I am very impressed with this concealer. I needed a new concealer and Target was out of my usual, so I purchased this in Fair. The color is more on the pink side, and even though I am obsessed with yellow-based products, I have to admit that a pink-based concealer works best for me. The color is actually lighter than it looks in the tube, and it brightens my eye area (huge bonus!). The consistency is not too thin, but not thick and cakey, and it covers a decent amount of imperfections.

I have spent a small fortune on concealers and never have found an HG. So, knowing that I probably will never find that, I am very happy spending less than $6 for a concealer that covers just as well as most that I've tried for a lot more money. Definite repurchase.

The only way I can use this product is putting on my foundation or bb cream first, then just add this to the blemishes I need to cover. If I put this on first it just rubs off when I apply foundation/bbcream. Its okay I might purchase it again, inless I find a better concealer to cover blemishes.

Everything about this is just "ok". I use this in "Light", and the shade is "ok"...the coverage is "ok" and the lasting power is "ok". It's not great, and I don't think it's as opaque as a concealer should be, nor as opaque as many other concealers on the market with similar price ranges. It also takes a bit of effort to work with, since it's so sheer, you have to pat it on, because if you rub it at all, it just becomes invisible all right! I suppose this has merit for use around the eyes for someone with little to no dark circles, or for someone who wants a very natural looking concealer. So I will probably just use it around my eyes and not for covering any facial blemishes. It's not so bad that I'm going to throw it away, but since I use such little concealer each day, my tube will last forever, so I will use this up, but doubt I would ever repurchase it.

I HATE this product. It doesnt cover blemishes or dark spots AT ALL. Its cakey and doesnt blend well. The lightest colors are still to dark. Its just horrible and I would never buy it again or ever recommend it.

I'm new to the world of concealer, and I had no idea what I wanted. All I wanted was a drugstore concealer that carried my skin color, lol:)
PROS:
•Alright in covering blemishes
•Great at concealing discoloration
CONS:
•Salmon undertone, too pinkish for me

To be blunt, I hate the Cover Girl Invisible Concealer. Hate it. If it works for you, great. But for me? Forget about it. Now, first of all, the lightest shade is much too dark for me, but I can make it work. When I first put it on, it looked great on me, but then...about thirty minutes later, I looked into the mirror. And I think I just about screamed. My face looked awful! The concealer was all caked up, but had somehowslipped off the blemishes I was trying to cover and wound up horridly on the side. In short: I hated it. But it could work for you, and I love other CG products...but this one just didn't work for me.

This concealer is good for blemishes or sun spots if you want a natural look. It can be built to medium coverage but it won't hide dark spots but then it is easy on the skin- breathable. This works just the same as other liquid concealers for me, if you have extremely dark spots or eyes I find it better to use a cream based concealer

I love this concealer. I have been using it for years in “Light” to cover minor redness, blemishes, and more recently, for sun spots.
It blends very well with moisturizer or sunscreen that I apply first, and I don’t wear any foundation. I find that you have to have a light hand in applying it and blending it without over-blending. Once the product has set, it really is invisible, and matches my fair-medium skin with reddish undertones perfectly.
I would recommend it for someone who just wants to cover minor redness or imperfections, and who wants a very natural look without heavy makeup on their skin. I hope that this product is never discontinued.
The best part is that it's very inexpensive too!

I have to start by saying normally I research everything before i buy it when it comes to hair or makeup products. Well I was at target and bought this without researching just cause I really needed a concealer. With that being said it was a BAD IDEA! I absolutely hate this stuff. Its real thick and cakey and i got the right color but you can still tell i am wearing it. Its most definitely NOT invisible.

I got this in a shade too dark for my skin. It also turned orange just so everyone knows. I use it under my eyes to even out the skin tone too so that is the only reason I will repurchase it. It doesnt cover zits well at all for me though. So I dont recommend it.

I'M NEVER BUYING THIS AGAIN!! This concealer is awful :(
I put this concealer under my eyes, but then I started crying through out the day and when the tears came down my face the concealer literally just showed up on my face. It looked like I didn't even blended it in, when I did. I looked in the mirror and saw how messed up the concealer look, it was a big mess!

The packaging is great though, the color is okay...but the formula is AWFUL!! It's not that bad of a price though, it was like $7. But I still don't recommend anyone to buy it.

Oxidizes like crazy. Very very sheer. So you pile it on, trying for at least medium coverage. It then ecomes a pain in the ass to blend, and draws attention to itself like a rhinestone-encrusted iPhone. Settles into fine lines and announces them to the world...loudly. Sucks up powder like no one's business Gets cakey after about an hour, then disappears in a puff of smoke leaving you to wonder why you bothered in the first place. I like the applicator but the stuff it's applying is crap. Oh, and don't bother trying to cover your dark undereye circles with this (I get them very occasionally). Unless you like the panda eyes look, that is. I suppose it would be a good base for Harajuku characters in Japan. Other than that, total waste of time and money. Grr.

Hmmm. I don't really know what to say about this product. I orginially bought it as a primer/ base to help hold my makeup. Anyway, I bought the wrong color (it's much to red for my lighter skin tone). I thought the concealer overall was okay, nothing special.

PACKAGING. I liked the tube- it was compact and fit nicely into my makeup bag.

COLOR. Ugh. The color was way off. I can't use it anymore.

FORMULA. I thought it was okay, but it wasn't anything special. It was a pain in the butt to blend into my skin.

PRIMER QUALITY. I might as well do this, since this was the purpose for my to purchase it. I found that my makeup stayed as well as it did without concealer.

All in all, this wasn't a very good concealer. I apologize for not being able to describe it better! I prefer the CoverGirl and Olay Concealer (check my review for that product!)

I hate this concealer. It oxidizes on my face when I try to use it to cover blemishes. It's too sheer to cover my undereye circles. And I think the retail price is $8? Don't waste your money or time trying to make this product work for you. Clearly Cover Girl put very little effort into trying to make this a quality item.....

I bought this concealer a while ago, and I'm not very impressed. I'm trying to finish it up though. The coverage is very light, and it wears off within an hour or two. The consistency is nice, and it's easy to spread and blend on the areas you are trying to cover up, but I don't know if that means much when it won't last or cover much.
I wouldn't recommend this, and I'm really hoping to finish it off soon.

UPDATE: Ok, after using it for a long time, I've noticed it does not stay at ALL and it made my skin worse. I broke out more when using this.
This concealer is ok...I guess? I have skin that breaks out on my cheeks and between my eyebrows, and dry skin around the lower part of my cheeks and around my lips. This concealer didn't make my face look oily or dry, and in fact, it was a nice texture! However, it didn't cover my dark circles that can be quite horrible some days. It did ok for the redness on my face, but I need to apply more for it to cover fully, The colour itself is nice and not dull, but not exactly very shiny either, After a few hours, it starts wearing off and my face is dull again.

Overall, I still like it though because it's better than some other concealers I've tried. Revlon Colorstay for normal/dry skin made my skin all dry and made the dry spots even MORE noticeable, so I don't even use my foundation to conceal the redness or anything. I just use this concealer because it's very moisturized and doesn't make the oily parts of my face oily either. Perfect for winter and summer, especially in Canada, where it can be really cold or hot.

I picked this up mainly because of the colour choices. I am white as a ghost and they had one of the fairest colours I have seen in a concealer (which always leave me with dark or orange spots on my face).
I'm actually very happy with this for the price. Not only does it match my skintone (the lightest colour), but it does a decent job of covering up an inperfections. I have acne, so it covers the redness, and though I don't have undereye circles (blessed), it does conceal any darkness I may have.
Only problem I have with it is the brush - not sure if it's just mine or all of them - but the top of the brush has scratched me a few times. I have to be careful to only use the side of the applicator, or a different brush all together.

I got this concealer because I needed one and only had a couple dollars on me. I do think the great thing about this product is that it's so cheap. However, I think if you have anything more than moderate skin issues that need concealment, this one will not be for you. I found that it didn't really cover my acne scars, only did so-so for covering up red active pimples, and didn't really do much for my under eye circles. I did like the texture, it was creamy and it did seem to adhere well to my face, it just didn't have the covering power that I need. I do use it on occasion, so I won't throw it away, I just won't repurchase it when it's run out, especially since there are better drug store concealers out there (I personally love the Maybelline dream mousse ones).

Giving mad props to this concealer. I've used this product since my junior year of high school - I'm 34 now. I've tried all sorts of concealers but I always come back to this one. Everyone has different needs and different skin so what may not work for some will work for others. But this works for me and has been concistently good over the years.
