows, my usual choice, but this does work well as a liner.

This is a grand midnight blue that can go warm or cool depending on what you pair it with. Mark eyeshadows are high end quality at a drugstore price. I especially like that you need to get a palette to put these in because the palettes are of excellent quality. I pair this with Tiki and with Minx to get that beautiful layered smokey effect. I'm not a teen, I'm almost 32 and this is a great buy.

This is a beautiful midnight blue color with a hint of subtle shimmer. Used with a lighter/shimmery color like Living Doll on the inner crease/lid and Glitterati as a highlight, it makes my dark green/hazel eyes really pop. It is best used as a liner or for a modified smokey look on the outer crease/corner (i'm a PPP) but not all over the lid unless you're darker-skinned. This is a VERY intense color, so handle it with care.

This is so gorge! I use a wet eyeliner brush with this. Its like a midnight blue with a sliver shimmer, almost a metallic midnight blue. so pretty! Lasting power when wet is pretty good too.

The color just didn't look good on me, and the packaging was very cheap-looking plastic (I didn't want to buy the mark case just to try out an eyeshadow).
Not pigmented enough. I prefer the silky texture of Milani's eyeshadows for the same price.

I love this. It's a REALLY dark blue that's just like the midnight blue in the Crayola Box of 64. Yeah, you know which one I mean. :P It's a beautiful, beautiful color, and while I'm no eye shadow expert, I really like Mark's texture, quality and wear so far.
Age: 19-24 Skin: Combination Hair: Black Eyes: Brown
I love this eyeshadow! It's great for a smokey eye! Really great quality, and I love it that I'm a rep and got it at a fantabulous price. Very pleased-met my expectations.
Age: 30-35 Skin: Combination Hair: Blond Eyes: Hazel
Lovely dark rich blue with silver shimmer. It's not as dark as a navy blue, but it's not a royal blue either....I think for many it would be best as a liner, but for those smokey eye lovers this would be a great choice! It wears well, applies very nicely, and is easily blendable.
Age: 19-24 Skin: Dry Hair: Blond Eyes: Blue
This is a perfect smokey eye shade for my dark gray blue eyes. In the pan and applied wet with an eyeliner brush it has a really cool shimmer to it, but dry it almost looks matte. I would re-purchase, but the pan is big enough that I"m sure it will last me as long as I'd ever want to use it.

I use this blue/black with shimmer as a liner after applying a wash of "nudist" and blend like crazy. Love the look. Good quality, goes nicely into the mark face case. VERY nice price, lots of product.

I love this color, although never thought I would, being that it is blue, but thought I'd give it a try. Actually, I wet the tip of my eye shadow sponge and use it as eyeliner rather than shadow, and it is perfect contrast with my brown eyes. Really pops. So far I have four of the Mark shadows. I like the fact that you can mix and match in the case, and for the $5 it cost, it is a pretty large size pan. Glitterati is not so impressive. Thought it was a sparkly white, but turns out to be a very sheer gray with lots of glitter that gets everywhere. All in all, night owl is definitely worth a try.
