I love this eyeliner. I use it in jet black everyday. sometimes i also use urban deay 24/7 liner in zero and it is very comparable to the rimmel one. It applies very easily to the waterline and has good staying power. It doesnt smudge much either which i find hard to stop with kohl eyeliners. The colour is exactly like the name jet black! :) I really like and reccommend this product and it is only a fraction of the price of the urban decay eyeliner.

I bought the Special Eyes precision eyeliner in Hurricane Grey. Not only is the colour the perfect shade of grey (no "hint of blue" shenanigans) but it also goes on very creamy & is easily smudged. I was surprised because normally it's the opposite of drugstore eyeliners.
I consider this a substitute for Stila's Kajal eyeliner. For $5, there's really no way you can go wrong.

I guess for a drugstore brand it's okay but it runs and smudges quite a bit though I've only tried it on my waterline.

I think it's the exaggerate in black. It's the self-sharpening kind & it is my favorite black eyeliner because it lasts, goes on smooth, don't have to sharpen & it's CHEAP!

So far, I had been using a small brush and a light, shimmery eye shadow as an eye liner to give me that "dewy" look. I wanted something more convenient so Rimmel's liquid liner in silver seemed like a good idea. The consistancy is alright, but the brush is so thin that, though it gives me more control over the thickness (which is invaluable in the morning when I'm still half asleep,) it makes it difficult to get an even line. The staying power is great but, after it dries, it creases like mad and looks like alligator skin. The color is a bit much and looks like I just slapped White-Out on my eyes. Not very attractive.

Only thing I like about this product: the price.
Other than that, no more. It's easy to apply but it doesn't stay put. It goes everywhere! I have it in London Girl which is a combination of dark forest green and on the other end a shimmery pastel green which I like though (this is a two-tone eye definer). Will not repurchase. I'm better off with Almay liners.

I actually like this liner a lot. I received a Special Eyes pencil in Big Blue in a swap I did not too long ago. This is a matte navy blue color. I have to agree that their pencils are rather hard and do tug, but when I use a trick my aunt taught me when I was younger and hold the tip between my thumb and forefinger, it softens up just to my liking. It's very smooth to apply then, and looks great when I have it on. It's even good on its own; usually when I use an eyeliner, it's with a contrasting eyeshadow. I'd get this again in another color.

I really like this liquid liner. It's the first brush applicator liquid liner I've tried, and it's tricky until you get the hang of it, but once you do, you get precise dramatic lines...whatever you want from it! The black is an intense, dark black. It has good staying power, and doesn't smudge at all once it is dry. Very good product.

This is a great liquid eyeliner, simply because it does the job many expensive liquid eyeliners do for a fraction of the price. There is nothing to complain about - the thin brush gives spot on application, it comes in many funky colours (including gold and silver), it stays on all day without even smudging a teeny bit, and it lasts for ages. There isn't really a need to buy any other brand!

WOW, this is my HG for liquid eyeliner! I can't believe it's been at Wal-Mart this whole time. I use it for my eyes and to paint on my brows. 1) The brush is super thin but kind of sharp which gives you incredible control of whether you want thin or thick lines. 2) The staying power was far beyond my expectations. 3) Somehow it's easy to correct mistakes, but doesn't smudge. It's magic to me! I will never purchase any other liner again!

Rimmel's eyeliners ROCK! The liquid eyeliner has a very good consistency for easy application. It never smears and the brush is thin so you can have a thin or thick line. Rimmels eye pencil are also fabulous. You dont have to go over the line five times to get the darkness you like only one stroke and your eyeliner is dark and stay put for the rest of the day. For only 3.97, I will never replace my Rimmel eyeliners for a different brand.

My fav eyeliner! it is smooth, resistant and easy to apply. Too bad they don't have a larger range of colours.

I picked up the Special Eyes Eyeliner Pencil in Hurricane Grey. It's a nice color and it looks good on me--for about 10 minutes. After that, the color disappears from the other corners of my eyes. It sort of migrates toward my ears. Not the effect I was looking for...

For the price, color and performance, Rimmel liquid eyeliner in dark chocolate is the best liquid liner I have found. It's very inexpensive, easy to find, lasts a long time, and doesn't smear. I have very sensitive eyes, and wear contacts, and I have never had a problem with this product. My mom even liked it so much she bought some, and she's strictly a Lancome gal.

I have this in Soft Kohl Kajal Eye Pencil, Stormy Grey. Awful...it doesn't last but maybe an hour or so before it all fades away. If you have oily lids, stay far away from this, because it just won't last.
However, see my reviews on Colorstay Lash Tint and Lashfinity Mascara for some truly HG eyeliner...

You people are crazy! I usually use NYC eyeliner (black). But the other day I tried the Rimmel Pencil in black. It works wonders! I love it. It's so soft and goes on so easily and dark. With my NYC I've gotta put like 5 layers for it to look decent. I think Rimmel has alot of staying power. But of course all eyeliners have good staying power on me for some reason. My eyeliner doesn't run.. at all... ever. LOL So yeah.. Definately would purchase again!

Rimmel liquid eyeliner is the best I have used, and I am a liquid eyeliner perfectionist! I have tried every high end brand of liquid out there, and little did I know that Wal-Mart had the answer! It's a thin consistency, and the brush is long and thin so it goes on smooth and straight. Never will buy anything else! And it's 3.97!
