I've been using this since July when the weather in New York started to heat up. I really like this toner. It's refreshing, non-drying and does not irritate my skin. The smell is great, as with all Darphin products. I love the pump dispenser as well, I just wish Darphin would package more of their line in pumps to preserve them. I'll definitely use this again next summer, I'll go back to the Refreshing Toner in the Autumn.

I used to use this when I had acne and it was the best thing ever, using it with the matching cleanser makes it work even better. It controls oil without drying and does not bother my sensitive skin either. It's a little expensive and it could last a little longer, I think I would go through less if it did not have a pump. Either way if my skin got oily again and I had acne again I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

Best toner I've ever used!!!
I tried all kinds from drugstore brands to premium ones (Dior, Lancome, Estee Lauder, Clinique...) and ALWAYS stop using those after 2-4 days. But Darphin Tonique Purifiant is different. It doesn't not irritate my skin (yeah oily acne-prone skin can be sensitive to some stuff as well), a good prep for moisturizer and makeup ^^

What a great toner! It smells amazing, so clean and refreshing. A little bit of alcohol (and I had to check if it is in there because you can't smell it!) really helps rid the oil and after all the alcohol-free toners out there (and they are nice) I realize my super oily skin needs a little bit. Just a little bit and this toner has it in a minute amount. Really "tones" and my face feels very soft afterwards. Purifying and not drying in every sense of the word. Awesome. A staple, even though it costs me almost 1/6 of my weekly paycheck!

Not bad but nothing outstanding. Didn't prevent my "monthly" cystic acne. For that price it should do more. I won't repurchase.

after many years of many different toners on my oily skin - i have stuck with this one for more than 2 years now. a bottle lasts about 6 months and it helps to minimize shine as well as to keep the skin feeling clean. i never feel like it's drying out my skin.

I love the antiseptic properties of this toner - it's so gentle but potent and contains AHAs to boot! At first, my skin had a little trouble adjusting to it but it has become my favorite. It is non-drying for even the most sensitive skins and leaves the skin dewy and prepped for moisturizer. The spout is a little hard to control but with a little practice, it's not a big deal. It's so perfect for oily skin as it kills bacteria and also unclogs pores over time.

This product has been part of my new skin care range. I've been using Clarins for years and felt I needed a change. I have combo skin with oily T zones and my skin is loving this toner - love the fact that it has camphor (astringent) and AHA. This is not available in Australia but can be purchased online. I will definitely repurchase.

I found that my skin healed a lot faster after using this product. I looked a bit blotchy after using it, but that fades really quickly. I've used a variety of high end toners and have typically found them to be very drying on my skin, but this one seems to be quite gentle. I would definately recommend it!

As a longtime Guerlain user, I was really impressed by this line and have made the switch. This toner keeps the oilies at bay and leaves your face feeling clean. It also seems to prevent breakouts.
