I bought this cause I liked the Super Line Preventor and needed an eyecream.

However, I'm underwhelmed by this product. Its okay, but not any better than products I"ve used that cost a fraction of the price. In fact, the skin around my eyes is slightly dehydrated since I"ve been using this, so i've had to add a moisturising mask treatment weekly while I"m using this up. I wont repurchase.

Pros -
Absorbs quickly and easily without leaving residue
Improves skintone and clarity slightly

Cons -
Expensive
Doesn't hydrate sufficiently

Maybe I expect miracles, or expect them too soon.... The product does feel nice, and it doesn't irritate my skin at all. But preventing lines? Maybe. Eliminating any lines. Not at all. I'm sure I'm expecting too much...but then again, at this price, who wouldn't expect more?

I really don't have any lines around my eyes to correct, I am just trying to prevent them from poping up. My skin is acne prone, cobination oily/dry. Most products are too harsh for me to use. This product did sting at first, but I have built up my tolerance and it is working well! I use it with the super line preventor extreem, which is suposed to intensify the results. I also use All You Need with spf in it. This product is expensive, but a tub of it will last a good 6 months. It is very concentrated and it holds eye shadow in place, which is a problem for me. I am very happy with the results from prescriptives... I only hope that when I turn 30 in another 5 years, I will still be looking like Im 20!!!

I've found this product does a great job with moisturizing my eye area. After using Prescriptive's scrub I found the area under each of my eyes, next to my nose to be very, very dry and crusty.

I found that this really helped, and didn't sting. I only wish they would place it in a tube like the Vitamin C one and they would include SPF 25 like the anti-age advance protection one.

The best feature of this eye cream/gel is that it did not make any damage. Other than that I remember it sat relatively well under my make up.

Pros --
nice consistency (gel/creme),
no detectable scent

Cons --
not good for my sensitive skin (stinging and blotchiness!)
around my eyes seems better moisturized but no other changes (so it's expensive for what you get),
the jar packaging (should be a tube, especially as a jar-ful lasts a while).

I love this eye cream. I bought it originally only b/c I LOVE super line preventor serum, but I've been using it faithfully for a month and notice a dramatic increase in moisturation and decrease in dark cicles.

I have been looking for a good eye cream for a very long time, but this eye cream has not aided in anything I have wanted it to do! I bought it because the super line preventor serum has been quite good for my skin, but the eye cream seems to do nothing. I have a lot of puffiness in my eyes when I wake up in the morning and this product does nothing for it. Plus, since using it I think I have developed more lines around my eyes! Definitely do not recomend this product.

I haven't had too much success finding a suitable eye cream and this one was no exception. When I used it the first couple of days, I thought "wow" this stuff is great. I could feel it immediately tighten my undereye area. However, after about 1 week my eye area became extremely dry and swollen. Nice, huh? It took a few days of extra moisterizing eye balm (I used Kiehl's) to get rid of the dryness and swelling. My eye area is very sensitive due to various allergies. Others that don't have this problem may have better luck.

I really did not get on well with this. It stung around my eyes very badly, and kept on stinging no matter how long I left it and went back to it. Nor did it seem at all moisturising, and had zero impact on my "laughter lines". Will try and return it on these grounds, but don't hold out much hope as I no longer have a receipt.

The packaging is attractive but for hygiene reasons I'm happier with a tube.

Very much prefer Dermalogica Multi Vitamin Power Firm for Eyes and Lips which never stings, and comes in a slick looking silver tube, ideal for travelling and easy to squeeze out the tiny amount you need. Oh, and its berry smell is nicer than the Px too - was just a couple of UK pounds cheaper too.

This is a fantastic eye cream. My eyes are really puffy when I get up and this works wonders. Although I have always used an eye cream I never really noticed any visible improvement until I tried this. Definitely recommend and it doesn't irritate my eyes either.

This is a very nice eye cream. It almost has a gel-like texture, yet still creamy and moisturizing. I gave it only four lippies b/c I think the price is high considering how high up petrolatum is in the ingredients list. It does have a lot of antioxidants and other goodies to make it much better than plain, old vaseline, but I still think it's overpriced.

Well, if you would have asked me about three months ago I would have told you that this was "it" when it came to eye gels/creams. I do love the way it feels when I apply under my eye and it definately helped me get out of a seriouse phase of dehydratation around my eye area, but now, I'm not sure what I really think. It was $40 and for an eye cream I thought that was pretty steep although it will last forever so that's why I bought it. I can't say there is anything wrong with this product because it is nice but, I just feel that there has to be something better out there, I just haven't found it yet. Basically I like it but I'm still searching;)

I can't say that i've noticed any miracles yet, but after a month of using this eye cream, I'm seeing some improvement in tiny lines under my eyes...the cream is really slick and i like how it feels on. it hasn't irritated my highly sensitive skin and it doesn't smell too strong. so i'll keep trying it if i can keep swapping for it.

I've been using this for over a month now and at first liked it alot. It moisturized better than the L'ancome eye cream I had been using and had no fragrance and was non irritating. However, it also didnt last very long- I had to keep reapplying it to continue to feel any moisture and it didnt meld well with my undereye concealer. It made my concealer feathery looking instead of blending if that makes any sense. The thing that bugged me the worst is that its sits on your skin for an hour all shiny like a gloss before it sinks in- and then it's completely matte and you start wondering why you dont look moisturized and then end up wanting to apply some more just in case. I've decided to just give up on eye creams with special ingredients altogether. I bought a $7 pot of Burt's Bees eye cream and it actually works better- it moisturizes wondefully and my undereye concealer goes on perfectly.

Absolutely terrific.

Gel formula but not whimpy like many gels--very substantial. Absorbs immediately, yet it is extremely effectively. This will be a definite staple. Excellent under makeup and concealers because it absorbs so thoroughly. The results are dramatic, i.e., reduced fine lines, plumpness, and hydration. Doesn't contribute to a.m. puffiness because it doesn't "sit on" the skin like some eye products. My highest recommendations. Use in conjunction with Prescriptives products for best results--I used with the Super Line Preventor serum, and I'm thoroughly pleased in the investment.

Update: Still love this product. Unlike many of the reviewers, I've had no problems and only success. I do, however, rotate skin care lines, so I seldom use a single product for more than 4 days straight. This is still a keeper for me.

This eye gel-cream feels very nice going on and leaves a very smooth finish. I have noticed a slight improvement in the fine lines under my eyes, but I think the lines come back a little as the day wears on (maybe because the moisturizing effect wears off). My only real complaint is the packaging--I hate digging products out of tubs or pots! They do provide a little spatula, but that doesn't make me feel much better about the germ-factor.

Age: 36-43   Skin: Oily, Warm   Hair: Brown   Eyes: Brown

This is a good daytime eye cream/treatment. Since it is gel based it absorbs quickly and does not interfere with eye makeup or make it run or smear under the eyes. I don't necessarily notice that it is super moisturizing, but it does seem to firm/tighten the under eye area a bit and leaves a smooth base for concealer. I dislike the pot-style container, and would much prefer a tube for sanitation and to avoid wasting product. Sill though, this is a something to try if you find that most eye creams are too oily for daytime use. I will probably repurchase.
