This product...
~ Smells great
~ Convenient
~ Does what is claims to do; tames frizz + smoothes fray
~ Convenient; product is a cream, not an oil/serum (makes it a lot easier to apply)

However, for the price you pay, I would not recommend this product. There are cheaper alternatives on the market that also do the same claims.

This product didn't do anything for me. I have curly hair, like the locks, but they're super frizzy. If the frizz wasn't there then my hair would look good, and i tried to use this product. but it did nothing but weigh my hair down, and make my hands all gross. it smells bad the next morning too. it barely tamed my frizz. if i use A LOT then yes, but then my hair is suuuper weighed down, i did not love this product:S

I like John Frieda, but this Frizz Eaze didn't do much for me. I have curly hair, and for some reason, this didn't reduce my frizz as much as it made my hair feel oily and heavy. However the Frizz Eaze Dream Curls is fantastic! It is not on the site to be reviewed. But is really helps ease the frizz, and makes my curls softer. I would recommend trying that product rather than this one.

This does basically nothing for my hair. I have medium length dark brown hair, extremely frizzy...shine/glossing mists and sprays do more to keep my hair looking shiny and sleek...this product does absolutely nothing.

Mind you, I do normally LOVE the Frizz Ease line...the "Downplay" serum is the BEST for those of us with too much, thick frizziness! It works wonders...it really does! But you need to use it underneath other shine products because all it does is reduce the 'bulk'...use it on the mid-lengths to ends only. So yes, normally the John Frieda products are excellent, just this one and the original frizz-ease serum are crappy.

I have bought the Frizz Eaze for night time a few times now. I only use it 3 or 4 times a month when my hair gets very unruly. I think it does a good job of smoothing my hair down and making it more manageable. It smells nice, makes my hair shinier and smoother, and makes it less frizzy when I wake up. I think it's a great product and truly has helped me with making my hair more manageable and shiny.

I'm not crazy about this product. The amount you get for the price you pay is unreasonable. It does a decent job and it does make your hair shiny, but not good enough for repurchase.

Although this product was pretty good at defining curls, it absolutely sucks at keeping down the frizz. In fact, this product made my hair more frizzy after using it then before I started using it. I won't buy this product again.

i will refer to frizz ease's critical care rehydrate moisture binding deep conditioner. big name, huh? well, it's the first time in my life that a conditioner is so bad that i have to throw it away after 2 uses. yes, my hair needs a lot of special care but i mean, at the very least a conditioner should untangle the hair, right? this crap does not do even that; much less it's going to leave hair frizz free. i've used other frieda products and i'm satisfied. but this! i had to warn you guys... terrible, terrible waste of money.

I have very fine, straight hair don't really have a problem with frizz. I bought this to see if it would help with smoothness and taming of some brittle bleached hair I've been trying to grow out. This product --when used correctly-- has been great for me. Dime size amount on Soaking wet hair. If you put it on damp hair - it will look horribly greasy.

My HG de-frizzer by far. The only thing I don't like is the bottle, though it's not terrible, it could be better, and how much you get for the price. You need to be careful because too much can make your hair really flat, but it does what it says, I've used it for years and I LOVE IT.

This is my HG defrizzer. I use it every day and I swear if I ever ran out I'd make the 30 mile drive to my closest Wal-Mart just to pick more up. It's the best thing I've ever used on my hair. After I wash my hair, I use a leave-in conditioner then I apply this to every last inch of my hair. Not too much, or it'll be a greasy mess when it dries. I always let my hair dry naturally and it really cuts down on frizz. Of course it doesn't eliminate all frizz (what does?!) but it makes a HUGE difference. Sometimes I just go curly, but most of the time I straighten it, and let me tell ya, it makes my hair super smooth. I've been buying this stuff for 2 years and I will continue to repurchase!

I'm on my 2nd bottle. It's really keeping my frizz at bay. I have no complaints except the bottle. (small one) The bottle is so thin that it keeps falling off the shelf. I am quite annoyed by this. I will keep buying this untill the day my hair is totally frizz free. Other girls who are complaining that this product is greasy or oily, you are supposed to use only one or two pushes max. It seems to me you used just way too much. It's not oily at all If you put a little bit, I think anyway.

*UPDATE* Found a similar product from Pantene does exactly the same job only cheaper.
