I've been using this cleanser for a while now and compared to the other cleansers that i have used (formulated for combination/oily skin), it left my dry skin feeling more soft. It does its job with removing make up and most dirt, the only thing that bothers me is its strong medicinal smell.

A good basic buy when you're not feeling flush. It cleans well, if a bit too well, leaves my skin feeling a little fragile, but then I have temperamental skin, which is strange for an olive complexion! Its fragranced which may explain the slight irritation.

Works really well for my sensitive skin; light fragance; leaves a clean feeling; and no irritation whatsoever.

This is another decent supermarket buy which hits my trolley for the weeks where I've chosen to spend my cash on wine rather than Dermalogica. I have normal / slightly combo skin which is sensitive at times, and this doesn't irritate my face at all - I can even rub it in around my eye area without stinging. However, it is quite heavily fragranced, which is odd for a "sensitive" skin cleanser - I'm not irritated by the fragrance but it's a consideration for those who are. It also isn't particularly moisturising - I can understand the people with sensitive/dry skin who have said that this has dried them out more with long term use. I don't have a problem with that though, as a slap of moisturiser applied straight afterwards is enough to keep my dryness in check.
All up it's a great basic cleanser which removes makeup and leaves my skin feeling "clean" - nothing more, nothing less, and for around $8AU for a 150mL tube it's a bargain!

I love this cleanser! It's super-cheap (even here in SA), cleans well and doesn't leave my skin feeling like a piece of ancient parchment. A good basic buy.

I must have used about six tubes of this over the years. I use it in the morning to wash my face (at night I need a more substantial cleanser to get off foundation and sunscreen). This is just so gentle with no fragrance or unnecessary ingredients. Also very cheap.

Not really foamy and takes a few more splashes of water before it comes off of your face, but it is a really good facewash.

It is gentle and smells great. you can see your face clear up some immediately after using it. Love it.

wonderful product it clean perfectly the skin without drying it at all, it leaves the skin smooth and clean never rough or itching, unfortunately it is not sold in Italy so when I find it abroad I buy several tubes for long time use..........also the scrub formula is great!

I like the idea of PH5.5 which is suit for natural skin. This is my four tubes.
I have sensitive skin therefore I tried not to use perfumy one.
It works well with me even in summer.
Well, I don't think it works for cleanning make up so in the evening I use Shu Uemura cleansing oil instead.

I found this to be a pretty good cleanser for its price. Loved the smell (reminded me of men's aftershave for some reason)! My only criticism of it is that it's a little difficult to wash off, plus I'd like it to foam up a bit more.

i got this in the normal version, which has fragrance. oh man, did the fragrance smell bad! it was super overpowering -- floral and sharp at the same time. pheww! then the cleanser itself was drying when it is meant for all skin types and was supposed to be gentle. righhttt...

Admittedly, the price was a huge factor in making me purchase this as it was dirt cheap at Kmart. However, I was greatly disappointed by the quality of this product. The texture was a bit disgusting, whitish pearl-like and slimmy and it felt a bit gross on my face. After using this for nearly a month, it dried out my skin and decided that it was time to bin it. Definitely would not re-purchase.
