This was definitely a pleasant product to use. The fragrance was nice and the texture was composed of very fine cleansing/exfoliating granules. As a man with dry skin, I felt that a scrub of this nature could not be used daily; however, it served as a nice twice weekly scrub while it lasted (which was not very long). The value for the money on this product is not great considering the countless cheaper alternatives (H2O, Clinique, to name a few) out on the market. Those thinking about investing $100 in this scrub should consider saving their money as this is one product that is likely to leave you with failed expectations.

This is a great, great scrub! I always get it when I'm shopping in Duty Free Airports. I use it twice a week and it's so good! Love the smell!

I've changed my skincare routine. I used to use Clarins skincare and loved it but i always had those little blackheads on the left side of my face. Now i'm using this as a morning cleanser and Chanel Hydramax gel cream as a day cream and i can see those little pain in the ass blackheads disappear in front of me! Don't know if it's only because of this product or a combo but i'm loving it! It's very expensive but i'll guess i'll buy it.

Other than the totally insane price (although for Sisley I suppose it could appear to be a bargain) I think this scrub is great. I couldn't use it every day because it would "buff" a bit too much, but for weekly use or so I think it's one of the best scrubs out there -- not too harsh, but with enough microbeads to really cleanse. Also has a very pleasant, fairly faint scent that I can't quite identify.

This is my HG daily scrub. I really love everything about it - the texture, the beads are just the right size, non-abrasive, cleanses off easily with water, the smell, the packaging - except the pricetag ($120 Cdn (before taxes) and size of this product (only 100ml). I find this perfect for everyday morning cleansing instead of my cleanser, however, in order to make it last longer I'm using it on alternate days. I also love the 'Phyto Blanc Buff & Wash Gel' which brightens my complexion but retails for $130 Cdn (before taxes) for a 100 ml. I love them both!!!

Ok this is totally a guilty pleasure... I reeeally love this daily scrub but I hate the price tag...
It feels and smells devine, it really is a great start to the day...
And in my experience, does what it says. "soft, perfectly clean skin, and a fresh, glowing complexion”
If I have the money I will always repurchase... might not be so practical sometimes ;P

This is a very nice gel cleanser/scrub. This does not foam and contains grains that are pretty strong. They are also pretty large which I like. I will say that this is not worth the $115 though. But i Just wanted to experience a very "high end" product. It was nice while it lasted, but I wouldn't buy again! CRAZY.

I'm pretty pleased with this scrub so far. It has a nice consistency, like a medium-weight gel with scrubbing beads. The beads are the perfect texture - not too coarse and not too fine. This scrub definitely exfoliates very well. It doesn't lather, but does also seem to provide some cleansing, and it has a nice herbal scent. Overall I am happy with this and believe it does what it says. I will probably repurchase.

Having read some of the reviews here, I have to agree that those coming to this product expecting a facial cleanser will be disappointed. The granulated consistency makes it unsuitable for everyday use for anyone with remotely sensitive skin and the price tag makes it a difficult regimen to sustain unless your pockets are very, very deep. But having said that, using this product as an exfoliator works wonders. I have sensitive, acne-prone skin and what doesn't break me out usually dries my skin something fierce. Not so with this product. I have a tester sample to get through and using it once a week is giving me a nice break from my usual HG, Vichy scrub. I use it as a precursor to the Sisley red clay mask and follow the whole thing with toner and, yes, a moisturizer so as to avoid it drying my face too much. I haven't purchased a full bottle of this product yet because while it is nice, I'm not convinced it's worth the money.

A very gentle yet effective scrub my bf loves, the consistency is good (not too runny), the grids are not too fine or too coarse, does what a good scrub is supposed to do.

conclusion: Assez doux pour la peau sensible. Améliore la texture, mais pas la coloration.
Bye bye!

I received a sample of this. It's a nice - enough exfoliator, it doesn't feel harsh on the skin. Not sure its made that much of a difference. I wouldn't buy it.

Very expensive for a daily scrub. However, it is gentle yet effective as an exfoliator. Skin is immediately softened and pores are unclogged. Due to the high price, I only use it twice a week or so. My husband who is all about convenience when it comes to skincare, also loves this scrub in his morning showers. A great way to prep the skin for the day!

I absolutely adore buff and wash. Wow the smell is to die for!. I can't understand why people don't like this product???. I always wet my face then get some of the gel and gently massge it on my face and neck for a minute then rinse away, I find it best to rinse off in the shower so all the little beads are washed away. My skin is left feeling smooth and soft after every use and ready for toning. The only thing I don't like is the price and how long it lasts with daily use but if used as a weekly exfloliator it would last ages! I also don't like the fact it contains parabens and chemicals.

I had a tester, and actually pretty much liked this gel! It does have somewhat rough particles, and for sensitive skin it's not the best option I think. But my skin is quite thick, so I didn't experience any damaging. It smells wonderful, and makes my skin smooth as porcelain. Not sure if I'll buy it again though, mostly because of price tag.

I'm addiced to this! I only use it in the morning to "wake-up" my skin and exfoliate. After first use I was suprised how gentle it is, most daily scrubs leave my skin red, but this one is different, it's also the only cleanser this far that doesn't dry out my skin, but leaves it silky smooth (it actualy has more silk in it than most creams, like kanebo's sh** who claim to silkify skin but deliver no results) and glowing. I have only two complaints, it runs out twice as fast as my normal cleansers and it doesn't remove make up all to well (it does remove my Shiseido sunscreen perfectly however...). Other than that, it's the best rinse-off cleanser!

I am surprised to see other MA users dislike this product! I love and cannot live without Buff and Wash. This is Sisley's answer to the benefits of daily exfoliation without harsh acids. Finely ground polyethlene beads mechanically polish the skin without rubbing or being too abrasive. I notice a significant difference in the clarity and texture of my skin when I use Buff and Wash daily. My skin always looks fresh, clean and refined. I cannot live without this!

Completely useless, Don't ever be fooled into this extremely expensive totally useless trash with so-called exfoliators that actually do no more than scratching and irritating your skin. Trash.

Splurged on the Sisley Eye & Lip Contour Cream this weekend and got this as a sample. This was pretty lame. Slimey gel with a random bead/scrubbing particle here and there. Had no visible effect on my skin whatsoever. As expensive as Sisley products are, I can't imagine why anyone would ever buy this.

This product made me break out and left scars on my face because it rubbed off the skin surface. I had to see dermatologist who asked me what type of product I used that rubbed my skin off so terribly. I also used this in combination with the Buffing Cream, which resulted in me going to the hospital. It made my skin bright red, as if someone has thrown acid on my face. The redness lasted all day long and was sensitive for a week. Plus, I had to used medical products to calm it down. Terrible. Stay away.
