this is a beautiful near-neutral shade... a very soft peachy pink with a very subtle shimmer.. a great color for waking up tired eyes, especially if you are pale and have darkish lids, like me. the quality of the eyeshadow is top notch.. if you know stila you know what you're getting here... very soft and smooth application. I don't know about creasiness as I always have to use a primer due to my oily lids (urban decay's primer potion is my holy grail) but with primer it's fine and stays on all day on me. I usually combine this with stila's tone shadow (a soft taupe-ish purple) for the crease and corner, and a soft purple liner. it really makes my green eyes pop!

On my very fair skin, Cassia shows up as a nicely pigmented pale pink shade. It has a satin-like finish with no perceptible shimmer, although it does definitely look shimmery in the pan. Over UDPP, I get a lovely pink colour on my lid, which blends really nicely with taupe shades. You can really pack the colour on because the texture is so soft and blendable.

Cassia is a nice shadow if you like your shadow subtle. It's much lighter in the pan than the official Stila picture suggests, and it goes on very very light. It's very soft so it's not a problem of picking it up with a brush, it's just that the colour is so light. For reference, I'm NW20. I rarely use this, and when I do, I always end up putting something more pigmented on top. However, it's a great shadow, if that's what you're looking for.

I found this eye shadow for half price and thought I'd give it a try, since I like to use a subtle pink to "wake up" my eyes but Benefit's Eye Bright is too pale. I like that this has a bit of light-catching shimmer without actually having sparkle, keeping it subtle and natural-looking. I wish it didn't require a base, though--on a day when I reach for something as easy as this, I'm going for ease: so the fewer the steps, the better. But without a base, it does crease and sort of disappears by mid-day. But it's a nice easy color for perking up lids.

ah, I love this shadow. It's near-staple status for me, except i find it more useful as...a highlighter! :) I rarely use shadows to contrast or provide all the technical "depths" achieved with proper application. When i use shadow, it's a quick swipe on the lid/lashline with either a clean fingertip or a brush, and then i finish up asap so i can haul my near-tardy self out the door for work or whatever awaits!
I would love to know more about shadow application, but since i lack great skills, I tend to just apply very crudely.
This shadow is so subtle, it hardly shows up on my dark, cool olive skin. But i LOVE this shadow as a highlighter for my cheeks. It's also quite light in that respect, so i have to use it sparingly. It's so pretty - it makes my cheeks pop and my tan seems more striking. I am not sure how to describe it, but it does great things for me.
Alternatively, I can easily see how this would look fab on anyone's lid as a highlighter shade or to brighten. I just choose to use it as a cheek highlighter (and i can see another MUAer below does the same :)
It's a light pink shadow with golden shimmer, but super subtle shimmer. It has no big chunks of glitter, etc.

I don't know why i got this. I'm not a pink e/s person and this is no exception. I have tried it as a blush and there was virtually no colour. Would not repurchase, theres nothing special about it.

This is a good, basic eyeshadow, but nothing special IMO. The colour is a soft, neutral pink with no visible shimmer.
I have it in my MU bag and I use it during the day in the corners of my eyes in order to look fresh or all over the lid, especially when I did not have time in the morning to apply anything else that Mac's bare study paint pot. It gives me a subtle, polished look. The texture is nice and applies smoothly.

I really hate the packaging, though I would expect something classier for this price tag.

This is a pretty pale pink with no shimmer. I really like it, it's pretty and helps to adda bright feminine look.

Looks fantastic paired with Stila Sparkle, which is a antique gold highlight shadow.

Can't go wrong with this shade. Lovely on its own as a wash on my eyelids or blended with other colours. Great staying power like all Stila shadows. Often pale pinks like this are barely perceptible on and don't last long, so this one is a real treat.

Another gem of an eyeshadow from Stila! Stila makes great quality eyeshadows, and Cassia is no exception! Nicely pigmented, silky smooth to apply, and long-wearing (with a base). Cassia is a soft, shimmery, pink eyeshadow that I can actually wear without looking allergy-eyed. Highly recommended!

I was rather worried about this shade in-pan--it is a candy colored pink, but it is sheer so on my eyes it is just a light wash and it is the kind of pink that brightens up your skin. I don't see color necessarily, my eyes just look a little more perky. Love this as a base color--it goes with many things. I find myself pairing it often with purples, plums, taupes, browns, grays, olives, you name it. Looks very nice with Barefoot Contessa for an easy daytime look. Lovely satin finish--refreshingly non-frosty for a Stila shade, yet not matte by any means. Pigmentation is divine. I will get this one again.

I find this to be a nice daytime color. It also makes a good highlighter since the color is a rather light pink. The packaging is super cute and the eyeshadow lasts throughout the day.

I got this in a swap and when I first opened it didn't like the look of it and threw it in the back of the cupboard and forgot about it. I thought it looked too pink and would enhance the red in my skintone and make me look tired.
Well I found it the other day and wore it to work as a wash over the eyelid and boy was I surprised! Have been using it most days since. It is a lovely sheer pinkish/peach colour with fine shimmer that goes well with purple/plum and brown eyeliners.

This is a peachy pink with shimmer in the pan. the texture is very nice, silky and smooth. Lasts well and stays put. It goes on very sheer, and although the color isn't noticeable, it just makes my eyes look brighter. I have to replace mine and haven't found a cheaper substitute that I like as much, so I might re-purchase it. Having a hard time accepting the price of this shadow though.

This is wonderful as a wash, it's soft and blends beautifully. I have green/olive green eyes, dark brown hair with caramel highlights and am a LLL with yellow undertones. I use this A LOT. It is great as a wash, like I said, or to lighten up something too dark. Also versatile and can be used on the cheeks.

Here is a picture of Cassia.

gorgeous color. I'm not big on shadow, but if you are and are looking for a great quality and color, I would definitely recommend Cassia. The color is a gorgeous light pink and is great for everyday wear or highlighting a more dramatic look. It's definitely a must have.

I love stila shadows. They are SO silky to the touch and very pigmented. This one is no exception. However, I am not the biggest fan of this color. It is a shimmery pale pink with a touch of peach. I find if used certain ways, it can give you "rabbit eyes".

I like this, because it's a beige that isn't yellow-toned. I also like the slight shimmer. There's nothing much else to say, because the other reviews say it all. I'll keep buying this whenever I run out.

This is the third Stila eyeshadow I have bought, and I am quickly coming to realize that they don't disappoint in this department.

Color: A pale, neutral pink with subtle shimmer.

Formula: Trademark Stila: silky smooth, sexy shimmer and incredibly easy to blend.

Packaging: Comes in a good-sized pot that is easy to carry around without worrying about spills or it breaking.

Price: $16US. Definitely fair, since MAC shadows are about $15 and you get more product here and a smoother application.

My Advice: Certainly a must-have. Like all Stila shadows, classy and high-quality shimmer creates a sexy glow. *Very* easy to work with and, in my opinion, the best natural pink shadow you will come across.
