This stuff wears like iron. I had read some good reviews on the HSN website, about great coverage and smoothness, so thought I would try the Caviar foundation stick. I love stick foundation, and they are harder and harder to find. Both Estee Lauder and Clinique have stopped making them. This one is supberb. I had my doubts, as the texture is rather fluffy for a stick, but once applied it smoothes out beautifully and wears all day until you take it off. This is a great product, but a hassle to buy, since you need to order it from HSN or perhaps find it on Ebay. Wish other manufacturers would "get on the stick"!!!

I bought and used these products over fifteen years ago when I wasn't that into wearing much makeup. My young skin was very very oily then, but this line of makeup honestly looked lovely and lasted all day. The kind I used had a vitamin c center and I believe they still sell it under a different name. Her products aren't talked about, but for those who love the ease of a stick foundation you can't beat the value. Modelco is selling the same stick of makeup for $65.00 a tube on their website right now and I bought some. Remembering this made me revisit and review. Arpells Signature Club A kits normally come with a foundation, a concealor, a blush, a makeup remover, and a moisturizer too. Sometimes you might get other things along with that for $40.00 and some change. When my stick of modelco is gone, if I feel I want stick foundation this is what I will be purchasing again in its place. Its a great product, looks natural, doesn't transfer onto clothing, and she throws in the kitchen sink! Who can beat that?

Good product for my 45 year old
skin. I was suprised considering
the reviews on most SCA products.
Foundation stick covers well, does not cake ... seems to have a bit lifting effect. Does not need additional concealer or powder for winter. The only problem is the color - rather dark
yellow. But when blended, it is
ok on my complexion. Will repurchase and try more in this line.

Another SCA winner, for me. This is the BEST foundation stick I have ever used. It is completely not greasy, doesn't seem oily at all, and it holding up really well to my semi-oily skin. It covered like a dream and was easy to blend. Unfortunately it comes in only one color, which is an ivory-marbled effect stick. Luckily for me, the shade matches my skin. I am an NC15. I did not need additional concealer or powder with this.
