This is an awful hairdyer
I had to throw it away because it began to get really orange on the inside. One day as I was drying my hair a little spring fell out along with a tiny fireball. I was so worried that my rug, or worse my hair would catch on fire!

Do not waste your money! I had this hair dryer for about 4 months before it started smelling like it was on fire every time I used it. I tossed it because I was afraid of starting a fire. Also, the back filter area does not open so you can clean under it so good luck if you get anything caught in there. I ended up getting a Conair Infiniti which was comparable in price and a heck of a lot better.

OH M GEE!! amazing!! after the first time i used it (tonite), my hair felt AMAZINGLY SOFT! and bouncy and not frizzy at all! make sure u have the "ion" setting on

i'm workin on my blow out technique and although my hair is a lil poofy, this dryer is the bomb! i bought it off ebay for 20 bucks :)

the dryer is very lightweight and it is very customizable..it has 3 heat settings, 3 speeds, and a cold button .. it's as loud as any other dryer but weighs very little! COMES WITH A CONCENTRATOR + DIFFUSER TOO!!

5/5 lippies HG!!

This is by far the best hairdryer I've found! It really did cut down on my blow-dry time by 5 mintues or so. And it left my hair bouncy, soft and NO FRIZZ!!! Amazing...i'm sold, espeically for the price of only $18 at Ulta. Not a bad deal...my Conair dryer died and I'm so glad I bought this one instead of another Conair.

I highlight my hair, so I'm very concerned with frizz and heat damage. This one didn't get super hot so I didn't feel it was as damaging as my old one.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!!

Uhh..all I can really say is wow. I've had the same blowdryer for years, and my hair would always come out looking ok, but kinda frizzy and flat. My old one burned out a couple days ago, and I went out and bought this Revlon hairdryer because of the reviews. I was so surprised! My hair looks soooo much better after using this! It's not frizzy at all, it feels soft, and it gave me a lot of volume. Also, it wasn't very hot, so I didn't feel as if it was damaging my hair like my old hairdryer was. Wow..and it dries so fast, too. I have nothing but good things to say about this! :D

I've had this for almost a year and it hasn't yet done that thing where it starts getting really hot and burns my hair like all my other old dryers did as they wore out. This past week I tested the ionic switch and it really does make a difference. When I put the switch to "on" it makes my hair so much shinier and less frizzy. For like $20, this is a keeper.

I found this at Target on sale ffor 15 dollars and I really love this hair dryer so far. I've only used it twice, but my hair is easier to manage and really does dry my hair faster then my previous dryer by conair.I also really like the finger diffuser that comes with this product. It makes my hair really full and healthy looking when I wear it curly. I think overall, for the price the quality is decent and my hair looks great when I blowdry it using this dryer. Sure, I would recommend this one.

WOW! I just used this dryer for the first time. IT BURNED MY HAIR & MADE IT FALL OUT! I wasn't even holding it that close (even if I was, a hair dryer should NEVER melt your hair!) I looked at the counter and there were tons of brown hairs everywhere (I have light blond hair). My brush was covered in melted hair, and half of my head had brown hairs in it. When I combed through with my fingers, all of the hairs fell EVERYWHERE!

This is disgusting.

My hair has literally just been burned/melted off of my scalp.

This is a piece of junk. I've had it for about 7 months and it only blows cold air now. The "ionic" setting makes my hair flat and lifeless. I've come to realize that if I turn off the ionic switch, my hair ends up coarse and frizzy. It's time to invest some money in a better made, higher quality dryer.

I purchased this at Meijer for $13 during a Christmas Doorbuster sale. I had read a review in a magazine saying this dryer was more volumizing than others. There wasn't a comment about frizziness, though, so I didn't have exaggerated expectations.

But... turns out my hair is less frizzy when I use the ionic setting. How do I know for sure? Well, I thought the dryer was working well -- drying quickly without drying out my hair, fewer flyaways, a glossier shine -- but then everything reversed, and I thought I'd been had. Turns out I'd accidentally bumped the ionic button to the 'off' setting! Turned it back on, and my hair started looking better again.

I am used to leaving my hair damp to dry. It usually looks better this way. But now it actually looks worse than when I dry my hair all the way with this dryer. It really does add volume, reduce frizzies an adds shine.

I purchased this in purple. It's silver and purple and quite cool-looking. Lighterweight than my last dryer too.

I haven't used the 'Cool' button yet, but it does have one if you need it.

My exact hairdryer is called "Ionic Styler 1875 Watt Dryer", and it is the pink 'Fighting Breast Cancer' model.

Our old family hairdryer fizzled out over the weekend, and I ended up finding this one on sale for only $11.99 at our local Target! My siblings and I range in age from 20 (me) to 10 (my youngest sister), and we all use a hairdryer at least once each day. My sisters and I love the pink, and as for my brothers -- well, maybe they'll finally learn to stop stealing our hairdryer! ;-)

Anyways, so far we all love this hairdryer. When used on high, it dries hair very quickly without being too hot, and it definately smooths/straightens/defrizzes hair as it dries.

Our dryer has a "cool" button (you have to hold it down to get the cold air to stay cold) and an OFF/LOW/MED/HIGH switch, which controls the overall airflow. Low & medium don't seem to do much for any of us, but High power can dry even the longest & thickest hair in under 5 minutes!

Anyways, I'd say this is definately a great drugstore steal. It does feel sort of like a cheap plastic toy as other reviewers have mentioned, but it seems sturdy enough. I guess we'll see how it holds up to daily use :) Plus, for less than $12, even 6 months of use (for 5 people, at that) would be worth it to me!

Great purchase! Really cheap and gets the job done well. I never really knew there were differences in hairdryers until using this one! Dryed my hair very fast and deffiantely cut the frizzies down 90%! It also straightens my hair so well that can often just skip the flatiron (I have SUPER thick curly, coarse hair) The only thing that bothers me is that I have to hold down the cold air button. :( I also agree that it does feel somewhat like a toy, but it works great so I don't mind.

This is one of the best blowdryers I've owned. It definitely beats my previous Vidal Sassoon. Revlon's supposed to give your hair more body and make it softer with its all "ionic technology". It's not perfect, a bit difficult to hold (the handle area is really uncomfortable), and the Warm is really not hot enough and the hot is too hot! But it's generally really good :)

I bought the Revlon 1,875-watt Ionin PINK, not sure if this reciew qualifies but I am sooooo happy about purchasing this product that I had to let everyone know, especially because it was 15$. Being that I have long thick curly hair, soft yet very curly I needed a good dryer to straighten my hair. This one works soo well. Try it!!

I was skeptical of the ionic dryer phase but decided to try this one due to the fact that my current dryer had died and this red one from Revlon was only $19.99 at Ulta. (As a bonus, it has a foldable handle and retractable cord.)

I was extremely pleased with the results. It left my normally thin, frizzy, color-treated hair looking smooth and shiny. Not a bit of frizz in sight. I noticed a HUGE difference in the way my hair looked after using this dryer and would definitely recommend it.

Great price and great hair!

lightweight, eliminates frizzies, dries hair quickly, reasonably priced--What's not to like?

I thought only my hairdresser could dry my hair into a smooth shaggy look, but no, it was the dryer. The 1875 Ion did the trick-no more frizzies.

I bought this Hairdryer because of the MUA reviews -- and very sorry I did. It felt very cheap to me -- almost like a toy. But the problem with the dryer was that if it got too hot -- it would shut down. After a month I returned it.

This is a review for the gray Revlon Ionizer hair dryer. I have had this dryer for a couple of years and it has yet to quit on me. It is a bit on the noisy side but you can really feel the difference in the quality of your hair using a dryer with an ionic feature versus one without.

This hair dryer is wonderful! It dries my hair quickly and really does reduce frizzyness and static. It gives me lots of body and makes my hair look so smooth. One of the best purchases I've made in a while.

I just bought this today after reading the reviews. I am glad I purchased this. It's a nice looking hairdryer with 2 speeds, a option for a cold blast, and ions. It's one of the best blowdryers I've had. My hair has less "frizzies" toward my face and dries fast!
