OMG i just realized that a dupe for this product is actually chocolate brown pigment. Chocolate brown pigment is actually equally as nice. Just that it is easily available. Ok back to coco beach. This is a very warm bronzey brown color. If I were to compare this with chocolate brown pigment, I would say cocobeach is more bronzey, has a brighter look whereas chocolate brown has more brownish red tones. Wear this all over the lid and use tan to blend it on the outer crease. OMG so nice.

This is such a Rare HTF MAC Pigment, if anyone sells a jar, it's always GONE GONE GONE. Well I saw one sell yesterday for $83.00 on eBay & thought of wearing it today, and I did :) Its such a pretty pigment. It can be used for multiple things, you can wear it as an eyeshadow, use it as a bronzer, put some on top of lipglosses, mix it in with clear nail polish to make it a nail color.. So many things! The color is a copper chocolate brown with red undertones. & know that it is so easy to blend! It is pretty shimmery, so if you have a problem with metallic colors, this might not be for you. If you are into natural and neutral colors I would definitely try to pick this one up or snatch it rather since its hard to find! I have some in a jar & also bought one pressed into a pan, I ALWAYS use the pressed pigment because it's so much easier to use! I wish MAC would repromote this pigment, but what are the chances of that happening?

Why the heck is this LE? MAC always discontinues the best stuff,
Lucky me though. I have a full sized jar of it with about a tablespoon left, and a sample in my makeup drawer.
It's the most gorgeous dark copper brown color. It's similar to Chocolate Brown but CB doesn't have that red tint that Coco Beach does. I like to line my eyes with it and wear a peach lipstick.

This now d/c loose bronze e/s is luvvverly. Kind of a coppery bronze with no red tones (YAY) and looks amazing on my tanned skin. Why does MAC have to make everything LE??

I don't know, I guess I'm just not a big fan of pigments. The color is undoubtedly gorgeous - like everyone else has said, it's a sort of metallic burnished bronze. But they are too messy and you have to keep blending this one to get the edges buffed out. It also looks too much like Milani's Sedona Sunset dark metallic color (lower right corner) to warrant paying these high prices. Got a large sample off eBay, but it's going up for swap.

I love Coco Beach. It's a bit like MAC's Chocolate Brown with a bit more metallic-reddish-bronzey tones. It is wonderful for a nice summer beachy feeling look. I bought this when it was first released and still have way more than half a jar left. It is my HG e/s for summer. I love it.

EDIT: I SCORED A JAR OF THIS, WHOOOO! :D
I just got a sample of this, from a lovely friend. I am SO bummed I don't have this color! This is a WONDERFUL bronzey, metallic-bronze, with shimmer. This really makes blue eyes pop, and it's a wonderful color to wear as a neutral. I hope they repromote this color sometime in the future. I wish MAC kept colors like this as a Pro-color pigment.

It's a dark brown with tons of lovely shimmer. I thought it would be too dark and dull but no way, it's perfect. Pair it with Tan pigment and you'll get the most amazing summery/beachy look ever (that's the combo i'm wearing in pic).
Up-Date: I found a perfect dupe for this in Laura Mercier "Brunished Copper" Metallic eye shadow, check yourself!

I need to share my findings! with some pictures for you all, but first my review. I'm in love with this color, there is not one pigment I love more, and sadly right now I only have a sample - and the stuff is $gold$ to some people. SO I figured out how to make a dupe - MAC Mythology e/s w/ MAC Bronze e/s over the top!! Please see my profile's picture gallery for lost of photos and comparisons in may lights and angles. They're under Beauty Products. I still haven't killed my lemming for an entire jar though!

I liked it, its a pretty color but it's too similar to other browns and bronzes that MAC makes. It's on my swap list because I didn't see anything more special than my other eyeshadows which are easier to use. Also, I really don't like the vial that it came in, it just made it really hard to use with such a little neck you almost have to put it into a jar.

Despite being rather warm toned, this is a brown that just makes the green in my hazel eyes jump out and grab you due to the red tones. For reference, I'm a weird neutral. I can pull off cool tones much easier than warm, but my skin has a gold undertone.I'll bet at some point this pigment will surface again, the marketing geniuses at EL will surely see the $$ potential for a re-release. They've been doing it with others, Moth Brown for example. I say all of that with a hopeful voice. This is a great pigment and I would purchase it if available.

DDD NW45 or HIP818.....Coco Beach is a rich brown shimmer. Love to pair this with Milani Glitzy Glamour Gloss in 'Charmer'. Gorgeous with my cooltoned dark brown skin. Nice texture. Stays put worn over Lumene e/s base and MAC paint 'Bamboo'.

Really love this color- it is such a gorgeous rich brown! I use it in the crease and it looks so good- it blends in perfectly with whatever other colors i wear it with. This is a must have color for me. Even though I have and use lots of mac pigments i still prefer an actual eyeshadow rather than the loose powder of pigments. I find they are just too messy. So if I ever find a shadow in an identical color i will use it instead. I am happy to report (in case anyone else out there shares my sentiments) that this color is identical to Shu Uemura ME Brown 810.

Coco Beach pigment is one of my favorite cosmetic items ever. I am a cool-toned PPP with auburn hair and green hazel eyes so Coco Beach is only practical for me to use as an eyeshadow. It makes a spectacular eyeliner when used wet, and makes my eyes look VERY green. I don't wear smokey eyes very often, but Coco Beach used wet all over the lid with black eyeliner/mascara makes a quick, easy, and sexy smokey eye look. I often feel that darker colors can be "too much" for my pale skintone but Coco Beach makes a smokey look that isn't too dark or dramatic (i.e. I don't feel self-conscious wearing it). Coco Beach is a medium-tone bronzey-coppery-brown that is a little on the warm side. I actually started out with a 1/2 tsp sample of Coco Beach but I finished it and have been working diligently on my full-sized jar.

This is one of my most used pigments. I love the colour for higlighting my brow bone and the inside corner of my eye. Less bold than a frosty white and sooo gorgeous!!!

The hype that went along with this pigment was the only reason i bought it. I expected great things from it but sadly, i was not all that impressed.
It's somewhere between chocolate brown and tan. In fact, mixing the two would probably give you a close second. I was expecting something more along the lines of "Antiqued" but i found it to be rather bland. Nowhere near as much red tone as i had hoped. On the up side, i love the texture. Again, a bit like the tan texture with a lovely sheen.
Only 3 lippies because MAC seem to be bringing out a lot of similar pigments. Too many neutrals and boring colours that compare a little too well to others in the same range. All this said from a devout MAC collecter !

Coco Beach pigment is an essential shimmery neutral brown pigment with copper and fair pinky-peach hints of colour. Although this combination sounds quite warm, MAC balanced the colour in a great way, that even people like me with a cold skintone can wear it. The pigment is super fine milled, soft and smooth and blends like a dream with great staying power and no "fall out" on the face. To get the best results, a fluffy e/s brush is strongly recommended, because sponge tip applications don't produce an even layer on the eyelid. The colour is buildable, can be layered easily and goes well with a lot of other colours. I tried it with almost every single e/s I own and it allways worked out great. I prefer it with Shroom and a teal liner for a quick, non-fuss and fool-proof neutral everyday eye look. But it also adds deepness to paler e/s and is great for contouring the eyelids. Too sad, it's LE, but a little lasts a long way and you can found it often for swap.

one of my favorite pigments! love, love, LOVE this shade. this reminds me of an ultra shimmery rich version of mulch, except CB has redder undertones. i love how pigmented and smooth this is. gives me the perfect smokey eye and is wonderful for warm toned gals like me. HG status!

Let me just start by saying, Coco Beach is a GORGEOUS shade. Dark bronzey brown with gold shimmer and reddish burgundy undertones. The staying power was great too, just like all the pigments. Very soft texture too. This is a very sought after color..and I didnt know that! When I put it up for swap, I got about 10 requests in the span of 10 minutes.
However, this just did not do the trick for me. I tend to look better in cooler toned e/s, mainly taupes, so the redness in CB didnt work for me. I cant wear most peaches, rich bronzes etc..they just look strange on me. It looked alright if I used it very sparringly, or as eyeliner, but IMO it wasnt worth keeping the entire jar. It's a shame too, I wanted to like this so much!
