I was surprised & delighted to find that Stila is finally here! The sought-after brand has eluded me for years! I once bought it in a trip to Thailand. The price here is like half of what is posted online in the US. I purchased this on impulse, falling in love with the scent & color when applied. But after 30min of application, only the shine remained. No trace of color was left. It even made my lips peel/flake! I wonder if their quality suffered due to the price slash? I just thought 'lucky me', the Stila owners decided to lower the price thinking that this is a 3rd world country. I'll test their other products soon.

Stila's lip glazes in apricot, grapefruit and starfruit used to be my favourites, but now passion fruit has firmly made it into my "hall of fame". A lovely sheer matte pink (no shimmer), which really freshens up the face and is just so pretty. I am very fair with green eyes and blond hair and this just works perfectly for me. I know a lot of people don't like the pen applicator, I actually do, it saves me carrying a lip brush around and I really hate those spongy applicators that most other glosses seem to have. It's true that you first need a bit of practice to figure out how often to press to get the desired amount of gloss, but once you are used to that, it's great and very hygienic. Price is a bit on the high side, but hey, a girl needs a few luxuries...

I love Stila's Lipglazes although they are expensive and quite sheer. This is one of my favourite! It's a milky pink matt colour, no shimmers, but it actually tones down my lip colour and makes it look fresh light pink and glossy...like a baby's lip tone! Would buy again! I like the slightly sour-candish smell too. Very good for doing a innocent pink nude lip look. Ahh.. but the gloss texture does transfers easily to glasses and makes my lips slightly sticky after a while. I can bear with this though.

Last year I actually deemed all Stila Lipglazes the devil and started giving the 5 or so I had aquired away. I mostly did this because I feft they were too sheer, not lasting and that god awful click pen applicator just plain irked me. Not to long ago I recieved Passion Fruit as an extra and it was so bright and pink and pretty I had to try it on. I was shocked at how much I liked it. Passion Fruit is that gorgeous natural sheer pink with a perfect wet look shine, a look I love but rarely can pull off because the pink is either to light for my PPP skin or the pink is to deep and opaque for that natural but sexy wet look. This is just *perfect*, nice for summer and I can't wait to try it with smokey eyes. If there are more Stila Lipglazes this nice I just might have to start liking them again however I HATE the pen applicator, its extremely assy and gross. Thats why this gets a 4 and not a 5 :(

Looks much nicer on than it does in the tube. Lovely colour but the smell is a bit cheap. Lasts for ages though. I do not like the packaging. As everyone else has said, you twist for ages and nothing comes out. 5 secs later a huge blob spills out over the top. I got it quite cheap on ebay so the price wasn't that bad. I don't think i'd buy it again as I don't think there's anything special about it.

This is my staple! A hint of color is coupled with the perfect shimmer, and gives a sensuous look to the lips. This is my absolute favorite lip gloss. Give it a try, for me.

My very first cosmetic product! :)
Overall: I love this shade of colour, it makes my lips slightly pinkier with a watershine effect (which I love!). YLBB. I don't like glitter/shimmer in my lip gloss and this fits the bill. I'm okay with the scent but it doesn't really smell like passion fruit.
Price: Very expensive for the quantity given - I think the price has gone up again here! Even Chanel glosses are cheaper and has more product. Will only purchase at airport where it's much, much cheaper!
Packaging: While the click pen is such a pain to use, at least I don't worry about product leakage when I put it in my pouch.

I like Stila lip glazes, just not the packaging or the $20 price tag. That said, I will continue purchasing them either from CCO's, eBay, or wherever else that has them at a bargain price. A plus if it's a lip glaze double, because they have the wand applicator.
I really like Passion Fruit - it's a very natural and subtle fleshy pink color that's very close to my natural lip color. I don't really like the scent though - it reminds me of Nerds or some other artifically flavored fruit candy. I'm not sure if I'd repurchase as there are tons of other shades/scents I want to try, but Passion Fruit is definitely nice.

I like this colour a lot, looks really nice on my lips, but I wish it had more shimmer. I LOVE tropical fruit but that was limited edition so I had to settle for this because it was pretty much the closest one. I LOVE the texture of lip glazes and they have way more staying power than MAC lip glasses, though I love lip glasses too.

I am generally not a big fan of lip glosses (because of their lack of lasting power and their stickiness) but since they seem to be big these days and they look pretty on, I caved and bought some. Of the ones I have tried so far (Stila lip glaze, lip venom and MAC), the Stila lip glazes are my favourites. I find this is a nice, light peachy-pink gloss. It is really a 3.5 rather than a 3. It is quite transparent but does lighten the colour of any underlying lipstick. It has a nice gloss (no frost) and is quite mosturizing (unlike lip venom and MAC). It is not sticky although you can definitely feel it on your lips. It also has a pleasant taste (unlike the foul faux vanilla taste of MAC glosses). I also have the lip glaze in watermelon and of the two, the passionfruit one is my preferred choice. Having said all that, this does not last long, but that is a problem with lip gloss generally. Although this is very pretty, I would probably not repurchase. I just don't love lip glosses enough.

Love love love this stuff! I found it to be wonderfully sheer with a hint of colour/shimmer. Not tacky or sticky AT ALL! Great formulation!

bad! i heard so much rave about it and went to buy one. first, it is hard to get the gloss out. one turn, nothing, two turns, nothing. after the 3rd turn, one bit glob if gloss oozed out. the gloss is sticky and the brush applicator works horribly. will definatly go back to tubes or pots.

Why oh why did I have to swap for this? I have tried to resist Stila for such a long time, but I saw this and was like what the heck. This shade is absolutely lovely on me (BB 2.5 Warm Sand) It is shiny and not sticky and it doesn't make my lips peel. The only things I don't like is the staying power is not the greatest, but that doesn't matter to me that much; I really do not like the clicky pen thing. I either get too much or too little product out. I wish I could give this a 3.5, but oh well. I will probably purchase this when mine runs out because I just love the way it looks on, unless I find a gloss with similar texture and color.....and so it begins with Stila. UDATE 2-23-05: Luckily I just recieved my Tarte order in the mail with Romeo and Juliet gloss and it totally killed my lemming for lipglaze! Until next time Stila.....

This shade is very very cute!!Is a light to medium pink.I'm a NC20 and it's the only pink from Stila shades that actually showed on me!Also I love the Stila Lipglaze's texture, they are very glaze, and you can actually see the color because they have no shimmers in it, like the most of Mac Lip glasses, which they look so metallic in your lips,I hate that!

I received this glaze with two others as a gift. The color is pretty on me (I'm fair and love to wear pinks), but nothing to write home about. Even worse the staying power is wretched, it just seems to get everywhere and never lasts for more than 30 minutes, and for the price, I'm sorry but that's just nuts. Wouldn't buy this for myself or any of the other glazes.

As a Asian nc35 w/pigmented lips, i see this glaze in a different light...it is a almost a barbie pink color w/o shimmer, frost (as other stila glazes) on the tube and goes that way on me. On me looks too fake on the whole lip;prefer it on the middle lower lip or just lower lip. Longevity: 3 hours+ if your lips dont touch a thing. Taste: has a strange medicinal aftertaste just like the stila fruit punch glaze.

Passion Fruit is a light to medium pink that looks pretty on. This is a good shade for 'natural' days when you don't want a dark color on your lips. It smells really nice and has a nice soft shine to it. This isn't one of my favorite shades but it's still really pretty.
I think $24 is a bit high for the tiny amount of product you're getting so I wouldn't purchase this shade again because I think there are cheaper look-a-likes out there.

This is my favourite lip glaze of all the ones I own. I have grapefruit, peach, watermelon, grape and this. It looks like a very YLBB shade in the tube, and looks very pretty once applied. It is sheer and gives off a slight sheen of colour, but the shine is absolutely delicious and the scent delectable. Woo hoo! I am so glad I got this. I will get another tube and go on repurchasing as and when it runs out. I am a Stila nut! I normally give Stila lip glazes 4 lippies because of the irritating pen click packaging, but I am giving this 5 because it's really very pretty! I am willing to overlook the irritating pen packaging because of the colour :)
