It feels a bit dry (on the cheeks) if I use it in winter. When I have bad skin condition it irritates my eye area and my pimples.

I've been using this on and off for about four years now. it cleans my face well without stripping or irritating it, it's soap-free and pH-balanced (it doesn't actually foam), and it lasts for several months. I've noticed a lot of reviews pointing out that it's not the cheapest cleanser in the world, so good news: the price was lowered by over 30% a few months ago (not really sure why, but I won't complain). Even though I try other cleansers pretty often, this one works well enough to always have around.

Yes, yes, yes. Where to begin with this - this stuff lasts a lifetime! The first time I bought this was in Rome, and it lasted me a whole year. You really only need a pea sized amount and its lovely and foamy. Also works a dream with the clarisonic. This is a must have product for anyone with oily sensitive skin like myself. I can't really explain how it works but it washes the greasiness of your face - without stripping the oils off of your face, but dries out any nasty spots (win) - doesn't leave you feeling tight either!

I don't use this daily, I use this more as a cleanser if I am going on a night-out and need to wash my face before applying makeup. Or I will use this before bed. I will definitely be buying again!!!

I've been using this product for over a year. Originally I found it really helped control my acne but quite quickly found that it lost it's effectiveness. I've been suffering from flakey, tight yet oily skin for quite some time now and since removing Effaclar from my regime have found the flakiness has gone completely, guessing some ingredients may be a bit too drying for my skin (with everyday use at least). The product doesn't lather particularly much which I don't like (not sure why I don't like that!). Somehow my skin never felt as 'clean' using this as it has with other products, just felt tight. My skin is quite sensitive and although the cleanser hasn't agreed with me for a while now It has never stung or itched. I still use this every now and then, maybe once a week, just to help with acne but after my dehydration fiasco I've laid off it and used 'softer' products.

I like this gel cleanser. It reminds me of the Sukin sensitive cleansing gel in terms of feel and performance but it is bit less fragrant and smells nicer. My skin is clean and a bit tight after use. It is not overly tight that it upsets oil production. (Sometimes I tone with witch hazel and) then I'll usually follow up with Effaclar Duo [+]. I also love the gel for not aggravating my sensitive skin.

Pumped stopped working for me so that sucked. But either way I did not have a good experience with this. It dried out my combination skin so you should be very very oily for this kind of product. Highly effective but also a little harsh.

Ever since i descovered this cleanser I've been the happiest girl ever!

Been using it for over 4 years, and it's just the perfect product for me! I find it very quick and practical since you just use the tiniest amount in wet hands and face and just wash off everything in a minute.
I have combination-oily and yet dehydrated fair skin which is plagued with clogged pores and breakouts.
This face wash leaves my skin feeling clean, fresh without being tight, which is quite rare. It feels very gentle, the scent is pleasant and doesn't sting your eyes.

Its price is a bit high, but since you only need the tiniest amount for each wash, it will last you for a long time. It also comes in a bigger bottle with a pump which makes it even easier to use when you have wet slippery hands, and when it's finished you can just buy the tube and refill the bottle.

It removes makeup wonderfully and when used with the La Roche Posay Hydraphase Legere it works miracles on sensitive, combination skin types like mine.

I will probably use this until my last breath. I'm that obsessed with it.

I've been so pleased with this. Been using it for maybe 6 months or so, and it's just so quick and practical. I have oily and dehydrated fair skin which is plagued with clogged pores and hormonal breakouts. Not only does this face wash feel luxuriously creamy and silky when lathered, it leaves my skin feeling clean, fresh and not tight. I've NEVER found a gel wash that can do that! It feels very gentle and has never stung even when it gets near my eyes.

The tube is deceptively large, only a small squeeze is needed and so the tube has lasted me ages - which makes the price tag completely justifiable.

I won't say it works miracles on my acne but it does help, and it doesn't de-clog my blackheads much but I use scrubs and masks for that. I've recently started using the effaclar duo cream as well and they go very well together, my skin feels very soft and clean.

I've been using this for about a year now, and I am pretty pleased!

It doesn't dry my skin out, and it keeps my oiliness at bay - for the most part. It keeps my skin clean, I'm not breaking out as much, and it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin.

It also doesn't smell strong, which is awesome.

It had helped to prevent my hormonal breakouts, also it doesn't dry my skin as much as other cleansers.
