I have been using this mask, the tea tree scrub, the tea tree spot clearing night lotion n the tea tree face clearing lotion, which is almost the who,e tea tree oil line, for a long time now.
I use the scrub and the mask once every week and it has helped me a lot in combatting my acne problems. The mask is very soothing and the light smell is pleasing. However, this regimen needs to be followed up by a moisturizing lotion as too much of dryness can cause more breakouts.
Also, i dont use the tea tree face clearing lotion or the oil in the winter as it dries the skin too much and causes more breakouts.these two should be used more carefully in my opinion.
I have a acne prone combi skin and need to follow every treatment with a moisturing routine.

I've been using this face mask for years, I don't have bad spots but get the occasional pimple/boil but have oily skin. This mask is thin on the skin, dries and then is washed off. It has a cooling effect on the skin. Once removed your skin looks fresh and it definitely helps with the pimples and controls my oil. Will continue to repurchase!

I got a free sample of the Tea Tree Mask from my local Body Shop and I'm currently letting it dry on my face. I applied it to a couple of spots on my cheeks that I can feel small pimples on, on my chin, and around my nose(lower T-zone area).
When applying it, it's not as thick as other masks I own but it doesn't take much to cover your skin that way. With the .15 oz sample I got, I could probably use it as a complete face mask twice then have some left over for spot treatments.
It definitely feels like any tea tree oil product I've used; very refreshing and cooling on my skin,. I love the way it feels.
I'll update when I've washed it off.

This is the best face mask I have ever used. I have combination skin with a VERY oily t-zone. I first tried this mask 6 months ago and I was pretty pleased with its results but then I ran out and wasn't able to reach a body shop for 3 weeks. The worst 3 weeks my face has been in ages. My skin felt horrible, pores looked clogged and I just looked a mess. I finally got my hands on the stuff and after a week of continuous use (due to me excessive behaviour lol) I love this product so much more now. My skin feels smooth and rejuvenated. I would definitely recommend.

When I first got this product it did absolutely nothing for me. I used it a few times and I stopped using it because it wasn't doing anything at all. Then recently, for whatever reason, I started using it as a spot cream on all of my pimples, blackheads, and cysts. It worked AMAZINGLY!!!! Better than any spot treatment or mask! takes away blemishes in about a day. I don't know why, but it even works better than the tea tree spot treatment from The Body Shop. I put it on without washing it off, as soon as I get home from school, before bed, and as soon right after I wash my face in the morning, on weekends. It doesn't dry or irritate my dry, sensitive, acne-prone skin. Sense it is a clay mask, it reduces oil as well. If this product does nothing for you as a mask, I really recommend trying this.

I have tried all the other tea tre products, so I decided to try this as well. This mask was disappointing and aside from making my skin feel refreshed it did nothing for me. I prefer the honey/oat mask.

I bought this mask just because I felt like shopping in one of my favorite stores in the world (The Body Shop, yes!) and this product was on sale. I'm using it once a week or less and I think it's OK. I like its texture when applying on my face (might feel too stingy for a more sensitive skin) and how soft my skin feels right after washing it off, but a few hours later, I would not tell any difference of my skin before and after the mask. I will probably finish it, but not buy the same one again.

Two of my friends love this mask and it works really well for their acne, so I'm soo disappointed that it doesn't work for me! It makes me break out more and when I use it at night, my face becomes an oil slick by morning. That's weird because tea tree oil is supposed to be good for oily skin since it's drying... I've scoured the internet for reviews on this product and found one other reviewer who said the same thing. Pro: Immediately after using this, my skin does become softer, but I can easily achieve that with other masks. I say this product is worth a try. It is very effective for some people, so maybe you will be one of the lucky ones.

when I had bad acne and clogged pores, I used this religiously until I finished the whole jar. it actually made my acne worse. because it contains so little tea tree oil and so many other crappy ingredients.it really doesn't do anything besides give you the tinglely sensation. if you want to use something that actually cleanse, try the blue corn mask, it's way better

I'm usually a big fan of the Body Shop, but this mask caused loads of spots to come up where I've never had them before. I used it twice (just to be sure) and it took about two weeks for my complexion to completely clear up.
Definitely won't be buying this again! Such a waste of £10.

While I love the regular 3-step Body Shop Tea Tree Oil line, this was not a great product for me. Didn't clear my blackheads or make my pores any smaller. It does leave my skin feeling somewhat refreshed, though, and it helps a bit with oil. Maybe I'll mix in some sugar or something to make it a scrub, since I don't want to waste it.

I can't be without this product! Whenever my skin gets a little crazy I exfoliate my face then slap this on. I love the smell of tea tree oil and I also love the cool tingly feeling of having this mask on...and I love how clean and supple my face feels after! I also like how this doesn't soak up a every bit of moisture as my skin is sensitive to drying masks (though next time I try one I'm going to see if keeping it on for only a really short time will work). As a side note, I like to add a bit of calamine lotion to this mask for extra acne-fighting power (I used to use Lush's Fresh Farmacy but I stopped because of how much it costs for a daily use item). If I had the time and money I'd use this every day! :P

My skin: Combination - oily on the t-zone and dry on the cheeks. I also have very sensitive skin.
I normally don't break out, just the occasional 1-2 acne when its the time of the month, but for the pasts month I've been breaking out constantly because of stress. So when I saw that The Body Shop had a 15% on everything in stores if your purchase 2 things, I picked this up as I've heard that tea tree oil helps clear the skin.
So far, I've used it twice and I can already see the results. Any acne present appears less inflamed and any acne scars look lighter. I feel that this product also prevents any break out as I've noticed that incoming acne bumps are gone after using this.
I use this after I get out of the shower, and I keep the mask on for 10-15 minutes (instructions call for 15 min). I kept it on for 10 minutes on my first try because I didn't want irritate my skin as I do have really sensitive skin.
For the first couple of minute, there's a tingling sensation. It doesn't burn but it does tingle and this sensation goes away after like 5 minute. After that, it just feels really cool and fresh. Unlike most traditional masks, this doesn't dry after the intended 15 minutes which does make it easier to rinse off.
As for the packaging, I'm not the biggest fan, but I'm definitely not complaining. The price is alright, don't remember the exact price but it was definitely less than $15 for 10mL of product which isn't too bad as this really works and will last a long time if you use it like 1-2 times a week.
I will definitely repurchase this product as it does help with my acne as well as it prevents any upcoming acne.

I used to use this product years ago back when the packaging was different. I tried it again recently and either the formula has changed or my skin is alot more sensitive these days. I used to love it as it soothed redness and helped minimise blemishes but after uing it a few times recently it has been a different story! Not only did it make my skin super dry and give me a huge flare-up of excema but it also bought several cystic pimples to the surface (now I kept using it and funnily enough the pimples stopped when I stopped using this weekly so I really dont think it was just 'detoxing' my skin as it was fine both before adn after the use of this) All in all it may be a good product if you are super oily but for me it made my skin horrible! AVOID if you have sensitive skin

I really didn't like this product. The biggest con is the packaging. It's horrible! Its so unsanitary and unpleasantly hard to get out of the container without taking more than needed. The smell is just disgusting. Just using this mask once dried out my skin horribly. I will not be purchasing this product again.

This product is good if you use it sparingly and only when you have a breakout. I find that if I use it more often it dries my skin out a little, and if anything worsens the redness! But used when my skin is breaking out it definitely helps, and I quite like the tea tree smell, it feels like it's really cleaning my skin!

I got this as a gift from a friend. I really liked tea tree oil before, but I think witch hazel gets rid of my blemishes much faster.
.
This didn't quite work for me. It may have been because I used it too often: about 2-3 times a week, because it said to calm down skin, and my skin was often irritated. It was very fun to put on: it is thick and green, and you look like one of those women from cartoons :P The thing is: my skin never got less red after this. I really wanted it to work, but my Clean & Clean blackhead clearing scrub calms my skin down much more than this. This also seemed to clog my pores, which isn't strange when I used it so often: mud masks are supposed to be used every week/2 weeks, not more often tan that - else they're just bad for you. But anyway: this did not work for me. Hope other people have better results with this. Also want to say that this is quite expensive for he amount you et if compared to other mud masks.

I'm from Singapore, and this product cost me $30! Very expensive! And the content only contains 3.85oz which is lesser than Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque which has 8oz and is cheaper~ This tea tree face mask doesn't has any instruction so is not good for those who first buy this product. So when I put on this masque, it has cooling sensation :) It is refreshing when I rinsed off.
Pros:
- Refreshing
- Cooling Sensation
Cons:
- The packaging sucks a lot, can be contaminated if the fingers are not washed properly
- The price doesn't worth, I could get better masque than this.
- Hard to rinse off
- Introduce more pimples on my face :(
I am going to use this mask once a month and also decided to give it to my mother. Not going to repurchase. Doesn't work for my skin.

I thought this product doesn't exist anymore! I used this mask while I was in High School, many years ago. It was my first bought mask.
At first I was shocked by the green colour and the smell. When I used it though, it left my skin soft, clear, matte and the pimples were less red and they were flat. It is bit funny to apply it and back then it had a strong menthol smell and your face was...minty. Also, every time I used it , in the first 3 minutes my skin was burning. It is a bit hard to spread on your face and you have to put your fingers in the pot many times until you cover your whole face.
I used it all and then I forgot about The Body Shop until last year when I bought the Tea Tree Oil Scrub which is great for my skin. Now I just had a look on their website and I've seen this mask and I am quite surprised it still exists. I will buy it again.
Package- It comes in a plastic green pot with a black lid.
Consistence- It is a bit hard as a mask but you can take it from the pot using your fingers.
Colour- It has a green colour.
