This sunscreen is...mah. It doesn't break me out, so good on them, but it doesn't really seem to protect me from the sun, either. With most sunscreens, I seem to be able to stretch out reapplying time to once every three or so hours, but with this, I'm burned within 90 minutes. Overall, it won't clog your pores, as promised, but an SPF of 45 seems a little excessive.

I have light skin, am prone to sun burn and I am also acne-prone.
Many lotions give me breakouts, but not this one.
I use it on my face every day, and it both protects it from sun damage and moisturizes my skin without breaking me out.
It has a great texture and makes my skin soft, it also smells very nice of citrus.
What I also like about it is that it won't make your skin look greasy as many other sunblock lotions do.
I am on my second bottle of this and I can tell, one will last a year or longer if used only on the face and neck as I do.

This product is greasy and it smells like some variety of citrus... which is sort of strange but not bad. Overall, it does a good job and is easy to apply but I wouldn't use this on my face even though it's oil-free because of the grease factor. As a body sunblock it's fine.

At first I really liked this sunscreen. I loved the milky texture and it's really to apply (I only used it on my body.) But I found that it stays greasy even hours after applying. And one day after I applied it on my arms, I rested my elbow on a magazine. The printed color on the magazine cover was rubbed off and transferred onto my elbow! It really sucks this way!

Ick. Even though oil-free, it made my skin a greasy mess.

what a waste of time! I'm a mom of toddlers and I love using a moisturizer with spf. it cuts down on the time I take getting ready. I wsa at the drugstore and they were out of the spf30 one and I thought of well spf45 will just protect me longer right? ugh! my t zone was an oil slick! it clogged my pores and on top of that the suncreen is not stable!!! this one has gone into my trash and I will not be buying again. I currently use the biore spf30 mois and its wonderful.

Ugh...I'm never buying anything without consulting MakeupAlley ever again. This stuff is to greasy and it makes me breakout like crazy. I let is sit for 15 min and it still didn't absorb into my skin. The only remotely redeeming factor is that it smells nice but not nice enough to make me repurchase xP .

This stuff stings like no other on me. I wanted it to work for me b/c I need a high SPF sunscreen since SPF30 doesn't do it anymore. I was really disappointed in this.

I like this sunscreen for body but would not recommend it on my face, it makes me sting for some reason. For body its nice and not too heavy; it does leave a "greasy" feeling as with a lot of sunscreens. I like to put this on after the shower but if its a rush morning w/ no shower time I use one of the Neutrogena sprays since this one is harder to keep off clothes with no residue.

EDIT: I've decided against using chemical sunscreens so I won't be re-purchasing after this is used up; I'm going to try Clarins Dayscreen UV40 for my face and Blue Lizard Baby Spf 30 for body.

Quite a mediocre product. It does protect me from the sun, and doesn't really seem to break me out, but it is very greasy and leaves my face not only shiny but with really big pores like a paper towel. I have to put way more foundation over it than I usually use, and powder, and my makeup doesn't last nearly as long. I needed this for everyday!! I'm giving it a 4 for price since it is pretty expensive for what it is. Can't imagine what this has in it that makes it so greasy since there's no oil!

This is too greasy / sunsreen-y for everyday sun protection. But, this is the sunscreen I use on my face when I'm out in the sun.

I love the orange scent :) Like orange creamsicles! The oil-free formulation does not break me out (yea!) but does leave my face looking shiny.

According to some research I did online, this product protects against UVA and UVB rays, but is moderately unstable (3/10).

This is just too greasy for those with an oily T-zone. It may be "oil-free" but don't let that fool ya. Stays tacky throughout the day and does not seem to melt into the skin at all. I do like the smell of it though, nice orange scent. I'll just use it on my neck and such. Update: stains my clothes orange. Haven't noticed any breakouts so that's a plus. The search for SS continues....

i love this stuff, i use it everyday, rain or shine. i wash my face and put the sunscreen on right away and get dressed/eat breakfast, so that it settles before i do my makeup. maybe that's why i don't see an oil slick as some other reviewers mentioned? i usually take a few minutes to make sure i rub it in also. i find that if i rush it, i have white streaks and i'm afraid the coverage will be uneven, so i make sure to do it in front of the mirror.

will continue to buy because its super cheap and feels good on my face. i've tried fancier brands like shisheido (the blue bottle) but i find that i like this one better because of the consistency (lighter than shisheido).

i also use primer before my foundation and my makeup looks perfect. no oily mess. let this set in for a few minutes before you do your makeup, you will notice a big difference.

I have to admit, I really don't understand all of the bad reviews on this sunscreen. I actually love it. The bottle is easy to use and aesthetically attractive, and the way it dispenses lets you keep track of how much product you are using. This product is not greasy, in fact, it dries rather quickly and it is very good at moisturizing, though drier skin types might want to put on a bit more on problem areas before heading out. For all those who have complained about their makeup sliding off, primer should be the solution to that problem. Bare Escentuals PRIME TIME is a great product for the job, it mattifies and keeps makeup on. Overall, don't be scared by the bad reviews, there are plenty of good ones on this product and it's worth a try.

I may the only one but I really love this stuff. It satisfies my need/craving for sun protection (I'm a cancer-phobe) and doesn't feel as greasy to me as the others I've tried. I didn't break out and it makes my normal/combination skin feel smooth and moisturized.
The high spf rating is the biggest plus for me-- something that's hard to find in a facial moisturizer.
