I picked this up, along with the pure white highlight shade, on clearance at Ulta for $5 and returned it after a day of playing around with it. I'm trying to figure out if it's the product or the packaging that REALLY doesn't work for me, but this was definitely a return. The actual bronze color I love, but I didn't like the shimmer, the fallout, or that it faded throughout the day. I'm used to much smoother eye shadows than this. As for the packaging . . . where do I start?? The pot is bulky, and it's very difficult to grab as much product as you want. It's also annoying to hold the actual pot, the lid, and the brush. And, oh, God, what a brush. Super cheap plastic bristles that pick up color only on the head, rather than the sides, that get splayed too easily, that can't apply the shadow precisely (which I didn't like with the highlight color especially, but was annoying with just using this shade as a wash as well) and that definitely don't feel good on the eyelid. I feel like I could have done a lot more with this if the packaging was more standard and it was easier to use my own brush, but even so I wasn't super-impressed with the product. I wasn't willing to pay $5, let alone the usual, what?, $16. I wouldn't be sad to know these were discounted because they're being discontinued.

I use this e/s when going out at night and for special occasions but can be used as a day e/s as well. I found this at Ulta and I am definitely going to try out their other shades. This is a bronzey, coppery shade. I don't use the brush that it comes with because it picks up too much. I just take that brush and tap it lightly against my eyeshadow brush. This doesn't irritate my eyes and it lasts the whole night.

I absolutely love these Bourjois shadows. Some of them go on as a pale wash, others are more striking. Ambre is very intense, a really beautiful copper shade that is fab for a brown-eyed girl like me. It is possible to tone it down a bit for daytime wear. I find the packaging a bit irritating to be honest but not enough to lose a lippy. These are the best eyeshadows out on the drugstore counter at the moment.

I love this color. It's a deep rich bronzy brown color, so it probably won't work on everyone, but it does great on my medium tan skin. I just wish the brush was a little easier to work with. It grabs too much product and it's hard to tap off the excess so it falls off the brush and onto your face as soon as it touches your eyelid. I like it anyway though, so I'm gonna buy it again

I really like this eye shadow. Comes in a little bot with a mini brush inside to use for application. Ambre is a bronze/peach/gold color that shimmers, very pretty for a crease shade.

Ambre is a coppery peachy bronze shade. Almost a tad too orange for me. The brush tends to get smooshed so I dont like the packaging very much but it does give a very pigmented amount of color. Does sprinkle all over your face/cheeks so that is a pain. Must be horrible with the dark shades. Lasts all day without creasing but not my favorite shade.

Not that I really needed another bronzey brown shadow but when I saw this I had to have it. This loose shimmer powder has depth you would not believe it is no ordinary bronzey brown. I read one review that says it is a peachy bronze. I think it depends on your complexion. On me (CCC) it is a bronzey brown. This can be purchased at Sephora for $16 U.S.

Absolutelt love this!!! The product doesn't look like it does on the website. it is more coppery than orange. I also own sable nacre, which isn't as pretty of a color but still nice. Some people say they are messy, but I don't seem to have that problem
