I LOVE this mask. You can literally see the oils that are pulled out of your pores when the mask dries. My skin looks and feels smooth and brighter after I use this. I use it 2-3 times a week. It dries very quick and I only leave it on for about 20 minutes. The only thing I don't like about this mask is the consistency is kind of watery. I will continue to buy this product as long as they keep making it though!

This is a nice, no-frills clay mask. It doesn't irritate my skin at all or excessively dry it out (like the Queen Helene MJ mask does). It has a very thin consistency and you don't need much to cover your entire face. Be sure to shake the bottle before use. It won't work miracles or make any kind of dramatic difference, but I use this maybe once a week just for fun and my skin looks and feels smoother and calmer afterwards.

good price, this product last forever. works well in tightening my pores and keeping my skin clear. for it's price, not bad. I would compare this mask to the famous queen mint julepe mask. that one does a tingling sensation so i would say this is a more sensitive version of it i guess. i know totally different ingredients but feels like the same effects to me.

I love Boots. They make dupes at affordable prices which really deliver. It's the only clay mask I've ever used, so I don't know what to expect, but it does what it promises: it draws out impurities from my pores and my face is left with clear pores and glowing complexion. I nearly finish the bottle now, and I'm definitely going to buy it again.

I've been using this about twice per week for three weeks or so and I'm enjoying this product. I do feel that the mask is clarifying and conditioning my skin. After the mask has dried, I can definitely see where oil has been pulled up from my pores and boy, is that ever satisfying. The pores on my nose are cleaner than they have ever been as an adult, though I don't believe they are any smaller than they were.
My only gripe is that the hole at the opening of the tube is too big, and it's hard to control how much comes out since the mask is somewhat watery (btw, shake this up really well!). They should make the hole smaller, and then it will be perfect!

I have blackheads that are concentrated on my nose area and some wide pores on the apples of my cheeks. This product totally attracts the dirts and oils in my troubled areas and leaves your skin nourished and moisturized. I've had friends buy this and they also love it! We use it once a week and it really purifies and nourishes my face! Loving Boots' Organic line!

I'm going to start off by saying that I have very large pores around my nose and chin area. It's really weird- it's not on my nose, it's around it. I usually take a shower before I use this and pretty much apply it to areas that are oily (around my nose, my t-zone, and the apples of my cheeks). I don't apply it everywhere. I think it's amazing that after leaving it on for around 20 minutes, it seems to just soak up your oils. I've been using it for almost a year now and my nose area is so smooth now. I try to use it at least twice a week. I got it at Target for around $8 and I think it's a steal for the job it does. The pros of this is that it doesn't make me break out, it's relatively cheap, the bottle lasts me a good while, it shrinks my pores and makes me less oily, it's easy to wash off, and it doesn't have a strong smell. It also doesn't dry out my face. The only con is that you have to shake up the bottle before you apply it, but that doesn't really bother me.

I got this mainly for my nose because my pores always look terrible ): It's pretty neat how the color turns dark where there's extra oil or other stuff in your skin...and you really have to shake this stuff up because its super watery. It also comes off super easily which I love compared to the queen helen mint mask. This should last me awhile only using it on my nose (ill save the QH mask for the rest of my face) it's about $9 at target (:

Let me start by saying that it is a very rare thing for me to write reviews for any product! I only write reviews for something if I reallyy love it or absolutely hate it!! I looove this product! You must follow the directions, when they say shake the product.. they mean it! I put the mask on after I wash my face and leave it on for about 20 minutes. Once you have it on and it starts drying you actually seee it working! When you remove the mask with warm water.. which it so easily comes off.. you will see how amazing it has worked! I have combination skin,.. and it doesn't dry it out and it somehow makes my skin just perfect! If I happen to have the occasional pimple that I get.. it will completely dry it up and it will be gone by the morning! I will finish off by saying I have since bought other Boots products.... and I think they are def. a product line to stay loyal too!

This mask really soaks up all the oil from my face without leaving it feeling or looking too dry, I really like this clay mask, but I hate the smell, although, I just hate the smell of clay in general so...

I buy this time and time again, whenever I start breaking out with an oily face, it just absorbs all the oil, it really does the job, I recommend this to anyone with an oily complexion, always moisturise after though! Plus this really calms down my redness right after, x

I really love this mask overall. I have extremely oily skin, marked primarily by cystic acne and hyperpigmentation. It's a pain to find a mask that actually works and doesn't break me out even more.
The Boots mask is incredible. I love how it shows you all the spots where the extra oil is coming out of your pores. It's fabulous. Also, it's really easy to wash off, and your skin isn't left feeling too stripped either (although I always apply moisturizer on afterwards as a precaution).
The only qualms I have with this mask is that it makes my eyes sting. I don't apply the mask very close my eyes at all, and the mask has no noticeable fragrance (hallelujah!), so it's really weird that my eyes have this sort of reaction. I don't see any other reviews mentioning this effect either. Also, when the package says "SHAKE WELL!", they mean it. Shake this baby well, and be careful because the natural consistency of the product is very runny.

I love this mask. I've been using it off and on for months and it works really well. What sets this apart from other masks for me is that you can see it actually working and it isn't overly drying. Initially I was actually kinda grossed out by all of the little black oily regions! I use this after giving myself a nice steam facial. Definitely one of my few HG products. This is a must have for anyone with oily skin.

This was another product that I picked up because of the good reviews on here. I wanted a mask to use around the time of my cycle when my skin starts to go haywire, but wasn't having much luck. I am allergic to sulfur so can't use a fair amount of them. This one is a pretty thin liquid consistency. Be careful when opening as you must shake this well before use. My bathroom counter ended up with green spots all over it when I first tried this, unaware of the consistency. Anyhow, it glides on really well and feels nice. You leave it on for 10-15 minutes as it dries and then it washes off easily. You can see darker spots on your face where it's absorbed excess oils and other yucky stuff, which I did like. After use, my skin felt nice and soft and refined, and it does seem to help lessen the breakouts around my period. Will definitely be repurchasing.

I liked this mask. The only thing is it felt super tight while it dried on my face. However, I felt it did a great job of removing impurities from my skin and helped control the oily areas of my combination skin.

I LOVE this mask. I have been looking for a good cleansing mask that wasnt over drying or outrageously expensive. I use this 2-3 times a week, and I cant get over how AWESOME my skin looks. As far as 'feeling the impurities come out", not so much. But, you can definitely see where the oils and dirts came out, because you see these dark marks around your pores when the mask is completely dry. Its a bit drying, but my skin feels like its back to normal once I put my usual moisturizer on. For the price and results, I will always repurchase.

It's sort of liquidly. I liked it because it worked like a scrub without leaving my skin dry.

I've only used this a handful of times so far, but I think I really like it. I haven't been able to "feel" impurities coming out as others have mentioned, but my normally medium-sized cheek pores look almost nonexistent after I wash it off. It is slightly drying, but it seems everything is drying to my skin these days. One of my favorite things about this is each time I have used it (at night), my inflamed pimples have dried and diminished by next day. I'd been using it after gentle cleansing and sometimes steaming, but I am going to start using it after gently manually exfoliating in the shower with a soft washcloth, to see if using it on exfoliated skin draws out more impurities. I generally don't like to write reviews early on, so I will keep using this and update if necessary, but so far so good.
Oh yeah and don't shake too vigorously! I did one time, and the bottle somehow engorged with air and when I opened it green clay flew everywhere.

I find that the Men's version is the same as the unisex, in terms of ingredients, but the men's version is thicker in consistency.
I like this, it removes my blocked pores and leaves my skin feeling clean and fresh, but maybe a little dry so a touch of moisturiser and splashing cold water helps. Personally I love Murad oil control moisturiser and would recommend that strongly, despite the £30 price tag.
