This is my favorite eyeliner. It goes on smoothly with good pigment. It's not waterproof or even water resistant so it's not great to wear to the gym or to an event where crying may be involved but for daily wear it's perfect. Some other eyeliners irritate my eyes or my contacts after a while but this one never does. It's also not a sharp line but a softer one that looks very natural but still makes my eyes pop. I'll continue to buy this regularly.

I like this liner. It is easy to use. I use it when I'm in a hurry and don't have time to mess with a liquid or a gel liner. It will smudge if you don't use an eyeshadow primer, but I find it works well with my Urban Decay Primer Potion or Too Faced Shadow Insurance.

I've had this for a while... I keep it in my school backpack for touch ups. I picked this randomly at Target and I have it in Ultra black. It works fine, no tugging. But like all pencil liners it does smear and isn't the longest lasting. I like gel liner & liquid liner best, though its always useful to have a pencil liner around. I wouldn't buy again because there are other pencil liners I want to try.

not too pigmented, but works well, comes off as gray sometimes just because of the pigmentation, works well in the waterline.

I used to really love this liner until I found better ones that were cheaper (Milani!). I have this in black and it's not as pigmented as I'd like a black liner to be. It smudges a bit and I don't recommend it for the waterline. It's okay for your upper lash line. I won't repurchase this.

I just bought this product & tested it on my hand. I bought it cuz it was cheap & on sale for $3.70 @ Walmart. Well, it's gonna go back!
All of the eyeliners that I buy have to be tug proof & easy glide. I thght this would be good cuz unlike the other ones that I usually buy this 1 has the twist cap. But unfort. the color is not intense & it rubs off easily. I will not waste my time & test it out on my eyes, cuz the hand testing is enuf.

I love this eyeliner!
It's easy to use and comes with its own little sharpener.
I don't really use the sharpener though.
It doesn't hurt when applying, which I love. It comes on smoothly.
The only thing I have to say that's not good about this product is that
the cap always comes off in my makeup bag and it's really annoying.
Sometimes the tip breaks off and it's a waste. -_-
Other than that, fantastic product!

This eyeliner is very hard to show up, and after few hours it smudges and disappears. Do not recommend.

I wanted to buy a new eyeliner, I was hoping to buy the Wet n Wild eye liner in cream form but I couldn't find it at the store. So I went with this. The first time I tried it, it came off after a few hours like probably less than 3 hours. So then I would apply layer after layer to make it not fade away. As well if I put eyeliner underneath my eyes, some of the eyeliner comes off and goes on my dark circles. You need to apply more than one layer to make it actually last. It is easy to apply and this comes with a sharpener so this comes in handy. The cons outweigh the pros so therefore, overall it isn't a good eye liner.

OMG this is the worst product ever ! I was looking for an eyeliner because I wanted to try a new one and a really long lasting one and I came across this one and it was on sale for $5 (not the cheapest but fairly good priced). I put it on my waterline and it was the same as not using anything, it barely showed up on my waterline and well after one blink, it was gone. I think I have said enough. If you guys are looking for a good and pretty cheap eyeliner, get the rimmel exaggerate eye liner, it's pretty long lasting and this is from a girl that has really watery eyes.

I just don't get why people see value in an eye liner that smears. "It smudges easily" you say, but don't you want your eye liner to last? What good is a nice smoky eye if half an hour later you have raccoon eyes instead?
This eye liner smears more than any eye liner I've tried. Such crap.
Oh but it does go on nice :\ Too bad that doesn't matter if the look doesn't last.
And by the way, you can smudge out revlon's ColorStay eye liner too and it has amazing staying power for a DS e/l...esp. when smudged.

I can't stand to wear some eyeliners. I used Clinique Quickliner for Eyes for a couple of years as a teen until I noticed my eyelids were swelling because of it! I used to always rub off the eyeshadow from my itchy eyelids and stuck with just eyeliner for some colour because it didn't rub off as easily. It wasn't until a few swelling episodes that I realized I shouldn't handle eye makeup. I tried a few other brands and my eyelids would still itch. The other problem is the hard pencil type hurts as you apply it. I tried the Physician's Formula Eye Definer in Ultra Black as the line claims to be for sensitive skin. I find it cheaper and just as easy to apply (read pain free) as the Clinique Quickliner. My eyelids do get itchy, but only after wearing it for a number of hours (even if I've just opened the package -- plus I replace it every few months even if I've barely used it -- so no this has nothing to do with it going bad). It's still not perfect because I can't wear it all day long, but at least I can stand it on days I want to use some eyeliner. I also like about how this product can smudge if you want it to and you don't have sharpen it.

I first bought this because it said it was safe for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers, and I haven't found any problems with it. But because of the way I apply eyeliner, I've never had problems with my other eyeliners so it's basically the SAME AS ANY OTHER EYELINER.
If I don't set it with eyeshadow, I end up looking like a panda at the end of the day.
I wouldn't buy this again just because I want to try out other brands.
Despite the nothing-special-ness to this particular eyeliner, I find my way around the cons and still use it every day :]

I have this in the charcoal grey shade- normally I woudln't purcahse grey eyeliner (I'm more into black eyeliner) but it was on sale so I couldnt' resist. I was actually surprised by how nice it is. The applicator applies the eyeliner very smoothly and in a straight line, with little effort (good for people who aren't expert eyeliner applies), but cannot be used if you want a thin line, as the tip is medium in size. The product is VERY blend-able, so is perfect if you want to use it to give a subtle look, or used before (perhaps some) dramatic eyeshadow and want to keep the liner low-key in comparison. The downside, as others have pointed out, it is not long lasting, unless you re-apply it will be gone by the end of the day- but on the plus side, it wont clump and look creepy around your eyes, it will probably just more or less dissapear. I would pay a few bucks for this, no more than 5.

This eyeliner applies very smoothly - I could slap on natural looking brown eyeliner for everyday wear in 60 seconds. However, it always smudged under my eyes and creased on the top lid. I wouldn't bother with this eyeliner again.

This is a good eyeliner. Nothing to get excited about, but none the less it works. I have it in dark brown, which is a good color with my fair complexion and green eyes. It applies smoothly and has good staying power. It smudges a tad, but still looks good. I wouldn't buy it in black for fear of racoon eyes though. I got this on clearance at my local walgreens for about $3. For the price its great, but I've used better eyeliners. I do like that it comes with an automatic sharpener and I prefer these kinds to regular pencil liners. I may pick up some more if I get a good deal on them.

I purchased this at 75% off and have been pleasantly surprised. I use this liner for touch ups and on the inside corners of my eyes and have been very happy that it has not given my "eye make up boogers" like other liners. Its not the best for staying power but for the price it has been great.

This eyeliner sucked. It seriously has no staying power, and though it glides on smoothly it's so easy to smear. It has the consistency of a gel liner, but at least gel liners dry and stick on your eyes. I will not be purchasing this again.

I love automatic eyeliners but this one was a disapointment. Even though I got it in ultra black it went on a grayish color. I really had to rub it on to get it even close to black, but it irritated my eyes. Plus the lid always falls off!
