This is the best lipbalm i have ever tried. It gives a lot of moisture and keep my lips soft and smooth. The smell is good to. It dosen't contain prabens, lanolin og mineral oil, wich is good.
I will keep buying this product again and again. It's so good, and not to expensive either.

This balm is derived from herbal oils and may be unpleasant to some. The consistency is like vaseline and smells like lemon. Too bad it did nothing for my lips.

I gave this to my sister after trying it out, hopefully she'll have more luck with it. The smell takes a while to get used to, and it hardly moisturized at all for me. In addition I think I got some kind of allergic reaction from using it. I hoped this would be the IT lipbalm for me, but nope. It's way overrated for its price if you ask me. I'd much rather stick to good old vaseline, at least it doesn't feel like it dries out my lips.

I think not at all that this product is worth nothing. Wrapping is nice and easy to use. But I do not like lip balm. The smell is simply awful, and I do not think that it gives my lips much moisture.

I tried the tube-version.
My lips are extremelly try and flaky. I had high hopes for this one. Since many recommend this product, But it did absolutelly nothing for my lips. I might just aswell use drugstore lip balms - or nothing, actually... When I ran out of my HG-lipbalm and waited for my order to arrive, I used some of this that I had left. But it was so completelly useless, that I just threw it in the garbage.
I'm sure it's a great product for some, but not for my lips.

At first, I really liked this lip balm. It had a nice herbal smell to it,it does moisturize the lips and leave you with super soft lips. BUT... after a couple of applications, I had cracked lips. My lips began scaling, which means another application after another application. So, yeah. I don't know which ingredient in this balm that acts exactly like Lanolin, but I think it has to be that Lemon Peel extract.. ? Won't repurchase, nada.

I got the tube version of this lip balm and I'm not very impressed with it.
I didn't have any difficulties getting the balm out of the tube. The smell is very pleasant and when you first apply it, it feels nice. It also has a nice effect when applied over lipstick.
However, it doesn't provide enough moisture. My lips are not very dry and I still feel a need to reapply, even after only 10 minutes. I don't think I will repurchase it.

This is good, it nourishes my lips and leaves them soft. It could have been more effective, but it's the best I've tried so far. The package could've been better. You have to squeeze quite hard to get the lip balm out of the tube, which will get interesting when the weather gets colder... It's better than their old package in a jar though.

I have a little tube of this, not the pot most people seem to have. Anyway, I hate the tube. You actually have to warm it in your hands for anything to come out. When I want to apply lip balm, I don't want to have to prime something first. The actual formula is fine--yummy smelling, not particularly impressive.

First of all,I'm fan of Decleor range,so I will try to be real as much as possible.Well,I liked the smell,so natural, some kind of combinaton of lemon, cinnamon and vanilla, yummy. This comes in small cute pot, wich I don't like, because I find so annoying by digging my fingers right into the pot,but I can live with that. This is wax with thick texture and it is very concentrated as well,so You don't have to a lot of it and it will last You for a while.I can't tell You this is miracle, not at all,but I haven't tried anyhing better than this yet.Really very nourishing properties this has.I use it only as a night treatmant for my lips, because it is so expensive and I can't afford myself to use it every second as I do with my other cheap lip balms.Sometimes I even use this as a night balm for my eye arrea, and it works quite good. All in all,I know I can't go wrong with Decleor, knowing that I really get luxury and high quality products + Decleor is all about natural I guess {at least they say that}..if nothing,I know it isn't synthetic as much as many other 'luxury' and expensive brands I've tried. And yes,the most important,it works for me.

I really like this lip balm, though I wouldn't quite elevate it to HG status yet:
The Good:
- The luxurious scent and texture make this balm a pleasure to use.
- Good staying power. I only have to apply this a few times a day
- It does a wonderful job of keeping lips moisturized, as long as they're not too dry
- I found the slight peeling effect has helped in fading/peeling a few dark spots I have on my lips. I actually ordered this balm after reading another reviewer's comment that this balm had helped with sunspots, and I'm glad to report that it has also been effective for me too.
The Bad:
- The packaging. I'm not a big fan of potted lip balms.
- I don't find this balm moisturizing or healing enough when my lips are super-chapped. Aquaphor or Kiehl's #1 still works better for me in those cases.
Overall, I'd repurchase this, but it's just not moisturizing enough to be the only lip balm I keep on hand.
UPDATE 3/1/09: The peeling effect has worn off and the balm hasn't completely gotten rid of the dark spots on my lips. Still a good balm, but I wouldn't buy it just for exfoliating purposes.

Again, I hate to be the one who gives the negative review... For the past ten years or more, I have had quite a passionate love affair with the Decleor range, and apart from the foaming cleanser, I've liked pretty much all the products I've tried from them. But I'm sorry, but this lip balm just doesn't do it. I ordered it online, expecting it to be similar to the stick lipbalm, but instead, I find that it has a smell which is very similar to that of the Baume Essentiel, and which I don't really like on my lips. The effect may be nice, but the smell is putting me off, in fact so much that I'll have to reserve this for night-time use only.

HG This is wonderful and I cannot say enough good things about it. It does exactly what it is supposed to do, with the added benefits of it being natural. My lips are so smoothe and pretty now. No lines or chapped places. The cinnamon in there (which promotes circulation) seems to give my lips a pretty red hue whenever I apply... this is great since my lips have no pigmentation and tend to look lifeless. I don't have to reapply constantly, use it during bedtime after I exfoliate my lips, and in the morning after my lip tint. Oh, and the smell... to die for! So herbaly and great... mmmmm. I adore!

Great Lip Balm - I have tried everything under the sun to keep lips hydrated under the extreme airconditioning at work. Expensive, but pots lasts forever. Smell is very fruity/floral (natural though, not a synthetic and artificial smell and flavour) and it gives a clear and light coating to lips which stays on for longer than most other balms.

I really enjoy this balm. This is a decent balm. It is 100% natural and smells exotic.
The thing I like the most about it, is its peeling effect on my lips. I apply it on/around the lip area in the afternoon and at night. In the morning after showering my lips shed a layer of skin and underneath there is clear shiny fresh lips!! I also had some darker sun spots on my lips which this product has gotten ride of.
If you haven’t previously used Decléor products, I suggest you try them before buying as you may find the scent of strong natural ingredients a bit overwhelming.
Update: I have finished half of the first pot and I still find it a pleasure. I am adding a lippie.

This is an ok l/b - it looks waxy in the pot but once you dip your fingers in the pot and apply to your lips the texture turns very runny. It's not that emollient and the moisturising properties doesn't last long - I have to re-use it often. That's a real shame, because it comes in a large plastic pot (which actually looks quite chic) and it will take a long time to finish. I also don't really like dipping my fingers in the product, especially when I have to re-dip often!

This is the best lip balm ever, I buy this over and over again. Whenever I try something else my lips freak. The ingredients in this are all natural and leaves my lips soft and yummy. GRREAT! Only bad thing is that it doesn`t have spf20, so I use this at night and MD formulations lip balm whenever I don`t wear lip gloss (which isn`t very often..) in daytime.

The best lip balm I've ever used. It doesn't act as a lot of cheap protective lipsticks, which seem OK at first but leave the lips even drier and more chopped than before.
