I have thin, fine hair and get body waves a couple times a year which help, but I need something for those weeks up to my next perm. I have tried everything, most are ok but make my hair so stiff. This was different right out of the bottle. I used it yesterday before an interview and my hair looked amazing. at $22 a bottle I don't know that I'll use it every day, especially if I'm not going anywhere but this is great stuff. The only thing is when I go to wash my hair afterward, my hair is noticeable silky, so I wonder if the product builds up? In which case, I'll need to use a good cleansing shampoo more often.

Very cool product. I have thick, heavy hair, so most volumizers meant for fine, thin hair don't hold up. This one does.
My two favorite parts are 1) that it gives silky, shiny volume, not the fluffy, matte, weird-textured kind I usually get from foams. I feel nothing in my hair after blow-drying with plastique. 2) the volume lasts. The volume is not as extreme immediately after styling as a volumizing mousse but it stays until I wash my hair 3 days later. I simply finger-fluff my hair a bit in the morning, or brush with a boar bristle brush.
I don't love the smell but it doesn't linger after my hair is dry and ironed. Pretty expensive for a little bottle, but at the rate I'm using it (one or two pumps every 3-4 days) I suppose it's acceptable.

I also got this from my hairdresser and I really love it. After I got my haircut I waited a couple of days before I washed it again and the whole time my hair still had amazing volume. It would go down every now and then but you just have to fluff your roots a bit and the pouf comes back. I know it's pretty expensive because it was over 20 bucks for the smaller bottle but I like it enough to repurchase.

My mom bought this from her hairdresser, and insisted I try it out. Now I've stolen it from her! It worked so much better than any other product I've been using over the past couple of years. I straighten my hair all the time, and these days it seems to wave within an hour, but this kept it straight longer! I only gave it a 4 because I've used better and cheaper volumizing products--that's what this is SUPPOSED to do, but I use it for the hold--and because it's really easy to overapply. The packaging is absolutely fantastic because the pump locks into place with a simple twist--no having to waste product!!

I got this as a sample from my hairstylist. It is ok. The sample bottle is not as nice as the regular size, so it was hard to get it on my fingers. It did volumize my hair, but the A/G product SprayBody is superior to Plastique. The SprayBody comes in a spray bottle, so it is easy to direct on the roots of my fine, thin hair. I think the Plastique is best for medium hair, and the SprayBody is best for fine hair. All A/G products are great! They are affordable, smell great, and make my hair look nice.

This product delivers what it promises. Full,shiny hair.It only takes a very small amount and smells great!
