Wow, 100% rating... Well anyway, what can be said bout this e/s other than what everyone else on this review board has already mentioned? Guess I'll just include my opinion then. Sandalwood is a matte shade and I have a feeling that it would look great for a soft smoky-eye look. Although when I put it on, it looked like I got punched in the eye, but maybe that's just my beginner skills : ( For now, this will remain untouched in my makeup stash until I'm better at eye techniques.

The reviewer below me described the color perfectly: QUOTE: "This shade is a matte milky taupe with some gray undertones, like the perfect mix of taupe and beige." I do not note any rose coloring in this shadow at all.
On that note, not only does it make a great eyeshadow, but it is PERFECT for filling in my eyebrows - yes, I said eyebrows. :o) Most e/b powders are too dark, too orange, or too light... but this one is perfect. I top it off w/ some Smashbox Brow Tech Wax & my eyebrows look perfect & very polished ALL DAY. Who would've thought!
Overall Prestige shadows are great for a cheap price tag! They are smooth & very blendable. I am running out ASAP to stock up on this shadow because while it lasts forever (large e/s container) I am scared of this product (and this line) being dc'd!

I'm really impressed with this eyeshadow, Sandalwood looked kinda boring in the pot, but since some colors are hard to find, I decided to take it home (dirt cheap after all). This shade is a matte milky taupe with some gray undertones, like the perfect mix of taupe and beige. I tried this today on lid up to crease and the result was a super natural and polished look, great for everyday use or when you want to play up the lips. Definitely it surpases my expectations, silky texture with high pigment, two thumps up!

Man, why bother with higher end lines when Prestige has such great basics! Sandalwood is a great dusty grey rose beige. Nice as a wash or a more subtle crease colour.

Okay, I have Stila and MAC and Bobbi Brown e's -- and I use THIS one every single day. I'm a PPP with dark hair and eyes, and this is exactly the right rosy grey to make my eyes downright haunting. I adore the Prestige shadows -- they are as good or better than $20 hypes. Great color selection, and you still have lunch money. Gorgeous.

This eyeshadow was a real find! A beautiful neutral shade for $4.00, and its lovely taupe-beige-pink shade looks like a $25.00 eyeshadow. My only complaint is that I feel the texture could be a bit richer and silkier. A great buy.

This shadow is awesome. It's not the most striking shade in the pot, a sort of flat taupe/dusk/heather color. But it's a great natural shade that enhances the eyes without really adding color. It just blends with my skintone and gives my eyes more depth and shading. If used with a heavier hand, it makes an effective lid shade, as well. The texture is perfect, very blendable and smooth. I've been using this every day for work.
