Don't waste your money on this one. Just buy a CHI. I know they are expensive, but they are worth every penny. The Babyliss iron has damaged my hair, and it doesn't get my hair as perfectly straight as a CHI does.

I bought these straightners second hand for a tenner off a mate. But they're terrible. They are incredibly hard to handle, which resulted in missing parts of my hair and even after an hour of yanking at my hair it remained slightly wavy. Any part wich i had managed to fight straight undid itself within half an hour. It also left my hair corse and frizzy. It definitly did not do as it said on the box which was to make it shiny and smooth. I much prefer my new Wet 2 Straight.

All I can say is why couldn't I have discovered this 10 years ago! Naturally curly hair, this secret weapon smooths out and reveals the straight hair I never thought I could achieve. I'm clueless with hair tools but now I've got movie star hair in 20 minutes! Worth every penny.

I bought the BaByliss® 24mm Ceramic Straightening Iron...I love it. Mine has a temperature control up to 200 watts of power and works great on my long thick hair. Made is super straight and very shiny! Money was well worth it! **UPDATE** I am now through my 2nd Babyliss, first one stopped heating and Conair sent me a new one in 6/04. Now 1/05 this one has stopped heating again. Too much $$ to not work, gonna buy a Sedu I think!

These straightening irons are amazing.I have quite fine hair and they straighten it completely. I got my for £25.00 so they are good value for money and also they are ceramic coated and not fully ceramic so if you have hair with kinks in it doesn't burn it.
